Weve been going here since seeing an ad in the Pitch. All I can say is Wow! Whitney, Maeve, and Patrick are so friendly and nice. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the CBD, smoke, and THA products they sell. Weve been very pleased with their products.Give them a try. Be sure to ask about the THA products. MUCH cheaper, same effects, NOT illegal. We no longer go to any dispensary. Thank you to the three amigos for such great service. They have cute accessories and trinkets also!

One if the best retailers Ive ever been too, period. Ive been coming here for years and the staff is always helpful and kind. They know their products, carefully source what they carry, and almost always cost less or the same as large online retailers.

I dig this place. Good glass selection and usually always good pieces on sale. Super helpful staff, the super cute girl that hair changes color everytime Im there has one of the best and nicest personality. Shes an absolute doll and brightens the store when shes there.

Great service. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and even offered to cut my cigar. First time customer and I bought cigars that are very fresh. Fresh cigars make all the difference in the world. Im smoking one now and its burning even and drawing perfect. Very impressed with this shop and I will be back.

Love this store, I walk in for one thing and always walk out with three or four. Everyone who works there is super helpful and chill. Wont go anywhere else, sometimes they know what I need better than i do.

I want so bad to give this place 5 stars, because their staff is so amazing, their prices are reasonable. BUT this is what did it for me..I got a new vape last night, asked what brands were good. Was suggested a specific brand. Awesome, you hear the input everyday about them, works for me. Pick my flavour. Buy my vape. Check to make sure it works in store. Yes it does.I’ve been vaping since 2015. Never encountered this.My vape stopped working in LESS than 12 hours. Plugged it in, followed the directions, took off after 5 min because regardless what it says I make sure my vape doesn’t fry from overcharge or overheating. Stops working. Give it a little bit, try again, BURNT TO A CRISP.Pretty upset at that point but whatever, I have a backup. As I bought 2 at the same time. Didn’t even work because I only checked ONE before I left. Called when I got off work. Let them know the deal.“Sorry we don’t do replacements on disposable vapes.”Excuse me.. you sold me 2 disfuncional vapes. I’ve never had this happen before ANYWHERE. R&M? Sure, but they always replace it within 24 hours if it defects at it’s a dream. Which is why I stuck with it so long but it’s always out of stock in the flavours I like.This whole experience wasting $54 and they can’t even replace a product they sell that they can probably get their money back on is such horse sh*t. Sorry not sorry. One defective vape, no biggie. 2 what the hell are you selling? And that policy? I literally just wasted $54 on defective product. There’s no sense in this what so ever.No hate towards the staff, love the store, but that’s a bs policy and I feel bad the staff has to follow that and get the brunt of it.

The prices ARE a little bit higher, and Im not rich, but this is where I go. That should tell you something. The level of knowledge, variety of quality products, and non-douchebag-ness of the store totally justify the prices. They are great people with great products, and I dont mind paying a premium for that in any way. Five stars all the way.

Super friendly women working here! They have a great selection and testing before buying. They also have knowledge of what you should or shouldnt use for your specific setup as far as juice goes.

Not a huge place but they have a pretty wide selection of products. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I was kinda iffy about going here because of a few other reviews but I’m glad I took a chance on this place.

This is THE best vape shop in Kansas City. I recently moved down south, but I still go out of my way to go to this store. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and the store has great products in stock. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for vape products as well as Kratom or CBD.

Been customers for 3 years and today we went in and the manager was totally unprofessional and really rude to me and my girlfriend. Never going back thanks for ruining it.

I stopped by this place because I saw the Kratom sign outside and I was pleasantly surprised. They had the exact Kratom that I was looking for and it turned out that they had CBD too. It was my first time buying CBD or any kind of hemp oil so I was at a complete loss but the staff was great and really helped me figure out best option for the pain issues that Ive been having. I left with a nice stock of Kratom and CBD for under 50 bucks and will definitely be back.

So we went in kinda new to the CBD world, but not new to vaping. They have a good selection. We did have a slight problem but chalking that up to a bad day. Which they did fix. Overall the people know their stuff. I ended up walking away happy and I will be back.

This place is the best place to shop for vapers! I visited 3 other shops and no one came close to the selection, service and most importantly knowledge! The young lady even set the whole thing up and let me try it to be sure it worked and it was exactly what I wanted. I will not be wasting my time anywhere else going forward! The staff here are always friendly and willing to help with anything you need, Ive seen them take apart peoples vapes and deep clean them to figure out why its not working. Theyre definitely superior to any other smoke shop Ive been to.

Prices are a bit high, and Im not much of a fan of many of their in-house ejuice flavors, but KC Smoke & Vape more than make up for those with a knowledgeable, gracious, fun, and overall superb staff and make every visit a rewarding experience.

If you Vape, use herbs & vitamins, or just enjoy going to local merchants who deliver put a gold star next to KC Smoke & Vapes. Visit and Ill bet you add another! I visited here while waiting to make my 1st foray into a close by business. I needed some vaping supplies and generally enjoy the smoke shops. This a Kind shop for sure. They had everything I needed answered questions, and were very friendly. Ill be back

Bought a broken battery here that I took in that was clearly not functioning properly that had in house warranty and the girl helping me wouldn’t give me a refund or replace the battery. Never going there ever again

This place gave my three vapes that didn’t work when I tried them. That god I didn’t leave yet not that it mattered bc they wouldn’t give me a refund not that it mattered bc the vape I left with will probably break. DONT buy vapes from here huge waste of money

I dont know what this cigar law is but this place didnt Id me service because the guy that walked in behind me doesnt have his ID with him so she also denied service to me because I am with him but he started different conversation with the cashier and the cashier asked him with his ID and he doesnt have one but me on the other hand I do have my ID but she still denied me service because he made a conversation about the tobacco with the cashier since he doesnt doesnt have his ID I cannot buy my own cigar because of that situation I am really angry because of those people like them at the smoke and bait store I refuse to go back and buy anything for this store this is my judgement.

Just opened new shop in Gresham Oregon the attendant was high as heck and Very short with any response to a point it came off rude I asked to smell a juice and he told me it was against the law as he hits his mod behind the counter won’t be back I’m pretty sure it’s not against the law as every other store accommodates this
