Better Vapors Irving

Amazing shop. The guy that is always there is super friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are great. Ive seen the same stuff in other shops for 7-10 bucks more. I grabbed a new 510 battery that I had seen my friends with, and I ended up paying $10 less than they did. Im going to be really sad when I move from the area and wont be able to stop by here as conveniently anymore.

Came for e-juice 2 days ago and found that everything was overpriced!!! While competitor offer half price of the e-juice here. Yes one that close to shell gas station on W northgate dr. And stuff tried to rush everything. Customer service wasn’t okay that day.

I went in there so I can have help rebuilding my coils, most places will do it for free, and this is the only place I went to that they charged you so you can have good coils. They didnt even tell me what coils they were using! Next time I will go down the street to get my coils fixed!

This place used to be great when tony owned it now since the new owner took control of it, he raised all the prices and switched to flavor west one of the worst e juice flavors around. If u do not believe me try there butter scotch then go down the street to vape n vapor and try theres; you will see a huge difference. THERE JUICE SUCKS!!

Sometimes this store is not opened when it says its supposed to be open. I went there on Saturday the hours said 10 a.m. and it was almost 11 and no one was there. I did go back later and I was given a free coil which was nice but I still had to make two trips!

Awful. They use the worst/ cheapest flavors available (Flavor West), customer service is minimal at best. Prices are way above the average local stores nearby. The store has a very uncomfortable, hurry up an get out feel, not inviting at all. No chairs or anywhere to sit if you wanted to try the massive, cluttered table of samples. Their Premium ejuice is more Flavor West, house mixed crap they just charge more for to put it in a glass bottle. This place is here to line his wallet from a booming new market, not for the sake of vapers. If you want a good deal on gear an quality ejuice DONT go here. Too many places that actually care about the customer out there to waste time on this place.*****Update****5/13/15****update***Went in couple days ago to try an give them another chance since there was a lot of management and employee changes. Well I had 232 points on 5star. I used 180 to get a 30ml bottle of juice, by the time I got to my truck an looked at my 5star app the owner had gone an cleared all my points to 0!!!! I had seen Giovanni (an owner) rushing to the register when I was leaving an now I know why... thats some shady business pratice if ever there was any. Now I will never darken the door of that shop again.

Dont waste your time here. As mentioned by other reviews, they are rude. These guys want you to buy anything in 2 mins and leave the place. If you ask for any clarification, suggestion, doubts, or guidance he will show faces. The shop is empty by the way when I went there...but still no service. I spent may be 5 mins thats my first and last visit here, I prefer to drive 2 mins extra to the next shop

Easily the best vape store in irving, the prices are always reasonable and the staff is always knowledgeable.ive been a regular for 5 years and never had any issue.

I bought a $70 Fuchai 213 mod from this place and within a week the button was stuck and I can no longer use it. After speaking with the GM about the situation, he tells me that they cant replace it because he think I dropped it and thats why the button is stuck. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this place. Needless to say, I will never go back!

Best place for all your vaping needs I have been going there for more then an year thay have the best rates. I would not go to any other vape shop when i can get the best rates here

They sell faulty vapes here! I have bought several puff bars at this shops and needless to say about half were faulty!!

Loved it the guy is 👌 he knows his stuff if your just starting out or just want some one to talk to about vaping equipment
