Good selection and pricing. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Found the pipe I was looking for quickly. They carried another brand I was interested in but did not have the exact model I was looking for at the time. Kate took my info and said she would notify when the product was back in stock. They also has a good rewards program.

Always a pleasure going in Cali Vibes !!! Cali Vibes has some gummies that really help with my stiff joints and arthritis. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now.Every now & then I ask if they have something new. As things change in TEXAS about cannabis laws we have different types of cannabis related products that come available and Cali Vibes always has those new products !Happy Hour is an hour or so before closing - 20% off everything I believe is the special !Lots of California related items here in this store, but the folks that own this store are converted Texans I believe. They came to TEXAS for a reason, and it wasn’t because California was so good to live there !!Don’t California our TEXAS ! PleaseThere seem to always be Texas vibes here when I am in the store.

If you’re looking for the perfect smoke shop look no further this place is a straight vibe it has everything in one location and Cameron was super attentive and polite he greeted us as we walked in also giving us some suggestions on what we might like he was spot on 10/10 would come back again!!!

Cali vibes is probably the BEST head shop in Katy. They have the best prices and some of the coolest employees. They have everything from merch to the new piece water which is soooooo cool. Everyone (over 21) needs to go and experience this atmosphere. Thank you Cali vibes for hooking us up.

I love this place ! Heather was sooo helpful the first time I came in. They have great products and take the time to explain the benefits of different ones. They also have happy hour deals from 9am to 10 am and 8pm to 11pm for rewards members. The reward system is better than most other shops and I even got a discount for my birthday week! Their prices are fair and they offer a lot of deals for loyal customers. Now that I’m back in Katy this is my new go to spot. 🖤 love the vibes !

Unfortunately I will not shop here again. They do not offer a restroom for paying customers. I consider that to be the least a business can do for their customers. Its just a little too California for me.

Kate was working today and she is so sweet and helpful! They are like the only shop in town that carries a particular brand I use and the vibe here is just dope. There are a ton smoke shops here in Katy but when I walk in this one I feel like I’m at a friends house. Knowledgeable staff and they steered me in the right direction for the perfect product I was looking for instead of just closing a quick sale with what they had. I had to wait a couple days and they ran the risk of telling me about it and me getting it somewhere else. They just wanted me to have the product that fit my needs and knew what that was. Real cool team here, y’all check them out.

This shop is adorable yet cool at the same time. it’s got a very homey vibe to it! i came in specifically for blazy susan cones and Lia showed me the different varieties offered by that brand. Definitely will be coming back again in the future.

I’m new-ish to Texas and have been fairly underwhelmed with customer service and business practices here but this place is excellent. Great products, fairly priced (which can be hard to find in similar stores) and the staff is able to answer questions without ulterior motives (ie upselling- which I do understand but there’s a time and a place- and Cali Vibes was super considerate.) They went out of their way to special order a specific item I needed. I haven’t received any stale wraps or otherwise subpar product. Very satisfied with the experience here, will be back again!

Ive become a regular here because the staff & owner are so accommodating to my pickiness on vape flavors lol. They are trying to get my brand of choice reordered even though it is in short supply from the manufacturer & started stocking more of the alternative brand/flavor that Ive been using while I wait for it. When she sees that its getting low, she automatically orders more because she knows I will be back for more. Thats how you keep loyal customers. Super convenient, fast in & out on my lunch break or after work when Im tired & ready to get home. Very reasonable prices & excellent customer service. 🤘

This is a cool smoke shop but if u go and Leah is working there just know your going to leave with a lot more then you came in with cause she is extremely educated on what she does and is really open about sharing her knowledge I know wayyyy more then I knew before and she is just good energy to be around period they have alot of stuff with the perfect prices!!!

The selection here is amazing with prices to match that is not even the best part. The atmosphere of the shop and employees is so welcoming , it was nice to walk In and not be dismissed. From the same name brand content you can find in any shop (not over prices like other shop) to the custome pieces only found in this location you bound to find something that works for you. Walk out with 6 new pices to add to my growing collection.

This place is awesome! The owners go out of their way to help and educate you so you get the best product available! I have always had trouble sleeping so I bought the Sticky Green Delta 8 CBD and now I sleep great! They have great deals too when you follow on social media! Upon walking into the store you get a chill ambiance. The young guy counter attendant was nice and we had a great conversation about different buds. This was the first time I seen cbd Hydro Sasha as I prefer tobacco free. I sampled some daiquiri. The blue one is the best and will get you right. The guy was nice showed me more items and we talked more. The whole experience was very chill and we just vibed. Great selection of things. I cant wait for them to get their seating area together. I will definitely be back and recommend this smoke shop.😁

They sold me a faulty product and upon returning it they decided not to take it back even after acknowledging that it was a manufacturing fault. Very disappointed the least they could have done was to give me a exchange for it but no now im stuck with paper weight
