Just had my first massage EVER at Massage Envy with Jennifer. It was so relaxing! I came in with a slight headache and so much tension in my neck and shoulders. I left feeling so much better and very relaxed. Im looking forward to massage #2.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment it had been canceled (supposedly by me) and they had no openings.Employees were polite at least.Update: Manager reached out to apologize and help me schedule another appointment. She was very nice. I just had the massage and it was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful, the heated table was a delight, and the massage was very relaxing.

I had a recovery massage from Steven and it was JUST WHAT I NEEDED! I had completed TWO Spartan obstacle course races a couple of days ago and my body was inflamed BIG TIME! I was walking around like an old man and everything was so sore! After Steven gave me a specified massage, meaning applied appropriate pressure to areas of my body that needed the right type of pressure, I felt like a new man! I’m extremely grateful for being able to feel like I can go back to the gym and start training again! Thank You, Thank You Steven! I LOVE MASSAGE ENVY!💪🏾😃

Second appointment for a two hour massage and on the day of the massage they called to change my appointment from 6:30PM to 1:00 PM with just two hours notice. This business is your typical Idaho Falls unprofessional and unaccountable businesses! I do not recommend this place. I suggest you find another massage center! Awful!

Had a massage with Didgette today & came out feeling like a whole new woman. Front desk was so attentive and kind. Thank you for such a fabulous experience:)

I just got charged a $46 cancellation fee. My husband had got me a massage as a gift. I normally do not like to cancel it the last minute but it has been snowing literally all day and my husband had surgery yesterday and wasnt doing well. I called and canceled an appointment that wasnt until 7:30 at night. When I called, I found other person I was booked with would have given me a substandard massage cuz she only does light pressure massage and I need medium to deep pressure. I talked to Maddie and we reset the appointment with someone who could do a better job. At no point in time during that entire 15 to 20 minute conversation did she tell me that there would be a fee for canceling or rescheduling my initial appointment. She called back a few hours later and told me there would be a $35 charge to cancel the appointment. I was mad because if I had gone I would have gotten an expensive yet substandard massage even by her own admission, because shes the one that told me that Christy who I was booked with only did light pressure massage. I was upset but she was just like too bad this is what we charge. Then my charge card alert went off and they charged me $46! I called her back and she was just like oh yeah I just told you the wrong number, too bad. I think this was really bad customer service, and it was very upsetting considering that between the snow and my husband theres no way I could make it this evening and if I had I would have had a lousy massage from them anyway. I canceled my rebook appointment and I will find someone else that cares about their clients to give me a massage.

I got a membership in the new year and have loved it! Massages have been great and very relaxing and enjoyable. The facials are really good as well I would recommend either service to anyone.

Veronica is amazing! She really knows what she is doing and has great communication skills. For the first time in a long while I was able to stand up straight without pain and get relief and mobility in my shoulder. Its been a while since Ive felt that good. This is a great place to go, I highly recommend!

I paid for a year membership and was excited. The day I joined the owner Faved Malik was there and thanked me for joining and said if I ever needed anything I could call him. Fast forward 10 months later. This has been one of the worst experiences in customer service that I have ever received. The massage therapist Brent is fantastic but that is the only positive interaction I have had. I called way ahead to make appointments for the evening because I work during the day. I would schedule the appt and then they would call back right before the appt and cancel because they double booked me. They would try to reschedule a daytime appt. I had told them multiple times I work during the day.I would schedule two appts at a time on occasion and wouldn’t receive a text confirmation and then it turns out there was no record of my appt. This happened four times. Then again they would try to make it right and offer a daytime appt. Also it was extremely difficult to get an evening appt without calling two months prior.I received monthly coupons for free upgrades when I joined. I would schedule the upgrade with my appt. A week before they would text me and ask if I wanted to pay for an upgrade even though it had already been scheduled. This happened almost monthly.In early October 2023 I went to an appt and asked the girl how many massages or credits I had. She said one. So I said ok so my membership will have been completed at the end of October and she said yes and assured me that my card wouldn’t be charged again and my membership would not renew. When I called to confirm my appt at the end of October, they had no record of it even though I had sat right there and entered on my calendar while speaking to the employee. By this time I was frustrated and asked her to refund me for the final massage I had paid for. At this point she informed me that I had three massages left, not one and I was locked into my membership until February 2024. I asked to speak to the owner. The girl said she couldn’t give out his number. I asked her to have him call me. She said ok. It has now been a week and I have heard nothing. I was also told that the manager would look into it and I have heard nothing. Still waiting…. I am in the customer service business and this has been a nightmare. It was supposed to be a stress reliever but it has been anything but. Normally don’t give poor reviews but I gave them a week to follow up. I just want to cancel and be reimbursed due to lack of terrible service.As of 11-3 the owner called me back and refunded my fees and immediately cancelled my membership. He also apologized and offered me a free massage. I passed on the service but thanked him for his response. He had been out of the country and would have responded earlier. He apologized that his staff didn’t tell me that when I called the first time. Owner is a good guy and took ownership of the issues and made it right.

Wow! Something really great is happing to this place. Ive been going monthly for a couple of years and whilst my therapist has always been first class Ive noticed the staff look and feel happier especially the guys at front. Really warm and welcoming. Will be booking in for a chemical peel (supposed to make me look younger!) as they added more skincare services recently. Will let you know how I get on!! Update Dec 2023:great medium - deep pressure. Need to get here more often but live down in AZ now and travel diffeeent states. They are based most states.

Been getting a monthly massage for years at this location. Staff are professional & friendly. Excellent customer service & easy scheduling for appointments. My latest therapist is Christie. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, professional & great communications about my massage & pressure needs. See you soon!!!

From the moment I entered Massage Envy I was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. D my masseuse has a beautiful, calming voice, which is relaxing in its own way. Being a professional skier I have numerous aliments which D administered to; she found scar tissue, broken bones, and swollen joints, massaging and working on those areas until the hurt was minimized. I highly recommend this business for any aliment you may have; I will visit Massage Envy upon my return to the Ammon/Idaho Falls area. Thank you to the professional staff there...

Ive had good and bad experiences with Massage Envy locations over the years but Laura at the Ammon Idaho location knows her stuff. Shes a very well versed massage therapist and listened my needs and focused on the areas we discussed. She has a friendly personality and great massage techniques.

I have been going to Massage Envy for years and every experience is amazing! I love how friendly the staff at the front desk are and my therapist Cristie is absolutely wonderful. I leave completely relaxed and no longer feeling any pain. I would recommend them to anyone. 😊

I was given a gift card for ME and went today. I filled out what areas I wanted them to work on and then again they asked before they began. After being wrapped in a sheet and blanket I felt like a burrito. When she massaged my leg they cover up everything except the leg and then cover up again. When the right arm gets massaged the left is covered. Made for a very weird and un-enjoyable massage. At several points she just put her finger on my back and waited about a minute or 2 to pass. No pressure and I was confused on what exactly she thought she was doing. It did nothing for the pain but did waste a lot of time.They massaged none of the areas I wanted them to massage and spent most of the time on my back which I didnt want done at all or very little at most. My pain areas in my legs and lower back. What a worthless massage feel so scammed and no better than before I went in. Ive been to hundreds of massagers across the country and this takes the cake as the 2nd most pathetic massage Ive ever had. I generally tip $150 to all my massagers. I gave nothing here as a tip and I still feel taken.Update: ME contacted me and wanted to do it right. I agreed to come back in for a 2nd massage, this time for free. I had, I believe her name was KIM massage me. WO! What a big difference. Went from very light pressure of my previous massage there (almost no pressure at all) to border line painful, but boy did it help the pain when it was done. She massaged my legs deeply and w/hard pressure. I would still choose to not be on under 2 layers of blankets but the level of massage was great. I would consider coming back again in if i needed a massage in Idaho Falls. I travel a ton and see at least 2 massagers a month and while i still prefer a different approach and prefer some of the Asian massagers that snap your fingers, slap your shoulders to draw blood to the surface, and stand on your back with their feet, ME is a good next choice and I do appreciate that they tried to make it right. Tipped her $100 this time and I feel it was well deserved. Thank you.

Veronica. One of the top five massage therapy experiences I’ve had. I was diagnosed with a neurological disease called parsonage, turner syndrome, causing chronic neck and left shoulder pain. She was able to provide incredible therapy and relief beyond what was expected. I am also impressed with the customer relationships The owner Invests in. He made me feel like the most important customer of his business. I’m sure he makes everyone feel that way. 100% I recommend.

The therapist listened my needs and gave me a relaxing experience. The front staff was welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and presentable. I will be going back again.

The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have been going to Christie for prenatal massages throughout my pregnancy and even before I was pregnant. She does an amazing job , truly cares, is consistent and very knowledgeable. I have had other therapist over the almost 2 years of going to ME and have never been disappointed.

I have never had this ME cancel on me like others. The therapists here are always extremely polite and talented. They take great care to help ease my injury pain without hurting me. I cant really say that I have had any complaints. Finally, I look forward to my appointments again. Thank you ME!

I have been a ME member for a couple of years and love it! They are great at looking for openings if I need something last minute, but when I can I prefer to schedule ahead for Cristie! She is very knowledgeable and my back always feels so much better after. I come for pain relief, but she is able to do that while also making me feel completely relaxed. I definitely recommend a membership (and finding a therapist that makes you feel amazing!). Worth every penny.

I had a horrible accident. Brain and back surgery. I have had to deal with constant pain and frustration. Brandi the master masseuse has been a savior. She has superpowers! The crew and employees are very professional too. Kudos to massage envy! Thanks.

Braily is amazing!! My first facial and I’m going back to her in 2 weeks. I recommend going to her. Our faces are so important to take care of. Everyone needs this!! Also a month or so back I went to Lorena who does massages and she’s amazing too!! I love a lot of pressure on my shoulders and she always asked if it was too much or not. They both care and I love them!! I recommend this place and the staff are very nice too. Thank you so much!!

Waited a month to get a massage and was soooo excited. It was okay. Not great. The therapist was very nice but would not stop talking and trying to sell additional massages the ENTIRE time. I told her I just wanted a relaxing massage and she continually tried to work the knots out by applying too much pressure even when asked not to. Very disappointing....Update: Owner reached out immediately and made things right. With a little education to his staff, I ensure my next visit will be great!

Go here at least once per month. The staff is always friendly. Turnover is very high though. You find a masseuse that you like, but they are usually gone within a year.

I LOVE my time at Massage Envy! The front desk staff members are always so soothing and welcoming and all of the massage therapists are excellent. I recently received a facial from the esthetician and my skin was glowing, plump, and hydrated. I absolutely recommend it!

Nope. Never again. Received a gift card for Christmas. Appt was at 2pm for a 60 min massage. At 2:10 they come out to get me for my massage. My massage ended at 2:50. Does anyone see the math problem here? When I asked her why she cut me short, I was told that a 60 min session was only 50 min. That math doesnt even add up. Already irritated, I was given a total of $120!!!! For 40 Min!!! Thats $3 a minute for a subpar massage. I had requested firm, and she couldnt even do that.Anyhow, I obviously refused to pay $50 more than the quoted price of $70. Why would ANYONE pay for them??

I have been a member of Message Envy in Ammon for several years. I love my time there. They are personal and friendly. Steven is the best therapist! But dont go booking with him . . . . I have enough trouble getting an appointment!I have also had a facial with Heather. I cant wait for another. It was way more than I had imagined.The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet, and very clean.Thank you to all the staff for making it a great place.

My experience has always been excellent here! I come frequently to get massages and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The room is always very clean and set up for me. The massages I have received have always been at the perfect pressure. I have several autoimmune diseases and struggle very much with pain. I would definitely refer people to this location in Idaho Falls

Highly impressed with the staff of this place, I came in with some questions and Savannah and Ashley at the desk were great help. They were very knowledgable and kind. Wonderful to see smiling faces as you walk in the door.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past year. Each time I’ve had a new therapist and every single one of them were OUTSTANDING. If you’re looking to get a massage in the Idaho Falls area this is the place to go!

Ive had a decent experience here, when I was actually able to get in for a massage and for the specific pressure/needs I have. I originally got this membership with my significant other, but booking couples massage is hard to do here.Update: lowered my rating to a 2 star. I pay $110 a month for membership here and I basically cant get an appointment for a massage. Its the beginning of June and they dont have anything available until the end of July. I would think this violates my contract as I cant even actually get a massage per month yet thats what I pay for, but they simply dont care. I would highly recommend avoiding a contract with them.Further update: lowered to 1 star. I attempted to contact this location, and they quite frankly dont care at all. I was told basically to deal with it, and that at the end of my contact all massages I have built up will expire within 60 days unless I renew my membership. Worst customer service available here. Should be criminal the way they operate.Update 08/26/2021: I was contacted by someone named Favad about my experience at Massage Envy and to address my concerns. While on the phone he kept making excuses about everything, and defending their deceitful practices. At no point was he willing to address the issues that were brought up, and the conversation ended with me hanging up. I would advise not doing business here, or at the very least avoid the membership.

I’ve been a member since 2009. I have had great therapist through the years. I am so thrilled with the new decor and the staff now seems more eager to assist. They really seem to works hard to make sure it is a pleasant and relaxing visit. Very pleased with the transformation! Mk

I absolutely love this Massage Envy location. The front reception staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. I received a gift card from a friend, tried it out and decided to become a member, which was the perfect gift to myself. I cant say enough good about my massage therapist Matt. Hes very attentive and professional. Before starting each session we discuss my problem areas or what I feel would most benefit me. I come out feeling AMAZING. I would highly recommend gifting massage to yourself or to a friend.

I was given a gift membership, and have been more than happy with the service at Massage Envy. Ive encountered very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, and appreciate their reminder phone calls. The location is clean and peaceful. Most importantly, the therapist Ive had, Lorena, is absolutely the best! She listens to my concerns, works on problem areas, is extremely friendly and very professional. She has done an outstanding job in helping to relieve me of headache pain, muscle tension and tendonitis problems.

I get a massage from Lorena on a regular basis. She is the best and I’ve had massages in many different massage envy’s. I found No one that can compare to her massages.Because of previous strokes I’ve had I am very particular who gives me a massage and how she does it. Lorena does the very best. She has the ability to sense exactly how much pressure that I can stand and just how to work the areas that needed work. She is the best.

This clinic is fantastic! The front desk girls are so sweet, and they always go above and beyond for us. My favorite Massage Envy clinic Ive been to, with the best therapists Ive seen. Love them and their wonderful staff.

They never have any openings unless you book 3 months ahead. They wont let you cancel your membership. Not good customer service or willingness to work with you. I do not recommend anyone sign up here. I was also told by multiple therapists they dont pay their therapists as well as they should compared to other places.

In my opinion you will be making a huge mistake in becoming a member here. The management of this location is not helpful. Although the massage therapists do a good job, the problem is you can never get an appointment in a timely fashion.I made the terrible mistake of becoming a member here with the idea of getting a 1-4 massages a month. It was sold to me that this would be easily doable.Unfortunately, EVERY single time I have called, they have had no slots available. I have called 4 times in the last month and on each occasion they said they could not get me in for 2-3 weeks.I was told that the membership was kind of like a gym membership. It is not. At a gym you can go whenever the facility is open. At Massage Envy in Ammon, you can never get an appointment for a massage unless it weeks to months in advance. So unless you know for sure you are going to have back pain next, month on a Tuesday at 10 am for example, the membership is worthless.I tried to speak to the management about this and asked to get a call back. They never returned my call. Nor would they refund my unused and worthless membership fee.This has been a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are other better options in the area.

I’ve been a long time member of Massage Envy-Ammon and have always felt comfortable coming in. They always know my name when I come in and that means a lot to me. Whether it’s a massage or a facial, the therapists are all wonderful to visit with and don’t mind when I fall asleep and snore during my session! Thanks Massage Envy for always taking care of me.

This location was very professional and a nice place to come. The massage therapist who did my appointment worked hard and did a great job. I think the only thing I didnt love was the pricing structure. I was given a gift card and am now left with a balance but dont want to pay $100 for a 1 hr massage to use it up so it is sitting in my wallet waiting for a special to come along.

I really like this place. I always have great interactions with the front desk team. It seems like I have always been greeted with smiles. On one occasion they really went above and beyond when I let them know that my dad who was coming in shortly after me, was celebrating his birthday that day. I wont go in to details ....but it was something fun and out of the ordinary! The furniture in the waiting room is a bit dated and could stand a refresh but Im usually not in there long. I have been a repeat client of one particular massage therapist for years. I think he is terrific. I dont want to give his name because hes already so popular and hard enough to get an appointment with but I know he deserves accolades. Matt! He knows what hes doing!! But dont try getting an appointment with him...As I already stated, hes much too busy :) JK

Don’t try to book a couples massage. Don’t expect anyone to be able to do deep tissue massages. Don’t expect them to know what you like even after 5+ years. Just plan on paying $100 for a back rub. Even when you cancel your membership they are kind enough to bill you an extra month. We really appreciate their thoughtfulness. As if they care about the client. They only care about $$$.

Hi! Last week I had the most AMAZING massage ever!!! I have extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles, which cause constant headaches. I’ve had good luck with a few different massage therapists there, but tonight Andy took it to the next level of relief!!! He must specialize in necks, because he knocked out my headache, and left my neck/shoulders feeling soooo much better! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Andy is my new hero! I truly love my monthly massages at Massage Envy!

Love this place! Very clean and friendly. Massage therapists are on time and ask about your wishes and problems; then try to fix what is bothering you and needs to be worked on, and still give you a well-rounded massage. They will talk if you like, or not if you want it quiet. Ive been going for 3 years, mostly to the same therapist. He helps me so much with my shoulder and back problems. Hes so good I have to reserve 2 weeks in advance usually. $50 isnt much to pay for a good 50 minute massage, although I do recommend getting a 1 and 1/2 hour one. The front desk girls will try to upsell, but thats just their job.

I love Massage Envy! My therapist, Leslie, is amazing! She listens to what I need and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave. I have a stressful job and massage is my way of getting away from it all. I highly recommend Massage Envy, from their front desk to their massage therapists, they are professional and kind.

Great therapists. Love the great girls that work the desk. Have therapists that fit just what you need. Sometimes are hard to get times so make sure once you get the perfect person you schedule a couple months at a time.

I have always had a great experience when. I go get massages at Massage Envy. The staff is so willing to help me with anything i need.The owner and manager has been very helpful and understanding in my needs when it comes to the hours i work and i am incredibly grateful for them helping me grow as a therapist over the past 3 years.

The massage was okay-not great, but the woman never shut up the whole time. This is supposed to be me relaxing and enjoying the massage not listening to someone who wants to bs. Not relaxing at all—waste of my time and money. The room had no ambiance either. I felt like I’d just had the McDonald’s of massages. Meh

Ive had amazing relief from back pain and headaches after receiving consistent massages from here. Kim has helped me out most recently, but I havent had a bad experience with any of them. The Front Desk people are friendly and welcoming, also great at reminding me to get rescheduled!

A lot of your experience when you go to a business depends on who you work with. I got lucky when I went to Massage Envy. Brandi was the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and professional. I got a membership and will always go back to her.

My therapist is a rockstar. I’m very picky with my time and money. I’ve been getting 2-hour deep tissue massages every 2 weeks for almost 4 years now - its been worth every second and dollar. It has been a life changer. Massage has done what physical therapy and a chiropractor never did - it got rid of pain I thought I would live with forever. My therapist, Lorena, paid real attention to what I was saying.Every single visit, Lorena asks how I’m doing, if I’m having issues, if I’d like her to concentrate on anything particular. She is a tiny woman with the strength of an Ironman - she really works the kinks out. She also knows when to not apply very heavy pressure,such as my neck due to stenosis, etc. Absolutely love the stretches we do! I do them on my own as well. Lorena is amazing - she’s top notch!The new owners breathed new life into this Massage Envy and I’m glad they did. The facility renovations were awesome - it’s relaxing when you walk in, the waiting area is calming as well, the tables are wider, and the face rests are more comfortable - the upgrades benefitted customers as well.The front desk personnel are always friendly and responsive - they know your name. I also appreciate the phone call and text to confirm your appointment.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for just a few months. The ladies up front are very professional and kind. My masseuse Kim is excellent at what she does. I have fibromyalgia and massage isnt usually enjoyable for me, but Kim always asks if the pressure is too much and adjusts if it is. Shes always very kind and professional.

Horrible, terrible customer service! The massage therapists are way under qyalified. This is not a relaxing environment. You can hear everything going on iutside the door and in the other room. The massages are no where near the hour you pay for. They end up being about 45 minutes. Please dont sign up for the membership that you get bullied into either! There is no way out and theyll screw you over if you try. Go somewhere else and getter a better relaxing massage!

For many years, I have been to the Ammon Massage Envy to mainly seek relief for the knots I get in my shoulders. Each time, I am greeted cheerfully by the staff and taken back in a timely manner. I really benefited today from Matts expertise in loosening all my knots I knew about and then more he found. I signed up again for a membership and immediately made my next appointment with him as I think his work really made a difference in how my shoulders and back will feel on a daily basis.

All of the therapists are awesome. would recommend.

I love massage envy!!!! My therapist is amazing and she wants to help me feel better. Even after she’s done she will ask how I’m feeling, if I’m still hurting in a place she will go back. Amazing front desk and very helpful

Ive been coming here for over a year now and it is amazing! The front desk staff is extremely friendly and they take the time to get to know me which makes me feel more at ease. I always go and see Matt. He is my favorite masseuse and I would highly recommend him.

I have been a member of ME since 2013. 6 months ago I placed my account on hold. They are now wanting to put my membership back to full monthly payment when we are right in the middle of a WORLD PANDEMIC and SOCIAL DISTANCING! I told them if they elected to not continue to have my account on hold, where I am still paying a reduced monthly fee, I would cancel my membership.THEY ELECTED TO HAVE ME CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!!! AND due to this I will lose 11 hours of massage time on my account......I am sorry ME but this is unacceptable and frankly a very poor business decision. Why would you elect to have a member of 7 years cancel their membership vs keeping some monthly income coming in and keeping a long term customer? As a business owner myself, I would be more focused on retaining MONTHLY paying customers as we work through this pandemic vs kissing them goodbye because of a procedural issue. Its about adapting and and changing to stay alive in this economy....not the smartest business decision in my book.

I just talked to the clinical manager Kiersten. I had previously talked to Mackenzie, who I thought had resolved my issue. Mackenzie was at least polite. Kiersten, not so much. She was rude, and really wasnt trying to help me. When I asked if there was anyone else that I could talk to in order to resolve the issue she said no. Which is really frustrating because they charged me twice in 2 weeks even after my account was supposed to be on hold. The membership is beneficial, I just suggest getting it from another branch. Because if you have any kind of issue, they arent going to try that hard to resolve it.

I went today for my first massage. I very much enjoyed it and it was a very relaxing environment. Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially those at the front desk. I will definitely be going back!

Brent was my masseuse. I have multiple knots on my back and neck. And he took the time to show me some stretches that would help until my next visit. It was great!

Got a couples massage this past weekend. Laura and Jared did an amazing job! The front desk was great as well!

They suck. And will try to sucker you into a contract. Stay away. They treat their MT kind of awkwardly as well. Found out, its because theyre paid piss poor. My physician I went to the immediate next day due to my limp recommended that not to ever get massages for such reasons as they are not helpful in anyway way other than placebo. And in fact can harm you joints. Be cautious. And dont say I didnt warn you. And dont do what google user obvious sales pitch franchise owner to get a package. Theyre a contract theyll hold you binding forever LOL!

Scam Artists. I bought my Mom a $100 Gift Card for Mothers Day, which says would pay for an hour and a half massage, plus tip. After talking to my Mom, she told me that they refused to give her an hour and a half massage, and that it would only pay for an hour. During that hour, they only worked on her shoulders and back, and suggested she should come in once a week. When I called and asked why she only got an hour massage, and they told me it was because she was a member previously, but not anymore, so they cant charge her the $75 price it states on their website. So my Mom had to pay $90 for an hour massage. That is absolutely outrageous for the quality of staff they have working there. I wanted my Mom to enjoy a nice Mothers Day present, but instead we are both just left feeling ripped off.

Needed some medical massages after a surgery. Never have had a massage before and was a little anxious. They make you feel comfortable and confident that the services recieved are excellent. The receptionist remembers my name and the therapist goes through her plan and really works on my medical needs.First session was assisted stretching. I felt so good afterward because she got rid of so much tightness and there was none of the awkwardness I worried about. I didnt realize how much I needed it until I got off the table to leave and realized I was walking differently. Amazing!Second session was a medium massage (between swedish (top myscles) and deep tissue massages). There was a lot less rubbing involved than I expected (not that I had any previous experience) and a lot of pin-point pressure. Verged on extreme discomfort (not pain) at times, however, I could literally feel the muscles unwind I didnt even know were tight. There was some brief soreness the next day but they suggested no strenuous exercise and soaking in an Epsom bath and it did the trick immediately.Dont let uncertainty keep you away. If my doctor hadnt prescribed it and the establishment and its employees any different I probably would never go back. As it is, they have not only earned a stellar review but also won over a skeptic. I eagerly await my next session.

Booked an appointment on line and got a message stating that someone would be calling to confirm. Someone called the next day and I was at work. Called a couple hours later and only could get a voicemail. Nobody ever called me back and when I called again, there were no available appointments at the time I had booked, and nobody I talked to on the phone had any clue who I was and nobody seemed to have bothered to check a voicemail. I guess theyre not that hard up for new clients.

Usually busy but for a reason so make an appointment. Stylists know how to cut hair and interpret what you want well. Great with kids and a fair price.

I’ve been a member for years. Call at 10:00 AM to see if I can get in, a therapist has a cancelation. I take it and 24 minutes later I call and cancel it for a work obligation. They charged me one full hour?!? Unsympathetic that it was only for 24 minutes and that she had already been paid once already.

I had the best facial of my life from Justine jones I highly recommend her for a facial, chem peel or micro! Shes very very knowledgeable and takes amazing care of her clients. She has an amazing touch, and great energy.

Staff at front desk doesnt wear masks during our areas highest infection rates of COVID. Week later made an appointment for a member of my family - front desk still not wearing masks. Why would someone go someplace for their health and well being, only to be exposed to a health risk?

Every time I go into this Massage Envy I get fantastic customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the masseuse I see. He always listens to what I need in each session.

Brandi is AMAZING! She knows what she is doing, and is great at targeting what is needed. I used to get 3-4 migraines a week, but now I maybe get one a week and I am excited to continue working with her.

I think this place could learn a thing or two about good customer service. I was very disappointing to learn that the time I spent getting undressed and dressed was part of my hour long massage. Im sorry, but if I pay for an hour massage, that means Im getting massaged for an entire hour, not 45 to 50 minutes. What a joke!

Always very nice, the massage therapists are extremely nice and talented, and great to talk to, the massage rooms are private and relaxing, as is the waiting room, they play calming music, I enjoy coming and always leave more relaxed and loose and less stressed than when I came in, all the massage therapists are great, I had Andy this previous time and he was very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around, thank you all!

I had one massage because i was given a giift card. Everything is extra, aromatherapy, stones, sound... everything. They talked me into a 6 month plan to have my acct debted monthly for a massage a month. I thought I could save them and use them during the winter. NOPE! At the end of 6 months timne I hadnt used any yet and they told me I was one day over the 6 months and they were to expire, and not only that but because I didnt come in and fill out a cancellation form I owed for a 7th massage. The contract auto renews! Now I had 7 massages at 59.00 each! To transfer to gift cards was 10.00 each! He did allow me to not have them expire but I will never go back.

Good massage, clean facility, and nice warm massage bed. Only downside was finding out that my next one hour massage there will be $90 vs the $50 I paid this time. No thank you!
