The Shim Sham Room

Went there for happy hour and the margaritas were delightful. They had some orange and blackberry margaritas along with traditional ones. The bartender was super nice and friendly. The bathrooms were a bit rough, but still a solid place in Jax Beach.

While visiting my mom from NYC, we came to the beach for a drink, while this place was empty when we arrived it filled right up and quickly!The drinks are amazing and if you want something special they will do it. Gin and Egg white “something” was my request and I had two beautiful drinks.I mean look at the pictures....

We have all been there, hungry at 1am thinking about hitting up the drive through or huddle house, but once you have had a slider from Shim Sham you will never go back to that big mac again. They are amazing and definitely worth the wait if its a busy night.

The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lively and softly lit with a few places for photo ops. The downside is there are no quiet areas and it is too loud to hear what anyone is saying and the upstairs area was uncomfortably hot and humid. If you order food, it may take the wait staff/bartenders a while to get back to you. Personally, it was okay, but I wouldnt go back.

Always come here for Taco Tuesday. $2 tacos and $5 for a beer and a shot. One of the best secrets for food in jax beach!

My husband and I came last week on a super slow night, the bar tender was attentive and fun. We got the nachos, but they barely had any toppings on them which was a let down. We ended the night with the absinthe shot that lights on fire which was a fun experience. The Bar tender even mixed up some drinks off the menu which was fun, but ended up costing twice as much as menu-drinks and we wish we had been warned because we walked away with a large bill that we should’ve meant we were smashed, but were barely tipsy at best.

They freshly squeeze everything and these spicy margs are the BEST! 10/10 recommend for a happy hour stop in, the menu looked great too 🌮

*visiting from nyc: Came on a weekday night, so was only concerned about good cocktails and enjoyable vibe. Drinks were delicious, if youre looking for well curated cocktails- this is the spot. Bar food was good for a snack to pick on. Not sure what the weekend vibe is like, but if a great cocktail is what youre looking for I would highly recommend

I visited this establishment last night and it was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. The bouncers were incredibly rude and aggressive to the point of choking a man and pushing ladies through the stairs for no reason. There are many ways to handle a situation professionally and violence is definitely not one of them. The bouncers in this bar need some serious training. In addition, we also felt discriminated since we got there.The club was horrible and I would not recommend anyone to go there...I will not be attending again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When I first started coming to this place I enjoyed myself good food great drinks and nice music. But your service varies on who’s behind the bar. On two occasions I’ve came in and it not be very busy and have walked out because bar staff completely ignored me. I hate to play the race card but when some one is standing just feet from you and go the opposite direction and help someone else it makes you wonder. Even the bar helper was standing in front of me and didn’t help me or get the attention of the bartender for me. I don’t think I’ll give them a chance for a 3rd time cause it’s happen twice now.

Great bar with great music and good drinks. The only issue I have was that one of the bouncers doesn’t care about the patrons in the slightest. My girlfriend and myself were trying to meet up with a friend inside and one of the bouncers took her state issued ID and told her to have a good night implying it was fake and that he was keeping it. When she took out her military issued ID he gave us attitude and told us we couldn’t go in and she had to snatch them both back. All of this was extremely frustrating especially considering it was Memorial Day weekend right before Memorial Day.

Great bar! Love the fact that there is an upstairs and a downstairs.Usually eat downstairs have a few drinks and then make my way upstairs to dance! Dj Nick Fresh on Fridays always kills it!FYI - I was there last Friday and sounds like the top left QSC speaker is blown (if youre facing the DJ). Pretty sure this is a recent occurence because I dont remember it being blown before.

Three stars because I’m conflicted. The bar itself has an amazing atmosphere. I am a young, 21 year old, full-time college student, and mother to a toddler. Needless to say I RARELY go out. Well tonight was my first night going out with my fiancé and friend (celebrating her 21st) in months! The upstairs dance floor area was AMAZING (they could definitely utilize a better variety of music) the bartenders were wonderful as far as I could tell. HOWEVER! There was a bouncer (red shirt, black ball cap, longish dark curly hair, white, male) who was an absolute jerk. Keep in mind I am a mother. Females will understand some of us who have had children, we cannot hold it when we have to use the restroom. It is 30 minutes before closing (per Facebook, their posted hours, and Google) I attempt to go to the bathroom and this bouncer was a JERK. I explained my medical situation (birth caused life-long problems with my bladder due to organs shifting) he was not “customer oriented” about it just a straight NOPE. Meanwhile his coworker was happy to suggest an alternative. I was nice enough not to slip past him when he wasn’t blocking the women’s bathroom , and I explained myself to him (not that I had to) but he remained disrespectful about the situation. I would be more understanding if he had been nicer about it, but the way it was handled was UNPROFESSIONAL. I have, since making it home, (sober) seen a couple reviews about this bouncer specifically. If you have hours posted for what time you close (bar or not) you stick to those hours INCLUDING YOUR BATHROOM. me and my group will NEVER come back. I shouldn’t have to worry about my natural bodily functions when out for ONE night of relaxation and fun.

Unfortunately, the Shim Sham restaurant and bar has gained a reputation for racism, homophobia, and transphobia, which is enforced by the owners. They have been known to intentionally target black individuals and enforce their dress code selectively for black customers and this was my experience as well.In addition, one of the owners, Dustin, has been reported to be extremely rude and transphobic, to the extent of yelling at customers who come to him with complaints. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.It is essential to recognize that by continuing to patronize establishments like Shim Sham, we are indirectly supporting racism, homophobia, and transphobia. It is vital to speak out against this type of behavior and not support businesses that engage in it.In summary, based on the information provided, the Shim Sham restaurant and bar has a concerning reputation for discrimination, and customers should take this into account when deciding where to spend their money.

Great place to go and hang out! Everyone who goes has at least one picture with the bear. The truth is some of the best hangover food you can have hands down

Not one to ever leave negative reviews but super disappointed in my experience at the shim sham room. Great time until one of the bartenders freaked out on my friend for trying to close out. Instead of politely letting us know their system was down, one of the bartenders quite literally screamed at my friend for simply asking the bartender to get her card back when she closed her tab. It was absolutely uncalled for and we were all in complete shock. Another person at the bar let us know that the same thing had just happened to them with the same bartender. Super disappointing considering the other bartenders were so sweet and explained to us why they couldn’t close out at first. Will not be back.

I went to shim shams on a Wednesday night. It was decently busy, but not crazy. We ordered food and ended up waiting for well over an hour. The manager never checked on us, but when I went to find him he was very unsympathetic. He said Sorry we are busy and I dont think that you have been waiting that long. The food was okay, the bartenders were good, the buss boy was great, but the manager (with the neck tattoo) was absolutely terrible!!

The food was excellent! And so were our drinks. I ordered directly from their drink menu. Everything was great. However, the older of the bartenders was very rude. My boyfriend asked if they had a particular bottled beer and instead of just saying yes, he grabbed a menu (which we didnt have yet), flipped to the page and threw it at us. It was on there, so he said hell take one. He sat it down so hard that the beer spilled. The place wasnt that busy. The younger bartender made my drinks and was very pleasant and did a great job! However, it was obvious the older one was in charge.

Amazing place, my first real bar and I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else! Got the Red Dawn drink and it was perfect, great music and great vibe! Staff was really nice! It was like sitting at a hard rescue bar, they did everything right!! Definitely going back!

Place is not worth the visit. if youre part of a minority community (ex. Foreign, black), theyll find any reason to not let you in and make you feel uncomfortable too but will let in the typical sandal wearing dudes at the beach. You dont have to go too far into the reviews to see a common reoccurring theme which I thought was just me

This place is great if your in the mood to relax with a craft cocktail in your hand. Right off Jaxs Beach the atmosphere was causal and fun as we sat at the outside bar. Our bartender was able to recommend cocktails that matched our tastes perfectly. I didnt get to try the food but they do have a bar menu.

YOU MUST ATTEND THE BURLESQUE SHOW!!! This place is the ultimate chill spot! It is a vibe. The menu has a unique spin on the items listed from the names of the dish to the added flavors. When it comes to dri ks, deciding betweent the Red plate or the Blue play will let you know what type of night you are in for. Great music selection.

This dive bar has my heart. Dimly lit with comfy seating. Music always going in the background and a laid-back, diverse clientele. They have a small food menu that is the epitome of bar food. The Buffalo Chicken Sliders are legit. Dont show up to this place in a suit or you will feel like Rudolph in a snowstorm.

Be aware of discrimination on Sunday nights. Great music and bar staff however the security is disgusting. A member from my party was advised to leave because he innocently bumped an aggressor who was within close proximity while dancing. It was later disclosed that the aggressor (who is an FBI worker) sent for us to be removed because he knew the security personnel working at the time. It was also revealed the aggressor demanded we respect him because he is an FBI agent meanwhile the person he was aggressive towards is an active MARINE. This business does not promote safety for everyone —just a particular crowd & COMPLETELY DISREGARDED any statement that was presented by several witnesses. Ultimately my party had to leave and the aggressor could stay. After getting police involved the reasoning was the business simply did not want the member from my party there w/ no supporting explanation. Be aware that your safety is in jeopardy if you do not fit the description of who they protect.

Best Bar Staff in Jacksonville. This place is always busy on weekend nights, but it is also a quiet place to drop in for a nice happy hour. The staff is friendly and very talented and the management if extremely helpful when organizing a party. The food and the drinks are quite tasty, and they have excellent drink specials.

Waited 30 minutes in front of the Bar Tender and received the Invisible Black Man treatment. Not sure if this is normal protocol but my coworker who came out with me somehow noticed that I wasnt being served as well after he got his drink from the other side of the bar. Im sure the female bar tender in the dark blue skirt will ignore this review. Ill stay in St. Augustine for my bar hoping..

It was good for a Tuesday night at the beach

Great food and drink specials throughout the week. The bouncer was noticeably kind. My bartender refilled our waters 5 different times AFTER we cashed out and already tipped her to finish watching the game on tv. Most would stop serving after they got their tip..

Very rude and aggressive Front Door security. A person in my party was not only knocked over but thrown to the ground and tased by 2 officers because of the over emotional and clearly aggravated security guard with the long curly pony tail and hat. Not only did they push our friend, but he also told the police that he (the black man) started the tussle. When we walked past the venue after working with police officers this guy then proceeded to call one of the girls into party a dumb b***** amongst many additional derogatory comments. If you can’t handle a heavy door line and basic communication staff with your team maybe you shouldn’t be in the front! Bad look for the venue as well as the beaches! Never coming back

Great energy on the dance floor on the second floor.... Too many completely trashed girls that should clearly been cut off a few drinks ago. Security is pretty good at throwing them out though. Still way too many broken glasses for my preference. But the girls make for fun people watching

It’s almost impossible to get a drink here on the weekend. The bartenders tend to get overwhelmed and leave you standing there until you simply walk out; which I’ve done on more than one occasion. I am giving it 3 stars because I have been here on a weekday and they have the best tacos but that’s about it.

Went for happy hour. The food was pretty good but dont come in and sit down at a table. Youll never get served, you have to order everything from the bar first. Then you can sit at a table lol

I like this place, usually lots of fun. Tonight I was ignored at the bar while it was dead. I went upstairs to support the Glass Bottle Society, which is an awesome store there for the art walk. After that I left. Not every experience one has anywhere is a winner all the time. Tonight was a dud but usually a really fun place

Was told I couldnt come in because I was wearing Jean shorts meanwhile the place was full of people wearing tanks tops,swimwear and booties shorts. I dont understand why they would enforce a dress code on the beach..Most of the people spending money are tourists. Wont ever visit this place again Ill just go to five points in downtown Jacksonville

Two-story, smoke-free bar. Like every bar in Jax beach, its very loud inside, but the patio isnt so if you want to have a conversation. Drinks are not expensive. Gets very crowded on the weekends. Service is pretty good.

The bar is small with an upper room usually reserved for private parties. The drinks are moderately inexpensive boating a wide variety you would expect a bar to have. The part that intrigued me was the food menu which runs specials. The quesadilla with Mac and cheese and buffalo chicken is fantastic, if not artery clogging. It goes on special on Wednesdays for $6 rather than $9.

This is my favorite bar in the Jacksonville area. The ambiance, staff and sophisticated beverages are well worth the drive out to the beach. Their speciality is their cedar plank smoked drinks ( I recommend the Old Fashioned ). Though, $9 a drink, its well worth the sensation to your palette.

My first visit! two-story corner nightclub kind of dark and cozy, with lots of security staff, and has a unique first floor garden like patio-bar separated from the noise, by a glass door, and walls! Tiney dance floor upstairs! If i am not mistaking, I think that 30 years ago, shim sham was a punk place, that used to be called Einstein! Anyway, the club Has great lighting at nights, and good for taking photos, perhaps!

Very unprofessional with the bartenders and bouncers. They wouldnt let people go in because of type of shoes they were wearing. And mind you its winter season. Terrible atmosphere not worth going at all. In the bouncers act like theres some high-profile security. Dude youe a door stand

The food is good. The service is not good. You have to yell over to a bartender for a while to get any drinks. One of the three in our group had a drink spilled on him. They did comp the drink, so that was nice. The time to get a drink on a weekday night was incredibly excessive.

One of my favorite bourbon places in Jax. Usually an eclectic crowd which makes the atmosphere fun and interesting. Bartenders know what theyre doing and provide excellent attention and service.

By FAR the best bar food in Jax Beach. As a matter of fact, it has the best bar food period! On top of that, it has a chill vintage vibe and great staff (ask for Sam, hes the best!). Also, if its your first time at Shim Sham, get a Jeffrey shot. Trust me, its worth it!

Wow!!!!! I have never seen in my life such a disgusting and shameful event in a bar or a club in which yo see security personnel pushing and hitting women down the stairs for no reason. Grabbing people by the neck for no reason. This cries in front of God eyes!!!!!!! Bar management should be ashamed of this kind of event happening in their business, I even feared for my security trying to avoid women being push down the stairs.

My friend and i were told the food here was awesome so we figured we would give it a try... Sarah the bartender continued talking to other bar guests and told us she would be with us and never did so another gentleman took our order took at least 10 mins to make our drink then we ordered food that we never got bc there was only one cook in the kitchen! I wouldn’t spend another dime in here our drink wasn’t even that good!

Only complaint is lack of variety in the food menu. But thats not the point of this place if I could give 4 and a half I would. Cocktails are well made and the bartenders know what theyre doing. Service may sometimes seem slow but thats just the cost of craft cocktails.

Rude employees. Waited 10m at a table for a worker ..no one came. Went to the bar to order...waited 5 more mins, only to be told I cant order the drink painkiller #2 bc they dont have the rum for it. And the bartender then added, you cant substitute it either bx it changes the whole drink so yeah.....and very short and rudely. We definitely got the SHIM SHAM HAHAWe then left lol might I add the bar had maybe 10 people in it, with 20+ open seats

I enjoyed the food and the drinks. First time in jacksonville best experience in Any bar. The crowd was friendly and drink was perfect I had the Cheech Cobbler. Also The Truth Sandwhich was the best sandwich i had in my life. I wanted to go back to grab the sandwich before I headed back to Indianapolis but they dont open till 4pm

Only reason I have this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bartender didnt get a simple old fashioned right.. she practically made me a whiskey water.. otherwise, great place to hangout.. the live band was amazing, good time overall

Absolutely terrible experience. My boyfriend and I are new to the state, weve just moved from New Jersey to Florida and we were rudely turned away from entry on a Friday evening because he was wearing a v-neck short sleeved shirt from Banana Republic. The worst part is that we had a bunch of friends with us that were visiting and we all had to leave. I will absolutely not be returning ever and will be referring everyone I know away from this establishment. Extremely disappointed.

Management decided staff doesnt need to wear a mask anymore. Thats what our waitress told us, considering none were masked i believe her. Last taco Tuesday all wore masks. I dont know what happened, this local wont be going to any of this companies restaurants or bars. We left for Vs pizza and Flask and Cannon, all staff still masked there. Shim sham and hoptingers should care more about their community.

Left my wallet 5 min before closing called 10 min later girl on the phone was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. I was completely sober and went back workers were mocking me through the door and wouldn’t even check in the downstairs bathroom to make sure.

Great vibe and bartenders but The DJ was absolutely rude!! Women were trying to request songs and he would put up the finger and call them names. Kind of ruined the night sadly

Our wedding after-party of over 20 people was denied entry for one person not having a button-down shirt. This is not a formal venue and the restriction was pretty arbitrary given the dress of other people already admitted to the bar.No problem -- we found our one guest a shirt to appease the managers demands and went inside. To the managers credit, our (bride and groom) drinks were compd. Unfortunately, one of our guests ordered a double Woodford on the rocks. After a few minutes of searching for the spirit, the bartender gave up and poured a drink from the well liquor bin and charged full price for the premium spirit.We were made to feel like it was a privilege for us to bring a large group into this bar. Worse still, keep an eye on your bartender and be prepared to get a manager involved if youre into premium spirits. There are too many other, better places on Jax beach to waste your time here.

They always say first impressions are lasting impressions. I was on a night out celebrating my birthday with my sister who came in from Scotland. We were unfortunately turned away at the door because my sister wasnt American and had a Scottish ID. They requested a passport from her????? Its a night out, arent they supposed to be checking if youre of legal age and that your picture matches your face. Since when did they take on the roll of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Even if she had her yet again Scottish passport, what...they would have been able to tell its legitimacy then because they know what Scottish passports look like? Never mind the fact that she is in a foreign country on a night out and losing her passport is probably the last thing she needs. Not impressed!

This is a very fun bar. It was alwys fun even before it became shim shams. Great live music that will have you dancing and singing.. great drinks too. Local and college crowds. Great bar hopping location.

Literally watched a girl that was in our party get charged $16 dollars for 3 Jameson shots. I ordered 3 minutes after and was charged $25. Last time I will ever go back there. Not the first time they have been accused of charging different prices for different people.

This is a COMPLETELY RACIST site, I ordered a beer, and surprisingly I was removed from the place in an intimidating way without any explanation, I told them to let me close my account and they told me that they took care of it, being taken out they brought me the beer bill out on the street, which never gets to drink it. These took me for my Hispanic features, but I am a citizen of the United States. this happened on a Sunday at 9pm.

This place is next to the beach but wouldn’t let us in for wearing tank tops. Active duty Marines and denied entry for wearing tank tops. No respect for military personnel and a complete hypocrisy because multiple women in the bar were wearing tank tops, double standard. Will never return and I encourage all military personnel not give this disgrace your money.

I loved this bar until my friend was throw down the stairs by the bouncer for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I am beyond disappointed in the management and the way the handled it. I never tell another soul to ever go here again. Worst bar in Jax beach.

Great drinks, bouncers are horrible literally told my husband and I that it was not a club, we couldn’t dance when the music was so loud and had a dj there! We got told to leave the club! I will NEVER return again because of the front door guy!!!

Stopped in and had some drinks after going out to ea. Not overly crowded, staff was very nice and accommodating. I would return, its a beach bar so we got standard drinks and beer on tap.

The drinks and service are fine, but overall the place is pricey and overcrowded. The crowd is younger, but the music does not reflect this. Not a good place space-wise to dance, but too loud to relax in.

Got my license confiscated by the bouncer because he was very convinced it was fake. Had to call the police to get them to verify it was real because he would not give it back. He was exceedingly rude and smug the entire time. Definitely not coming back here again!

A small night club feel. I wasnt here very long, but its been transformed pretty significantly from the previous bar that was here. It certainly looks nice and would be a good spot to visit every now and then. Ill give it another shot later on, but for now its just subpar until further notice.

Shim sham has paper up on all windows. It has been like this since May 2023. They have not been open since.

Taco Tuesday $2 tacos with choice of chicken, steak, or beef. They were hot, tasty and def worth coming out for. A good local under the radar bar.

Cool atmosphere but it took forever to get a drink. Not much dance space upstairs and the drinks are SUPER expensive. The choice of DJs could be better.

Maybe figure out government IDs? We left and I will review your bar as utter douchebaggary. Bouncer goes “you’re pulling up google for IDs?” Me- “yes” guess we go next door and spend money while your bar hopefully goes out of business for idiocracy.Here’s a screenshot of the USA passport ID card so your employees can get educated on NOT VIOLATING the LAW. Shim Sham is a place that only deals with people of the white race. I went their with a bunch of friends, most of which were white and I was told because of my shirt was white. Im black and Dominican. I run my uncles company. I have my masters degree in Business and no arrest at all. All of my friends got in except me. I will NEVER step foot in this racist establishment again and I will let every minority know that they are not welcome in Shim Sham. Its a shame that in 2017 minorities are still no longer welcome to eat and have a good time in certain establishment.

Its usually a hit or a miss with this club but they usually got the groove on. Occasionally get to see some freestyle dancing but the dance floor is relatively small and the speakers could be significantly louder imo.

This place is great Ive been coming here for years. Recently my favorite item the B.A.T. was removed from the menu so havent been as often. Regardless great food and neat bar. Make sure to get a pick with the Grizzley bear.

They play good music and serve good drinks. So, if youre looking to have a good time make sure to bring the right people and party like its your last.

Be aware this club closes at 130! I was there Friday night and they announced last call around 125. I ordered a drink and at 130 the lights came on and they started ushering people out.

Walked in, sat down at the bar, 5-7 minutes in and still had no acknowledgement of our existence. We had our IDs ready, and the place was not busy (Monday night). We both said hi to the bartender, who ignored both of us, so we walked out, not yet comprehending why our money was not any good at this establishment.

Shim sham is the best for dancing on Friday/Saturday night. Nick Fresh keeps the music hot and will sometimes, if youre lucky, bust out his moves in the dance floor too

It had started off great but then died down when the DJ left. Yall need to make sure the DJ stays I bet the party would have been better.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I GOT FOOD POISONING!!!! I waited over and hour just to get 4 drinks and a meal which was $60 dollars just for the next day to be puking it all out.I think our waiter name was Taylor but still DO NOT EAT HERE IT WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING!!!

When I get to the front of the line, I’m told about the “dress code”. I’m told to talk to this other bouncer. Other bouncer says “give me 20, and you can come in.” I complain to management. Management says “this is what we do for a living.”

This was my first Burlesque show, I had a blast and will subtly be going back for the $6 tacos 🌮

The party was so good and the music so awesome that I tried my Bartender AND the DJ...! Titos and Cranberry and Mic Ultra...!

This place is not currently open. Paper over the windows. Sounded like an awesome place though.

This place has such horrible customer service. I don’t think anyone should go there if they expect actually nice human beings. The service is horrible and the people are mean. The prices are high and I would avoid it if you can. It also is dirty overall. Try to stay away. The people are so mean.

A fun and exciting location in the center of Jax beach.Great music, quick and strong pours from the bartenders. That being said, theyre a bit mouthy with customers...

Drinks are great, but sadly the service is not. A friend and I waited for fifteen minutes at the bar just to order. The bartenders were walking around, looked at us, and didnt even approach.

Great place tully ginger in a tall for 4 bucks. Nightly food specials like taco Tuesdays for 2 bucks a taco. We love it!

So my bday was sat. I went to the beach bars. Literally this bar was my only fav. It was some great music and alot of dancing which I LOVED. I will be back prob next weekend lol

It was a comfy woodsy setting. The drinks werent all that good. Staff was nice and respected the customers personal space.

Great spot for the weekends. 21+ only is great because of the lack of kids running around and asking for drinks. Plus great food during the day.

Had a lot of fun. Great bartenders and atmosphere. Nothing but positive reviews from me here.

9:10 PM. Ordered Mac n Cheese Balls. Theyre out, but we can still have our drinks. No thanks, see you next time maybe.

Go and get the steak or beef tacos with hot sauce and jalepinos on the side and an old fashioned for your drink. You will not be disappointed!

Great drinks and good music! My lady and I really enjoyed it plus the bartenders are mix specialist! Try the Jeffery!

Cool atmosphere, close to the beach. Big selection of craft beers. Bartenders are great, good music alot of the nights.

We went for some drinks & quick bite. The sliders & tots were good, and our bartender was awesome (Britain I believe).

Place is supposed to close at two...but by 130 they are kicking you out very rudely stand up, finish your drinks. If you like being treated like a kid or like if you were military......please come to this place.

Was there on a slow night. 3 bar tenders. All look your way, but still take the time to ask you want to drink.

Always have a lot of fun at this place. Didnt know they had taco Tuesdays but they are so good. Highly recommend

This place has some of the rudest and unwelcome people working at the beach. From the high and mighty bouncers to bartenders, this place might be the worst bar at Jacksonville Beach.

Its an okay place if youre caucasian, definitely seen some racial profiling at the door though. Wouldnt let my African American friend come in with me.

Been here a few times. Youll have some good memories in this club (trust me). This is the new Mavericks.

Awesome service, awesome food, good looking ladies. For what Jax beach has to offer, i recommend this for a late night adventure.

THE MIXTURE WAS DIFFERENT KINDS OF GENRE EXCEPT FOR HIP HOP. THE DJ THAT NIGHT SAID HE COULD NOT PLAY IT SO THAT SUCK BUT STILL HAD A GOOD TIME. IT WAS MY LIL SIS B-DAY SO HE WAS ABLE TO SEND HER A SHOT OUT :):):)

Just went to three sides of the bar trying to get a drink for 10 minutes. Its dead in here and they cant keep up. I would hate to see this place busy.

Bad layout and too small square footage inside, way to crowded on Friday and Saturday nights cant walk anywhere once inside. Not worth it and better options out there.

Typical bar/club scene. People dancing, having a good time, spilling drinks everywhere. Took a LONG time to get a drink upstairs.

Drinks with friends. It was a little early, but still had a good atmosphere and friendly staff.
