Sometimes you catch someone on a bad day. I found the shop layout uncomfortable, only room for three people or so in a gated off entryway. I also thought the customer service to be condescending and borderline rude. There were a couple things I did not understand and was made to feel like an idiot for asking questions. Like I said though, maybe I just caught them on an off afternoon.

Tried going here on a Thursday @ around 5:30 pm and the place was like a ghost town. From the looks of it Im questioning if they are in business at all.

I am trying to quit smoking and had an amazing experience! Michelle was extremely helpful with what could have been an very overwhelming. She is extremely knowledgeable and patiently spent about an hour setting me up with the perfect vape starter kit. Very happy with my purchases. Love this local mom & pop shop! Or as Michelle says “Mom & Mom” shop since her and her sister own it together.

Very knowledgeable staff. I love the aunties that own the shop. Very personable. Always greet me by name. Know what kind of juice I like vaping. Decent prices. The only vape shop I go to.

Talk about going above and beyond, customer service like I’ve never experienced before. The owners take pride in what they do and have first hand knowledge and advice for any questions you can think of. Very clean, good vibes with a sense of family and home when you walk through the door. I hope that people who is interested in or passionate about vaping check out this shop, I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Been on the big island for about a week went to three different shops and sub ohm is for sure a must visit shop. As soon as you walk in they are very friendly people and we sat and swapped stories for about 30mins or so. Highly recommend this shop for anyone on the island or visiting.Thank you sub ohm for such an enjoyable visit

Everything about this store was fantastic, very nice place, the people were unbelievably friendly, everyone was very helpful. The prices of the products were fantastic, the selection was excellent. If there was an option to give higher ratings I would, this was by far the best vape shop on island; and I would recommend to any who are looking to purchase any vape or even Cbd items

Im new to vaping and recently got my medical marijuana card and after reading reviews decided to check out Sub Ohm in Kailua.Michelle greeted me like a friend and was very patient explaining the different vape options available. I purchased an Ecapple iV-1 and am very happy with the recommendation.I highly recommend this shop for beginners as they are happy to take time to explain everything. Theres a lot of options out there and itd nice to have someone to explain everything patiently with no rush or pressure.Looking forward to my next trip to Sub Ohm!Mahalo!!!
