Sadly i will no longer be shopping here. Most of the people who work there are great i come here very often. I recently bought a faulty item and when i went to exchange it there was a younger guy with curly hair there. He gave me an extremely hard time! He even tried arguing! He threatened to call the police. I told him to call them ! He even dismissed me at one point to help another guest. Saying “i don’t know what you want me to do” I asked for a manager or someone higher than him, he told me He was the manager, (which he wasn’t) Eventually he contacted his manager! And my item was exchanged without a problem. STOP HIRING KIDS. These kids have no respect, hospitality nor do they have professionalism. This smoke shop was in the most perfect location from my house. Now i will be making it a point to avoid them. One bad apple spoils the entire bunch !!
