I apologize for the late review! I came in on 5/1 and was helped by Courtney M. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She truly made my day with how nice and welcoming she was! I will definitely be back to this location because shes that awesome!

This is THE place to go for anything vape related in town. If they dont have something you want, they will try to order it for you. I have found the prices are lower than local competitors, and they have a loyalty program that you accumulate points towards coupons with every dollar you spend. They take care of me there so I am 100% loyal to this location.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store! I love both Trisha and Courtney, they are very friendly and helpful with anything you could possibly need!!!

I visited in June and came all the way from Indy. Its a drive yes, but we love their products and its worth the drive. The gal who helped me over the phone saved bottles for me, then mixed some when I got there. She was amazing! I wish I could remember her name, but she was absolutely amazing. I will be visiting again next Friday to get more.

Not exactly a pleasant experience! Stopped in to get a coil and was not told until we were checking out that we couldn’t use cash because he had already counted the drawer before the store ever closed. Luckily I had enough on my card to cover it but that’s not the point. why would you refuse sales just because you counted the drawer before the store was closed. And then I asked who I need to speak to about one of the employees ruining a brand new hundred dollar mod and once again wasn’t given any information.

I love shopping at this store. Trisha and Kiara are always super helpful. I had a night where I forgot what type of coil my vape used and didnt have my device with me and these ladies helped me figure it out. They always go above and beyond to help and make my day better!

The lady at the desk today was very helpful and very friendly answered my questions to the best of her abilities and even gave some very good input on the mods and some of the juices they have definitely will be going back also she definitely deserves a raise

Great, polite staff that are very helpful. They carry my favorite brand of e-cigarettes so Im now a repeat customer. They carry cbd products as well as plenty vape products, would recommend visiting

They dont have the juice selection the FW store does and the girl that worked there wasnt helpful and was rude. She was on her phone and acted like I was bothering her when I asked questions.

Quick to sell there own juices... literally. I was trying to buy something else, after i chose 1 bottle.. he was already holding his hand out for my card. Lol

The lady today was very rude. I asked a question and she gave a snobby remark. Her attitude was ugly. I went about 1pm. Never plan to go back.

The vape I just purchased(fri 11-15-19) on way to work wasn’t functioning, I called them as I was stuck at work vapeless 😱asking for help and they sent someone over to my job and fixed it(coil wasn’t screwed in tightly 😂) thx for going the extra mile, even tho it was only across it street I appreciate it!!! - K.H. Ps plz don’t bug them to do “house calls” now.

Great staff, excellent service. Love the atmosphere of this store, great selection of high quality products paired with excellent customer service and knowledgable staff. This store also carries a MASSIVE selection of great e-liquid.

Everytime i go in the lady that is working is very courtesy recommends some of the best flavors of juices as Im indecisive and picky and knows what coils i need for my pod mod.

Walked in to a guy behind the counter on his phone, paid no attention to me other than mumbling cravin vape. Asked him about a few different things got shrugs and bare minimum dialect. They didnt have a huge selection of vapes. Probably wont be going in there again

Been there twice in a week. Bad service and no knowledge on products they sale. Save yourself some money and time and find somewhere else for your vape products.
