My masseuse was very kind and listened to all of my requests and problem areas and tried new techniques that were very relaxing and brought me so much relief. The professionalism and ambiance were 10/10. Highly recommended to all my friends and family! I also did a couples massage and I highly recommend that too, my bf loved it!

I’m pregnant and just got a prenatal massage by Anisha and it was literally life changing!She knew exactly what she was doing and truly has a gift! The spa was clean, calm, and peaceful as usual. :)

It was good but not great. Most massage places are disappointing – and I went to many across various states. This one is above average but it feels like youre just a customer where the therapist takes cares of you well but without really digging into what you need neither provides recommendations for what you can do after.I got a 90-minutes deep tissue massage. It was good but not as deep as I like.

I had one of the best massages here. Cynthia paid attention to areas of discomfort and applied the perfect pressure. My comfort was her priority. She was sweet and friendly but did not try to make conversation during the message. I like to be in my zone😊

Came here from nyc just for a weekend vacation. Got Cynthia for a 60 min deep tissue massage. Best massage I’ve received so far and I get them often in NYC. If you are looking for a real deep tissue ask for Cynthia she’s strong as hell. The worst part was when she told me it was over!

Amazing! Me and my bf had a couples massage. We had Cassandra and another woman (I forgot her name) but they made us feel comfortable and catered to us. Communication was on point. Definitely going back!

Dia is absolutely amazing! She is a student therapist here and has a gift for massage. I am a licensed massage therapist myself and I have never had a better massage even from therapists who have been doing this for 20 years. She is extremely intuitive, kind, genuine, and talented. She found every tight spot I had and released it in a therapeutic way while still giving an extremely relaxing massage. If you are thinking about getting a massage you will not regret going to Dia. I will be sending everyone I know to her and will follow her wherever she works when she graduates. Absolutely phenomenal!!

Ive had four massages now with Dia who is in training and is a student, and she has helped me enormously. I was in such a state of anxiety and fight or flight when I met her. And her combination of wonderful gentle but strong massage with some Reiki added to the massage did absolute wonders for my tension and back pain. Her demenor is professional and personal, as well as very sweet. She has mastered other modalities as well . .. . Which adds to her great massage! I plan to keep seeing Dia and keep giving the gift of healing to my body.

Do not book at this place they will overcharge you charge you for things that they tell you are a lower fee …and when you ask to remove the charger they will charge you anyway do not book here…. What was supposed to be a relaxing birthday weekend has turned into so many different issues with my debit cardUpdate to owner below I called again and was told it would be fixed and ended up having to dispute because it wasn’t

Valerie was my student therapist and she did amazing! Her hands flowed through my body like a river. She has gifted hands..I look forward to my next session with her.

This place is honestly heaven. From the front desk receptionist, to the decor...all the staff is so nice and so knowledgeable. We got a couples massage and it was the most relaxing massage I’ve had in Jax. I’ve been to several spas but they always fall short. This is the first place I’ve actually been so relaxed that I fell asleep. Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Booked a deep tissue massage for my husband as we drove all night to come to Florida for a little vacation. I looked up their services online, and it was very simple to navigate and find what I was looking for. Once I had determined what I wanted, I called and scheduled for him. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment. The person I spoke with over the phone was very quick and polite, and didn’t try to talk me into any extra services.My husband said it was an excellent massage and would definitely return given the opportunity.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My massage therapist was Lourdes, she did an amazing job. She performed a prenatal massage on me and made me feel like I was in heaven. Wow! Just got home from my massage and immediately booked my next two! I have neck issues and have had spinal fusion. I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders. Usually I have a limited range of motion in my neck due to my spine problems and muscle tension. I seriously haven’t been able to turn my neck as far as I can today in years!!! I hesitate to tell you my therapist’s name because I don’t want him to get too booked up! Andrew uses techniques I haven’t had in a massage before, and I’ve had several. His massage felt like a cross between what you would expect in a massage place and what you would expect from a physical therapist. I’m so happy to have found someone who can honestly work the tension out of my neck and shoulders!

My fiance and I did a couples massage and absolutely loved it. The therapists were great and very professional. We left feeling super relaxed. Pretty sure I fell asleep for like 5 min lol. Price was very reasonable. Will def do this again soon!

My husband and I booked a couples massage and had a great experience. Very clean and professional. We both enjoyed our therapists. What totally made my experience even more great was there was not a sales pitch at the end pushing us to sign up for a membership. This happened on both of my visits to Message Envy and it was a huge negative for me.

This is the most amazing experience I have had receiving a massage in my life. The staff in the front were professional and kind. The massage therapist Jasmine was WONDERFUL, she understood what I needed and delivered flawlessly. She held polite conversation and always made me feel comfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go to anyone or anywhere else.

Absolutely fantabulous! Extremely professional, clean, and experienced. While on vacation, my husband purchased a deep tissue massage for me here. I was blown away at how amazing it was. Angela knows her stuff and she listened to me and knew exactly how to help my issues. As a runner, I have issues with my back and hips. She helped relieve me of problems that had been bothering me for months and were interferring with my training. I would HIGHLY recommend Massage Theory. If I lived in this area, I would book regular appointments to keep my body in check. Thank you Anglea and staff for taking such good care of me!

Julissa is amazing I have a sore neck and have done nothing about for 3 months because I was working full time and going to school pretty much full time in the evenings. I decided to go to massage theory to see if it would help. She really hit every spot that hurt and worked it. I am about 50% better a few days after her massage. I made an appt for 2 weeks with her. I am amazed how she knew by touch where I was hurting.

I had my first ever (in USA) massage here - Michael was wonderful. I highly recommend the 90 minute massage it was so relaxing (pretty sure I fell asleep). The ambiance was soothing and clean and the employees were professional, friendly and accommodating! The location is great too - right nextto Dairy Queen. 😀 I can’t wait to go back for a facial.

The therapist were great .I routinely had massages before moving in Jacksonville .Massage Theory is going to be my main and only place now. Marena and Julissa know their technic really well and will adjust to your level of sensitivity.

Lourdes is the best. She always spends the time on my shoulder injury. She is thorough and amazing!

12/28/21 Updated Review: Went back for a second visit and saw Carlos, my massage was AMAZING! I also extended my time so I feel like I got more bang for my buc on top of how I felt afterwards. His pressure was good, he spent an even amount of time on each area of my body, and the way he rubbed my back made me envision some type of chakra poster with the motions I was feeling. He was great, I’m booking with him again! Changed my star rating from 3 to 5First time booking, used app and random selection for masseuse I saw Angela. I dont believe I got full usage of my appointment time. My masseuse was very friendly and applied a good amount of pressure, however my time was cut short by 8 minutes and I felt like she got lazy at the end. A lot of technique wasnt used during my massage, it felt rushed and I didnt feel a physical difference afterwards or the next day at all.

I came here for a deep massage and boy did I get so much more out of it! I felt like I was in a restorative physical therapy session. Jasmine was SO knowledgeable and helped me understand why I was so tight in places and what to do to help me fix it. It was relaxing, healing and very educational at the same time. I usually only get 1 massage a year, but I’ll be going back to Jasmine more often! Do your body a favor and go see her.

Always a good experience at Massage Theory. I book the students for a quality but less expensive massage monthly. The students are professional. The space is clean and the front desk members are always respectful. I make the drive from Town Center out to the beaches still to visit here!

I am always hesitant to try a new massage therapist, but have trouble with my schedule getting in last minute with my current therapist. I decided to try Massage Theory and made an appt with Carlos. Hands down the massage with Carlos was the best I have ever had!! He did massage techniques I wish I had known I was missing out on. As a runner and athlete, my low back and hips are often tight and cause other issues. Carlos made me feel I was walking on clouds by the end of the 90 min session! I would highly recommend!

Some folks have great hands. I havent felt this good in years. Clean. Friendly. Professional. $$$ Reasonable. Only...when you really need deep-tissue massage..great way to remove toxins. Drink plenty of fluids afterwards.

I was in dire need of a massage and had heard great things about Angela. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! In the past, I have had MTs work on my upper body and the tension would come back the next day. Not with Angela. My whole body, neck and shoulders have never felt better! Book with Angela if you want the weight of the world taken off of your shoulders!

I have had some horrible neck pain for a while so I scheduled a full body massage here. Angela talked through my issues and suggested just an upper body massage and I already feel so much better! She did a great job! I will be going back

The schedule was accommodating, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and my massage therapist Amy was able to listen well and deliver exactly body treatment I needed to alleviate a lot of pain and stress in my shoulders. I wouldnt have been able to teach the 16-hour workshop I hosted this weekend without this appointment!

Went into the Jax Beach location this evening to purchase gift certificates for my employees. The receptionist was not wearing a mask. When I asked if their business was taking measures to protect clients such as wearing masks she said yes but that she wasnt wearing one because they were going to close soon. She continued to speak with me and at no point offered to put a mask on. Another employee walked by reception who was also not wearing a mask. I dont see the point of advertising that your business is taking precautions for the safety of its clients if the front desk staff dont bother to take those same precautions even when asked. I decided to purchase my gift certificates from Kudos massage down the street instead who were wonderful and taking appropriate precautions. If you need a massage and are hoping to get one in a safe manner during this pandemic I encourage you to book elsewhere.
