Red Rose Massage

I stumbled in to Red Rose Massage after my massage therapist moved. The facility is clean, the supplies are fresh and smell lovely. The massage was pleasant overall.There is a slight language barrier, but that is made up for with attentive service.I believe the cost is a fair value for the massage service provided. I would recommend having cash on hand as running a card requires an additional fee.

I stayed in town for a few days, looking for the best massage in Kansas City, I definitely found it! Not from the area I am a bit nervous, but everything is great! I am a hair stylist, with a lot of physical pain and pain, they are beyond my expectations, and getting rid of those still makes it a relaxing experience! I highly recommend them to anyone! I would give it minus 5 starts if I could! This place should be closed down.Dont ever go here! A male worker used the bathroom with the door wide open (literally! Thankfully someone stopped me before I saw him when I needed to go)My masseuse had sharp nails. She also left multiple times to answer the door or to speak to someone.No music. None.Obnoxiously loud coworkers. Without music you kept hearing people flushing the toilet or the coworkers.

Grace was amazing. I’d recommend her to anyone she does the best 1 hours! She notices spots that need to be worked out and gradually works them out. It feels amazing!

Terrible Experience all around. I called around 5 pm on December 14. I asked if I needed an appointment. I was told walk-ins are fine. I asked if they had an opening now as I could be there in 10 minutes. the lady told me to come on up.I showed up within 10 minutes and was told there was no availability. The lady told me to call next time. I told her that I did and was told to come up now. She said she didnt think I would really come up that quickly. I asked her if she any time available for that night and she told me to return at 7:30.I live close by so I went home and came back at 7:30. The lady was no where to be found. The others said they all had appointments so I had to wait for the other lady to return. Around 7:50 she shows up. She asks what I want and I tell her my shoulders are really tight and thats all I care about. I ask her if I should sign in and she tells me no. She makes me pay first which was fine ($55). I go to the room and lay down. She comes in and tells me that she will have to go light on me. I tell her that it doesnt matter as long as she can loosen some knots in my shoulders and/or feet.The massage proceeds and in all honesty, it was average. Nothing great, but nothing to get excited about. Then, she tells me shes done. I was stunned. Not once did she even touch my shoulders and/or feet. I asked her about that and she said she ran out of time. Baffled, I try and process how I just got taken for $55 and get clothed. Any other service I would not have tipped after that, however, since she worked with her hands and to put forth some effort, I thought $5 was enough to make a point while still giving her a little (emphasis on little) extra cash.The whole reason I went in was to have work done on my shoulders. She never even touched them. Still not sure how you can go through an entire massage and not touch someones shoulders but oh well.As I was walking out, she stopped me and started yelling that I didnt tip her enough. She started telling me that others tipped more for a 30 minute massage. I told her that I had two requests for the massage and that she ignored both. She keeps yelling, now about how I could have paid for a longer massage and I tell her that I didnt want a longer one. At this point, shes positioned herself between me and the front door. I have no other outlet out.She sees that Im holding a $10 in my hand. She tells me to give that to her. Stunned I dont respond. She tells me to give her the 10 at least. Just trying to get out of there, I give her the 10 and walk past her.I tell her this is ridiculous and that I will never be coming back. She says she doesnt want me to come back.If you want a light rub down on your back and stomach, this is the place to go. If you want anything more or simple attention to specific areas, dont go here IMO.I felt so offended after this event that I chose to write this, my first ever review on any site. As a side note, in case it matters, I probably had five massages in 2014 and this was the worst by far.

Exceptionally good experience. Very knowledgeable, competent and pleasant ladies working there. Especially enjoyed hot stone procedure which was feels wonderful during the winter. Highly recommended.

The worst customer service. They asked for the tip before they even do the service. You hear every noise DE Owner answers the phone while she’s doing the massage the worst do not go there

This is very pleasant therapeutic massage.the masseur is very professional and my neck and shoulders are quickly relieved.the room is clean and tidy,very warm and will come again next time

The worst , the actual massage is HORRIBLE!! They also try to force you to give tip. Please don’t bother going !!
