Wow!!! This store just opened up and it’s amazing, Jacob had amazing Customer Service, well knowledge about all questions on products I had, this store is well organized, great environment. Definitely suggest stopping by and shopping.

This place is amazing in ALMOST every way, from knowledge, kind staff to a chill environment and a wide selection of products (wide selection of ejuice as well as CBD, delta, kratom, drinks etc. ) the ONLY reason I took a star off is because I am disabled and use a wheelchair MOST of the time and they do not have a handicap accessible entrance. which means I had to drag out my walker, land lug it up a smallish flight of stairs (6 stairs but was difficult enough that had I not taken my pain meds I would not be able to visit)

This place is clean, cool and modern. Really nice store with fancy displays and really helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is 100% my new spot for vapes, Kratom and carts.

First time coming into the store and was overwhelmed by how many options there were. Wasn’t too sure at first since it’s attached to a gas station, but Zach was very informative and helped me pick out a great flavor and device. Store is spread out and has a good atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to try some more flavors.

10:35 a.m on a Sunday, Not the first or second time they are not open when they say they are. This store is never open at the times stated online, best to call first

Absolutely ZERO complaints. The best Kratom, cbd,Delta, Incense and Vape Products. Super chill, fun, knowledgeable., friendly and helpful staff. No pressure, just genuine suggestions in your best interest.My favorite part of this store is the simplicity and organization.So many similar stores cary literally 1000s of products. Some are garbage, others are okay. But Vape city has narrowed it down to the best in each selective industry.Stop by here today and you will not be disappointed if Kratom, CBD (and its derivatives), Delta Products, Incense and smoke odor elimination spray is on your agenda. Very well run business, and again, the staff is such a cool/chill group who will gladly chat you up on anything :). 5 Stars and Ive been a customer for 4+ months now with probably 15 visits. Never one single issue or disappointment.
