Great experience. Bought a Puffco Peak Pro from them but chamber stopped functioning. Brought it back to the shop, and had them warranty the chamber for me. They also have a great selection of Puffco products and accessories. Definitely recommended !!

Tony is a true dedicated business owner, he not only remembers my name every time I come in to the shop but he even remembers what I purchase. Hes here day in and day out, Ive even seen him fixing things in the shop while I come in to make his shop better. This is always my one stop shop for my devices and glassware. Tony and his family run this shop and I love that I’m supporting a family business. The prices are very reasonable and sometimes even lower for a lot of the glassware. Smokers land is always fully stocked up. Highly recommend this place

Love this place, the customer service is always top notch...they will spend as much time with you explaining pros and cons and different devices as you need. Plus their prices are great--i drive way out of the way to buy my juul pods there exclusively bc not only are they the cheapest, but he has told me a number of times that if i find them cheaper somewhere else, bring him the receipt and hell match it, make up the difference.All in all, the perfect respectful knowledgeable friendly smoke shop.

Poor shop they will send you glass by entirely different artist and then refuses to correct the problem or make it right they say they will and then do absolutely nothing. They just steal from you

Tony was super cool and I didn’t realize he was the owner. Prices were on point. He took care of the tax and even filled my vape with his own oil. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I will never go to this shop again. I bought CBD flower in there on a Monday - 1/8 for $24.99. I was thrilled. As a local and as someone who knows the value of CBD, I thought I’d found my store. I go in there the following Friday. There’s a sign that says ‘Flower Friday! 20% off!’ And I was so excited! I express out loud, how great of a deal that is. The older man in the store goes to process my order and it’s still $24.99. I said - but the sign says ‘Flower Friday! 20% off!’ He says ‘that is the 20% off’, I said, ‘but I was here Monday and that was the price then, how does your sign make sense if it’s not 20% off of what I paid on Monday?’ He says ‘I’m just a helper here, that’s the price.’I’m shocked, there are customers in the store and he refused to do what they had advertised and was being completely rude in the process.I bought the CBD. Left and tried to call the owner a few times that same day - to try to impart my experience and get a refund - I don’t care if it’s $5, it’s the whole principle and at a time when so many are out of work and hurting and CBD is a commonly used flower for mental health, is just inexcusable. I called once the following day. The same man who didn’t help me in the store is who answered the phone - recognized my voice, did nothing to help me and never let me speak to the owner. Was aggravated I’d called a few times the day before.I NEVER give reviews on anything, ever. Least of all a bad review. But there are many other smoke shops around who are far kinder to their customers.

These guys that work here are legit the most nicest guys i’ve met at a smoke shop especially. give you deals on top of low prices. super clean inside and have a great verity of cigarettes, vapes, bongs, pipes, cbd, kratum, knifes, papers, tobacco, shirts, rare sodas, vape juice, and the list goes on. definitely the best place in OC/HB. also have puffy delivery weed maps in the store front and deliver within 10 minutes or less! go hop in the car and drive down to smokerz land and get yourself some good stuff for a low price and a big smile walking in and out. god bless

Very friendly, huge selection

They sell over priced taxed weed. Do not, I repeat, do not go here. You can not use a credit card. You can use their in person atm that only allows for debit card withdraws in $5 increments. They also charge a 25% tax on top of sales tax. Tax is not included in prices like it legally should be. So for example you think you are buying an 1/8th for $20 but in reality it comes out to $26.80 plus if you use debit card you are now spending $30. Complete scam. You already are making a killing selling weed, but to nit pick and penny pinch your customers I would rather go somewhere else, get better nug for a way better price. Like I said, dont go here unless you like shawg and over paying.

Went for the dispensary there. They operate it outside similar to delivery, but they have stock close! As its listed as a store, I was expecting to see what they had. It was like internet shopping!I did not go for the smoke shop, but they were very nice inside!
