Very professional and great customer service 10/10. The bottle girls and owner make you feel very welcomed. I love everything about this club, me and my friends had a ball for her birthday! Definitely will book again anytime

This place is just another place in Houston that’s overcharging for a mid experience. Get drunk and you might not notice that this place is ghetto. You also might not notice that they’ll put extra charges on your card. They tried to charge my homegirl an extra $300 for no reason. But if you’re underage and trying to come to a club come here. The little light skin security lady was letting underage people in for $100 so bring your money and you’ll get in. The whole place is sketchy so have fun.

I booked with Joy. She got me and my friends a great section right next to JT! I came all the way from Louisiana to see JT! We gone be back had the litttest bottle girl love her!!

First AND last time coming here. Only reason I came was because the other hookah lounges I wanted to go to were packed due to rodeo parties. But it’s EXTREMELY loud. I mean it’s louder than 2 level clubs I’ve been to. You can’t even hear yourself think. Have to shout at the top of your lungs to talk to the employees. The music and dj just weren’t it. Horrible music and all he did was yell the whole time. Also the hookah is pricey but it pulled smooth and tasted nice. The “waitresses” only serve people with paid tables I guess lol they won’t even acknowledge your presence unless you have a paid for a table so you have to go get drinks from the bar. The bartender didn’t even know how much the liquor was (well known liquor) and it took forever to get my change. $60 for ONE drink and hookah… smh wasn’t worth it but it was free to get in. I made the best out of it. I see why it’s not packed 🙁 I was desperate for hookah and had already paid $20 for parking nearby so desperate times call for deteriorate measures 😭 Oh and the people aren’t friendly here whatsoever. Won’t be back… NOT THE VIBE!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Completely disorganized, no communication skills. BIGGS THE “OWNER” is extremely rude and has a problem with putting his hands on women inappropriately.They do not hold up their end of any agreement you have , if they can even remember the agreements they enter into. Very weird place, I would never do business here again.

The lounge experience was extremely disappointing. Despite booking weeks in advance, our reservation wasnt recognized upon arrival, leading to a disorganized start. The staff seemed indifferent, changing our section without proper communication and showing little concern for our experience. To add to the frustration, prices for bottle service were unexpectedly hiked up without any prior notification. The overall vibe was off, and the accumulating issues made it too chaotic for our group to enjoy the evening.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner/manager who was nice enough to show me around the club. 2 bars inside and 1 outside. Plenty of sections here. Drinks are pricey but strong. Bathroom has toilet tissue and soap🤣🤣 And the lounge is clean. Will come back again definitely

Parking: $20 for self parking in an unleveled gravel lot (unsafe for wearing heals) or $60 for valet parking through Cash app or cash only.Security: the female security guard reached through the key hole of my dress and stuck her fingers underneath my bra without warning or consent. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt violated.Section Price: $700 plus a random unexpected $100 service charge.Section components: very cheap sugary drink mixers. The flooring tile was damaged and unsafe for high heals. A basic light up sign and sparklers displayed for 30 seconds.Bathroom: the walk way to the bathroom has more uneven pavement. There’s no locks on the stall doors.Environment: people don’t really arrive until 12:30am, the music didn’t get good until 1am. It ended at 2am. So an hour and half of decent time for $800…there’s no dance floor, only sections so it’s very anti-social and stand off-ish. People aren’t really dancing or engaging. Just sitting around drinking for the most part.The whole place looks like it’s under construction with plastic tarp at the entry way.

Cool place for a party, night out on the town or film a music video. Great drinks, good music 🎶🎵👌🏾.

Was not our first choice but the place we had reservations at moved us here. We ordered food and two hours later was told they ran out of what I ordered. How u not know this info until two hours after order was placed. The entire night was a mess honesty starting with self parking.

I wish I could give 0 stars, the service here is horrible. The waiter we had, had no clue about there being hookah, about any prices of the food, drinks or hookah, also the waiter lied and told us the hookah was 60$ when really it was 45, and was trying to finesse money out of us , and told us we had to buy the hookah right after ordering it. No one check on us, and the hookah was nasty. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us that there is no manager or owner. I was very in shocked, No communication, do not come to this place. Its horrible ruined the whole night and vibe

No one should ever come to Kapri! $20 for entry, $20 for a shot, and $10-20 for parking is completely unacceptable! Y’all need to accommodate the demands of the people of Houston. We did not even feel safe to park our cars because of the location. Very sad. All of the other Afro beats locations respect their audience. This is not ATL or Dallas. Y’all know better!

Wayyyyyyy too overpriced. They won’t tell you the prices. And then if you ask the prices they get mad. Ask for a manager and was told there wasn’t one. Drinks were so weak and Everytime you order a drink expect to wait 20 mins at least for one drink that’s in a baby cup and cost $15 at least. Also I wouldn’t mind the wait if they were busy but it was dead tonight barely anyone was there. And after ordering my drink I’d see the bartenders doing nothing but talking. Rude horrible service. Then going to tell us that we aren’t hype enough when they never smiled and we’re rude to us. Don’t recommend don’t waste money here. Girls night was ruined

I was in Houston for the first time and was looking forward to the night life! I had an unforgettable first time experience in Kapri Ultra Lounge! Great ambience, music was excellent, very nice staff, and excellent service! I was also impressed with the excellent security measures put in place by the owner. If I had to describe my experience, I’ll say it was top notch! I’ll be back in Kapri the next time I am visiting Houston!

Loved everyone, atmosphere, services from here.. The made my 40th birthday celebration Epic... So thankful for the security, Mr Mark the manager (think thats his name), door guy, waitress.. Every staff.. All great!!! Would go again and do it over!!!!

Fantastic experience at Kapri Ultra! Went there with a group of friends last weekend and we had an absolute blast! Great ambiance and DJ was on point. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a fun night out in a really classy joint.

I was there for supposedly a Jagged Edge concert and was very disappointed after finding out my husband I would have to stand up to see them, not to mention they wouldnt come on stage until 11 when Eventbrite clearly said 8pm. Then to find out this was a Hookah lounge which I dont indulge in, photos on site very misleading. Wasted money for what was suppose to be a Happy Valentines Day weekend.

I will never patronize this establishment ever again. We were there for the Lyfe Jennings concert VIP tickets only to find out we had to stand up. The info provided was very misleading, and theres nothing worse than a mo fo trying to run game. And yep, I got my money back. And the valet service, 3 Kings is trash too.

Amazing Grand opening on Saturday. It was also my daughters birthday which made it extra special day. Great environment, great music, awesome staff. Definitely go back. Will recommend to everyone, a must go place.😘😘

. It was kinda boring due to the DJ talking the entire time and switching the songs every 15 seconds. Everytime someone started to dance, they stop and start walking around because the DJ dont know how to be quiet and let the songs play. And if your a male wearing something out of dress code, you have to pay 20 plus to park is 20... I spent 40$ before I even got inside the club! They dont answer the phone and have no social media or website explaining the dress code!!! The girls are A1 though so tip them! Was my first time out in months and I left less than 45 min 😑

Had an amazing time last time I was in Houston! Sexy crowd, sheik design and an overall great time. Will be going back when I go to Houston this month! Dont miss this spot.

Kapri lounge is a spacious, chic and well resourced lounge. The ambiance is personable, service was on point and a nice mix of music. Would highly recommend to Houstonians and visitors

Was at the grand opening. All I can say is wow! Finally a truly upscale lounge in Houston. The DJ, hostesses, ambiance, vibe were all on point. No doubt, Ill be back!

Was in Houston for the weekend and got dragged by a friend to the grand opening, even with my reluctance I must admit kapri lounge really tick all my boxes , the ambiance interior , crowd, music was all spot on but DJ could do with some more Afro beats.... am definitely recommending to my uk friends and I will be back 🥰

Club, mixture of ages., mostly for 20-30 year olds. Nice vibe, crunk, good drinks, dress code is not enforced lol but its a cool venue

Its a nice space and lounge. They just need to clean their white chairs and tables. Otherwise, its a really dope spot.

The latest and greatest spot in H town. Even the ceiling was mesmerizing. If you don’t stop by, you are dulling yourself considerably.
