The one star is because I couldn’t leave zero. From the unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious front desk staff to the nonsensical made up policies that exist at none of the others, this club is definitely a black eye on the series.Did I mention how rude and obnoxious the staff is? Definitely worth repeating.

BRING DOXY PREP! And double your dosage….On their busiest night they fail the Clients. They cannot process people fast enough and the line backs up to out the door. Y’all need to hire more people during your peak hours… seriously!! I left I can find more fun on sniffies or grinder or FET life parties . Your not the only game in town but you tend to think so with your lousy customer service..

I enjoy my visits here. Every has been nice each time I come. I think the negative reviews are more around people not getting their way and not wanting to adhere to the guidelines set in place. I wish they would bring back half priced rooms on Thursday though.

Nice remodel. Clean facility. Swift checkin on a Fri night. However, an old white bald guy wearing a shirt that said CREW, was a total d ick to my friend and I ruined the experience and said we were having too much fun next to the water. He has no communication skills what so ever and takes his $10 an hr job easy too serious. We wont be back.

@Jerry Stanley - I, too, have had a similar experience. However, mine was a mistaken identity. I had never been here before and was told I had already been on the same day. I tried to explain that I had never been there, but he was not about to hear it—pathetic business.

Went here tonight for the first time. I was expecting a disgusting run down sticky mess. This couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s super clean. Very nice. Upscale. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Met some nice guys. There are areas for adult activities but it’s not like you feel obligated to do that. You can just relax. The hot tub, showers, pool, steam room are all far cleaner than my gym. It’s a very relaxing place to go. I will be back.

Not sure if the owner sees these online reviews, but this club is well managed, recently remodeled, very spacious, reasonably priced, and kept very clean!That being said, maybe the management should consider offering free locker or low-price locker to youth 18-24, like other many club franchises did. with many colleges along the red line, that would certainly attract other crowds and boost traffic.Since cell phone is not allowed take photos of the facilities, the management should upload a few of photos of the facilities to some of social media sites. (screenshot is from their website, but there are more areas not shown on their website gallery)Their jacuzzi is very large and warm, next to the pool, and has some view over the main shower area.The gym floor and the relaxing sofas are nice but look a bit too spacious and underutilized, maybe can shrink the gym floor and sofa area to add another maze or dark room on the first floor.For a few days visiting the club over the long weekend at different time, the crowds seem to be unpredictable when they would come, some hot guys left during late dinner time, while others come late waiting to check at mid-night.Big thumbs up for crews bleaching the floors, cleaning rooms, and replacing the hot waters of the jacuzzi.

What a great place. Seriously. When I came in one of the staff thought I was a trans girl, lol. I took it as a compliment. Confirmation that I have reached peak femboy aesthetic. The staff were all nice and understanding. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all amazing and super clean. The whole place made me feel safe.The private areas for private affairs were all well sized and clean. Great experience overall.

The pool is great; however, they are in dire need of new pool chairs and pool patio needs a major pressure wash. Some of the gym equipment needs a deep clean, and some replacement parts. Hard dance music is always on during day with older men lounging. The front desk staff overall are very nice!

I am a 33 year old black man and up until yesterday I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. I do not live in Houston but I do visit 2-3 times a year and during my stays I always go to Club Houston because we do not have bathhouses where I live or anything close to it really. I arrived at Club Houston on 09/25/23 around 4:15pm. Walked inside and greeted the crew member at the register. He looked at me and said, “you were already here today”.For context, I have never seen this man a day in my life at any visit I’ve made to Club Houston. He looked to be possibly Indian. I’ve only ever interacted with the 2 or 3 Caucasian crew members who are usually working at night and another gentleman who looks to be Spanish.I said, “yes kind of but….”. I didn’t finish my sentence, he cut me off and said “then you cannot come in” then proceeded to put my id back on the counter and looked me up and down. I said, “but sir this was yesterday into today, not like a couple of hours ago”. (I went to the bathhouse the night before and left around 2am so yes technically the same day) He responds, “it doesn’t matter you’re not coming in, try tomorrow”, looked me up and down again and walked off. I said sir I do not live here and will be flying out tonight. He said oh well and turned to help someone else. I stood in the lobby and looked around to see if there was a policy posted, there wasn’t. I asked the crew member if I could speak with someone else because I felt that he was being very rude to me. He said, “it’s the policy, there’s no one else for you to speak to” and again turned his back to me.I stepped away from the counter and backed up closer to the door as I waited for another associate to appear as usually I see two. I also went to Club Houston website to look for a list of policies but again, nothing. More people come in, and he assisted them. I asked him where could I see a copy of this policy he is referring to. He didn’t respond, instead picked up the walkie talkie and started saying “4242” to someone and cut his eyes at me. At this point I decided to leave because I didn’t know what would happen next and again, this man had been so rude to me up until this point. I said to him, “I’m going to leave now, but I would like the owners name”. This man looked at me and said “you don’t need anything now GET OUT”. My mouth literally dropped. I never changed my tone, never approached this man rudely, and now he’s yelling at me. I turned to walk out and said “this is discrimination” and he replied “nobody is discriminating against you, you are being dramatic, now get out”. I walked out the door and walked to the corner of street on the outside of the fence for club Houston and broke down. I have never been treated so nasty in my entire life.I’m not writing this review because I want a policy to be changed if it actually exist. I’m writing this because I am truly disgusted with the experience I had and nobody should be treated like that. I have been to club Houston numerous times in the same day where I’ve maybe left at 2am and came back at 11pm in the same day. Club Houston provides each person with the time their admission expires when paying to get into. I have never been told “this is your one admission for the day”. I’m typing this 24hours and I’m still shocked, honestly. That man talked to me and looked at me as if I was gum under his shoe.Update: 11/19/2023 to this day I have not heard anything back from this establishment even after calling and requesting management information. So I guess the discrimination was intentional and seen as something positive by Club Houston

Went this weekend and I walked in and I was greeted by a white man at the desk with glasses on in a beard and he was speaking with a big blackcent and acting like he was a black women. he kept telling black people who came to the desk they wasn’t allowed in if they looked like they had a attitude also a Latino/black man was getting forced out of the club and the cops was there because they called the cops on him. If you’re black you have to be hella nice and give them compliments just to get inside. But when I got inside the club I saw multiple white guys breaking rules and going in rooms they didn’t pay for and the club workers gave them warnings. But they never give warnings to the black people. If they could make this club white only they would. This place needs to be shut down. very racist owners. And when you call the cops all they say is it’s a private business and they can’t do anything about it.

Honestly, its the best looking Club so far that Ive been to. (Miami, Ft lauderdale, Orlando, Dallas) Very clean, massive jacuzzi and pool. I got a great VIP room. As the pic shows, I chose the one with the swing. Everyone who works there was very friendly. Will def visit again.

Went today and enjoy my time. But as usual the hot tub was not as hot as needed to be. I do hate the loud dance music played all the time. The spa was clean as usual and staff was great.

I’ve been going here for 5years now and have no complaints! Staff have always been nice. It rare that I have gone and not left there more than satisfied. I generally go during the week between 10am-2pm and always find a nice crowd. I can own imagine how the nite life is! Great place to relax and enjoy man time! I wish they would give different color towels for tops and bottoms! That would help with what everyone wants!

I used to go here occasionally at night, but I hadnt gone there in a bit because the staff would yell at customers like we are cattle for small things like accidentally being in the proximity of a area being cleaned and it made me feel like I paid a good amount of money to feel belittled. I came here recently tho and it seems as though theyve hired a great new guy for the night! Even though hes an attractive exotic black man that everyone must go after he hasnt let it get to his head!! He actually just treated people like people!!! They get a few more like him in there and this place would be a lot better for it.

After reading other reviews, I find them to be conflicting with what I experienced. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the facility was clean and well kept up with the exception of the construction that was going on. Other reviews showed that this has been going on for some time with little to no progress. Overall, this was an added plus to my stay in Houston. Much cleaner than the Ft. Lauderdale location but in fairness, they are much busier than this location. Still, this place deserves 5 stars.

Came here today (12/2/2021) at 4:55 pm.rude clerk, assumed I knew the protocol and procedures for no reason at all except laziness and/or rushing people, like were an inconvenience or something.Traffic was okay, it was never busy though and I stayed till about 10pm. Very small play area upstairs but it gets the job done. Might be better on a weekend.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time in this place. Ngl we were super nervous coming here, pun intended, but man. The gym, sauna, pool, and the private rooms were awesome!

Poor Management and Customer Service (Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff)Been to this place a couple times. I agree with other reviewers on staff. They are terrible with customers service, low class people that do not know how to be professional. They do not listen to suggestions and complains. Have told them many times about the loud stupid music and the Very Hot temperate of the hot tub (suppose to be not above 104f), but they dont care. The other thing is, this is a spa, why the F*** they play dance music! Stupid management! I have seen less and less people showing up at this place due to the attitude of the staff and lack of customer service. One other things, all their towels are dirty and very old.

Clean, fun, fairly nice staff. Love going for the hot tub and sauna. Only advice to workers, when you announce someones time is up, dont go barging in their changing room being pushy. This kind of aggressive behavior will deter loyal customers.

Just moved here from Georgia. My roommates took me. Loved the atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around the place was very clean everyone was nice. Staff was nice and on top of any messes that where made.

Disgusting customer service. From the moment I walked in the environment felt hostile and vile. Both of the cashiers that was on duty had the nastiest attitude, there were confrontations with two individuals before I even got to the register and once I got to the register the ignorant attitudes continued with me . When I called to speak to a manager the games continued as one of the workers pretended to be the manager on the phone 🙄 unbelievable how unprofessional this place is . I won’t be returning .

Mostly old reviews here. Club Houston is newly remodeled and under new management. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clean and well maintained.

The manager is incredibly rude and offensive seems to be a stereotypical racist. The facilities are still under construction after what seems like years. The only reason I go back is for some of the great friends I’ve made over the years.

Oh Boy, Lick my Round toy is all I can say. It is well worth the drive it takes to get here for this country boy. I love having towel fights in the hot tub area with the other members. There are a lot of hunky guys here. Also you can get a great massage and I need one after I play sports.

Nice place, clean, beautiful pool and wet area. Maze is small and dull. Few public areas for socializing. Main reason for the low score is the RUDE, BITCHY STAFF! The staff continuously treat clients like annoyances instead of PAYING CUSTOMERS. Goodwill provides better service. Some of the younger staff seem to get a real ego boost from screaming over the PA system. If you have nothing better to do, try it.

2 years of not coming to this place and I was at the window when suddenly a Hispanic like me starts yelling at me when I am the customer and he is the person who has to attend to me and he starts yelling at me I took my ID I turned around And to God. What arrogant people who work in this place. That is no way to treat a person.

Come on guys, the construction has been going on upstairs for months. I understand you may have a permit problem, but for the prices you guys charge, and the limited time limit on the weekends is still only 6 hours. No discounts ? No time extension ? No coupon to return after construction is over. You can look around and see that it is hurting your business. THENyou have the marine guy who works the front on graveyard - -very rude and he flat told me he was in charge. He wanted to inspect my bag upon entry (he found NO contraband) but it is the way that he did it, with the rubber gloves, pulling each item out of the bag. Like I was going to the Harris County Jail, and to top it all off I drove 40 miles and I paid for all of this.We are still customers, we all expect to be treated as one.

Very rude staff next time I will to mid-town spa the staff is much nicer & they keep out all the crack heads when I walked through the maze upstairs there were five guys smoking crack I later told the staff at the front desk and he said it is not my problem I would never go to this place again---also take anything of value out of your car they broke my side window and stole my cd player.

Bags of drugs going in and out of that place daily..They are also illegally selling poppers under the guise of video head cleaner and nail polish.. This place is in dire need of new ownership and management. In comparison to steam works this place is a dirty joke. The place is run down and the owners dont seem to care much. Club Houston is a nice facility run by customer-hating, angry people. I have either received or observed vitriolic, profane verbal abuse from several staff members. Why it has become this way fairly boggles the mind, and its effect is easily observable by counting the empty spaces in their parking lot.

I went for 1st time was slow cuz the steam room and hot tub was out of order so only the video room an dry sana was available. Staff was nice and helpful.

I’m a out of towner, Went here last night June 9 2018, waited in line.. when went to front desk, asked for a locker, gave them my ID, they gave me my ID back then they denied me entrance and service.. and the excuse was I was drunk, when I don’t even drink.. I was confused.. shocked and just left, felt embarrassed because people behind saw this also.. will NEVER come back here..

Open 8am close 10pm 10$= 1 month membership plus u gotta pay for the locker=17$ if u want or a room=20$ half off room on Tuesday and Friday at 4pm-7pm also a gym to work out

In general everything was fine, only the treatment of one of those who does the cleaning (sir) was very bad! I think he has hatred towards Latinos since he is also Latino. The last time I went he insulted me and my friend by saying that we look like cows just by standing in the hallway. Bad attitude of the gray-haired old man. On my first visit, the jacuzzi had a lot of chlorine. And my second visit they did not want to validate my Mexican consular registration identification with which I had already entered the first time. I drove over 30 minutes and waited in line for 20 more minutes only to have my ID rejected. Bad place, I dont recommend it.

Horrible customer service, the worst I have ever received in my life, no one has ever treated me so badly. When I arrived I asked for information about the place and the person who served me did not speak to me and told me to leave because he was not going to serve me (just to describe it, he is a skinny black man who thinks he owns the place and rejected me completely in front of everyone. the line.) Just because I asked my partner in Spanish if I paid for the 6-month membership or just one day. And thats where it all started, I asked to speak to the manager and he wasnt there.Then an older man who spoke Spanish attended to me and, very attentively, I managed to enter. The place is under construction and with very poor hygiene...the showers either freeze or burn because you regulate them and they pour any amount of water, the jacuzzi with too much chlorine and extremely hot cannot be spent for even 3 minutes. The humid steam room is too hot, it is unbearable and to complete the dry heat room it is not hot at all...in fact it didnt work.And the lack of hygiene is all around the place.It looks like an old brothel for the elderly, horribly unpleasant and dirty without any hygiene. DONT GO

Terrible place, super dirty and the staffs treatment of customers is horrible...the saunas dont work...the dry one doesnt heat up...the wet one is so hot that you cant stay there for even 3 minutes...and the jacuzzi The water is pure chlorine and so hot that anyone who can stand being inside for 5 minutes can be paid 10,000 in reward...the truth is I was very excited and I wanted to never go again...if you want to go have sex with adults and making armies in the gym can go that if it works....I think thats what it really works for...the staff that attends the truth is so Disgusting especially a skinny black woman with a face that never They fucked her so I didnt wait for the manager to express how unpleasant it was because Im not interested in returning to such an ugly place... but the truth is I should have done it...
