Perfect chill spot! Hookah was amazing, I don’t even like hookah much, but it was nice! Came here for the hubby, but I kept asking him to pass the hookah 😁. Flavor was great, we had watermelon mint, and it was crazy smooth! Atmosphere is really nice, and it’s super clean and new. We enjoyed the hookah and watched UFC and other sports on the multiple screens. Service was great also, very kind and checked on us regularly. Only snacks, regular drinks, but they have Kava as well. We will definitely be back.

This place needs to be a speak easy and put on the map as THE GO TO! I mean, hookah hookah who? It’s so clean, classy, and elegant. They have beautiful all black leather couches, the hookah is smooth, and a variety of hookah and vape items that you need. I’m telling you, you need to plan your next event, birthday, or social gathering here. The vibe here is just private but classy and reminds you of a modern day speak easy! They are new so jump on this spot!

I had a great time here at this hookah lounge. We went on a Monday, so we got to enjoy a chill vibe celebrating my birthday. The staff was SO sweet and truly went above and beyond. Princess made my night by surprising me & putting a song for me and telling me happy birthday. Pono was also super sweet and very attentive. They both made sure to check on us without feeling pushy at all just making sure we were good! I would definitely recommend this, as a visitor to the island it was a great place to come & I would come back in the future 100%

We went out to celebrate my 40th birthday and chose this hookah spot because of the positive reviews. When we first arrived, we were informed that we had to bring our own alcohol and food, so we ordered our food and walked to the store to buy alcohol. When we returned, the vibe was good, and the music was on point. However, after being there for about an hour, a lady approached us and said we owed an additional $100 for an extra table and for people who didn’t smoke the hookah—none of which was mentioned to us at the beginning. We were originally supposed to pay $110, but they ended up charging us $200. It seems like they make up their rules as they go, and its not a good place to do business. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

So the establishment is fairly new... BUT, I love the way everything is set up! Its new and comfortable without any roaches trying to attack you. Clean and efficient so you will have a grand time with the music and the we vibe!!! THIS IS IT...

As far as food, they dont really serve but they are mainly catering for Kava & Kratom drinks which what Im looking for.This place looks like a high end the way the lighting and furniture designs are. A good place to chill and have a good talk with your friends. The also have a large selection of vapes.Theres a lot of meter parking and also you can park on street parking. This is my new spot from now on!

Nice grown and sexy venue! The ambiance and decor is very chic and stylish! They have quality hookahs and a unique stock of shisha flavors to choose from! Definitely a vibe on Fridays when the DJ comes in. He plays a nice mix of R&B and Hip Hop. The staff were very friendly and timely with the coal refills.

The service was beyond terrible. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything, including basic necessities like water. It took them nearly 30 minutes to bring us our hookah, and when it finally arrived, it was a total disappointment. The flavors were off, the smoke was harsh, and it tasted like they were using the cheapest tobacco available. The coals weren’t even changed once during the entire time we were there, so the flavor quickly turned burnt and bitter.The staff here clearly has no training or understanding of basic customer service. Our server got our order wrong multiple times, didn’t apologize, and acted like it was our fault. When we asked for a manager, we were met with even more attitude. The manager didn’t seem to care at all about our complaints and was just as rude and dismissive as the rest of the staff.

I wouldn’t recommend! The management was embarrassing and unprofessional. They were not honest about their pricing and although the environment was pleasant to look at it was also very uncomfortable. Unfortunately after my experience I would not return. I also just read a response they had to someone else on here under Carlos and they responded defensively, rude and unprofessional! I see why they he gave a bad review.

As tourists, they will fish you, but clearly, they arent ready. It was a good experience. However, when paying, more surprises came. We were then asked to continue to pay and pay surprise fees. If you go, just make sure to have all fees and payments clearly defined prior to sitting. We were never told it is timed to 90 minutes which is pretty lame. I would not recommend this place to anyone, aside the area is not a safe area.Based on your response then let the videos show it so that everyone can see because there was nothing free. First seven people from our group and no one was told by you guys that it was a limited amount. After payment all of the sudden then other fees that were never disclosed!You told us to pick a table and then we sit and suddenly we had sat on two tables? Just insane!
