After my routine dental checkup, I thought about getting a massage on my way home. I searched for massage parlors near Huntington Beach, and I found Green Day Spa Massage.This place had high ratings on Google and Yelp, both at 4.9 and the prices listed on website seemed reasonable so I decided to give it a try.It required an online deposit for on-line reservations, but I decided to try my luck with a walk-in.This massage shop is located in Marina Village, across from AYCE Sushi HB. When I entered the massage shop and there was no one at the front desk, but a sign said that they were all busy, and please text message to the designated number. I made a reservation for 4:15 PM by sending a text and received a quick response to confirm my appointment. So, I went out for a brief stroll.This plaza is quite spacious and includes Vons (which has a Starbucks inside), a gym, Goodwill, a pet food specialty store, Pro Beauty, and some restaurants. I wandered around these places until 4:10 PM and came back.I was attended to by an Asian Auntie who ushered me into a private room to change and prepare. I opted for a 60-minute full-body massage at $60. She asked me where I wanted the massage to focus, and I specified my shoulders and back. Her technique was quite good, and even though she mainly used her elbow and rolling pressure, she did hit the pressure points. She also asked if I was okay during the massage. The $60 package included a hot stone back massage, and to my surprise, she also lightly massaged my feet. Overall, I felt it was more like a spa-style massage, but I personally prefer firmer pressure.The massage space consists of separate rooms, which was clean and each equipped with towels and hot stones. My therapist managed the time well, and upon checking out, she even gave me a bottle of water. Although the pressure was a bit light for my liking, if you prefer a massage with lighter pressure and spa techniques, this place is worth considering.- Credit card and cash are priced the same.- Gratuity is at your discretion.📍 Green Day Spa5860 Edinger Ave Huntington Beach, CA 92649

Came here last week and payed extra for a deep tissue massage. Barely any pressure or effort. One of the worst massages I ever received!

I got the Massage of my Life here and have been coming back ever since.They will Walk on your Back if you ask them, and they are well trained to do so! The hot stones are Amazing!! The full Body massage is actually a Full Body massage!!! The rooms are always clean and it is a nice quiet atmosphere to enjoy your Spa Treatment. Im so Glad I found Green Day Spa!My back is Always Super Stiff, and at Green Day Spa they always work out all the knots and loosen up the stiffness in my upper back & shoulders. They are Amazing!Miso & Yuki are my favorite, they are wonderful masseuses!!! I can not say enough Great things about this place, I enjoy coming every week when I can!

This place is a hidden gem and I am completely impressed. My first impression, at a glance, it looks clean and smells great. Lily did my massage and it was incredible. I have joint issues, her pressure and technic was perfect. She even stretched my body for maximum effectiveness. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone thats looking for a clean and professional environment, thats cost effective too. ENJOY...

Recently, I received the best 5 STAR massage from the friendly masseuse named Lilly. She provided me a customized and professional massage experience.I’ve been telling my friends about this special peaceful place. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The lighting and music are relaxing. There is plenty of parking space. After the massage, I usually walk across the sidewalk to enjoy a fantastic meal at the Sushi restaurant. Hope to see you there.

Tried to purchase massages but they wouldn’t offer any options for online purchases or pre-paid options. As a 2023 business needs to be more customer friendly and have digital options.

Wow！Best massage ever！The rooms were clean. The Sheets smelled clean and washed. The music and lighting was very soothing. The ladies are extremely friendly and really seem to care about your experience. The price reasonable too. But the location a little hiding，Behind Bank of America. Cant in yesterday and meet with Lisa right away I can tell she has no pressure and never got trained by a professional. Waste of money

Green Day Spa & Massage is professional, peaceful, relaxing & rejuvenating! Also the front office, massage rooms and bathroom are very clean and professional! I received the most amazing 90 minute prenatal massage from Wendy! She helped me get rid of sciatic pain in both my legs. I mean she literally got rid of it! I haven’t had any sciatic pain since! AMAZING!! I was also carrying a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders which she took her time to carefully workout as well! I felt weightless and had a pep in my step the whole walk to my car afterwards! And slept so peacefully that night!Thank you Green Day Spa & Massage for a wonderful experience! My wife and I recently went to Green Day Spa and received fantastic massages during the Christmas season. Lily massaged me and the owner gave my wife a prenatal massage. We both had a lot of built up tension from the year as well as from driving and these massages were exactly what we needed to release that tension. Facility is clean, orderly and professional. Lily is a true professional with many techniques to get muscles to relax. We would greatly recommend to anyone who does a lot of driving or office work.

I stumbled upon this place while I was leaving the gym and decided to check them out very clean , very professional and welcoming. I made an hour long appointment explained to Wendy my needs since I’m a professional dog groomer lots of tension knots in my legs and lower back area. My gosh was she amazing at what she does, she massaged me like no one ever has before she hit all my ache areas and boy did I leave feeling like finally I found a great place for my needs. Will be a regular client.

Nice remodeled spa, great green color scheme throughout and so very clean. I booked a massage for me and my girlfriend and we were both completely happy with the professional treatment. My therapist as well as my girlfriends therapist (she was in a separate room) had great communication with the therapist to make it a pleasant experience. Thanks to Wendy and Rosa for the great experience we will repeat.

I was greeted with a nice smile as I walked in to this beautifully decorated new spa. My therapist Rosa was very professional and familiar with how to relax my tight muscles. I was very relaxed when I left.I highly recommend this place.

Massage therapist here are levels above their competition. If you tired of wasting you money on lackluster massages, come here! You wont regret it! My favorite therapists are Lily and Wendy!
