Smoke & Vape DZ - IRVING

Large variety of products here and associates are always knowledgeable on their inventory. One of the few shops open late, has come in handy for last minute pickups more than once. They are on top of my list in the area when I need something.

DZ is now my go-to for vape juices and smoke products. Not only for their clean and vast collections, but for their kind and knowledgeable staff. When they dont have what I am looking for, they do what they can to find it for me and have it on hand the next time I come in.Im really glad I found this place. Was going to another joint 7 miles away and its a godsend to have this quality of a store so close to my home.Ill be a dedicated customer at this store for a long time coming. The staff and owners are respectful of my personal needs and Im blown away with their kindness and their quality of products.Keep it up! Always a positive experience and I highly recommend everyone stop by and see for yourself! Maybe Ill see ya there! :)

Awesome shop, from out of state and needed somewhere close to shop and glad I stopped here. Very friendly, Nate hooked us up and made sure our stay was gonna be a good one. Would 110% recommend anyone who has any questions.

Its all well, its a business, but are you people even aware of what customer service is? You guys are acting so racially offensive and disrespectful. Particularly the Curley Hair guy, who treated my friend so badly when he tried to buy a vape from him. I swear we wont go there, and I don’t recommend anyone to get there .

If I could give less than a 1 star I could, this is the 3rd time I’ve been given defective vapes & go right back in to swap & the very disrespectful boy there will not swap out. Only vape shop that I’ve been to that won’t swap out defective ones. I won’t be back, that’s for sure.

Great place, and amazing employees. I want to thank the staff member Norman who went above and beyond regarding customer service. Not only did he do a super job at helping us pick a product, he also lent me a jack for my car which had a flat tire. He asked if we were okay and generally was very helpful all around. This is why we come here, great people, great selection. You can’t beat the customer service here.

This place is great! They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My last visit was Saturday the 13th, I came in for a new mod because my wife had dunked hers in water by accident. Katrina initially helped me and she was awesome with a great attitude, Norman came over next as he is the mod-genius and helped me with my decision. I picked up a Smoke Nord Pro and it’s perfect, also got a pack of pods for our Uwell CoCo and coils for the Nord. I decided to grab a juice as well and tried a new flavor Aloe Mango, it’s delicious!! Always 5-star service will definitely be back!

Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Had everything I needed.. which seems to be difficult with vape shop supplies since there are so many different styles and brands. They were open when everyone else was not. And the price I paid was way cheaper than what I was expecting.
