I call each time before I go in and they immediately let me know if they have my items on hand.Adam is new to the shop and very nice. Want to say I have never been to this location until today I walk in and it looks nice when you walk in I ask about juice and the lady behind the counter doesn’t seem to know her products and most vape stores I go to can tell you everything about there products and if they don’t they will take the time to look it up. She didn’t seem very nice and she had no eye contact with her customers. They do have great juice options and I will probably only return for that reason if my other stores don’t have it. I think that the people who work there should look happy about there job if it’s something the passionate about.

New owners, same amazing hospitality and stock! Ive vaped for four years or so, lived in a few different cities, and have been to around a hundred vape shops. This is the best one Ive been to, huge selection, tons of 120 ml bottles for 20 bucks, and every size and quality thereafter. You wont regret finding a new vape shop home here.

Easily my favorite vape shop. Lots of liquid and flavors to choose from with a decent selection of devices as well. Very nice service, the owners are also very friendly. Ive been to a few vape shops in my area and a couple out of state as well, still this is the only shop I really buy from. The owner was one of the kindest people Ive ever met on any sales or retain business. Im fairly new at this and they have so many options, I had about a thousand questions, at the end of the business day, on a Friday, and be never once seemed irritated rushed me. He also could have easily sold me a much more expensive item, but recommended a less pricey one, based off of what I told him I enjoyed vaping. I live about 25 miles from here and just randomly stopped in, and Ill never go anywhere else again. Thank you sir!!

The staff that run this shop are really welcoming and helpful. I have been to a few other vape shops around the Katy area and this is by far my favorite. I have only recently discovered it however since I first walked in I have not gone to any other shops. They have a wide variety of tasty juices as well as some really cool looking vape devices covered with awesome VaporSkinz. They are really nice and friendly you should give them a try.

I have been vaping for alost 4 years now. I have been to most stores in Houston, bought stuff online etc, and this store has been by far the best overall experience. Prices are cheaper than elsewhere, especially on juice, everyone there has been incredibly helpful and friendly, huge selection of tanks, batteries, juice and more. If you are not in Katy, they are still worth drive.

Fantastic store! Im from Baton Rouge and the vape scene is getting heavy up there quick! There is one CHAIN across the state that could learn a thing or two from this ONE store. Humongous selection of vape batteries, mods, attys, tanks, drip tips, and all kinds of accessories. As far as juices go, most of the name brands I know about are here. They have a huge house juice line with a high VG line as well. The employees are educated, experienced, and very friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone visiting the area and if you dont know about it already, you should!

Went there at 12:30 pm on Saturday, sign on the door said being with their families was more important than being open on Saturday. While I was looking on my phone to find another place, three different people tried to go in the store, in about 5 minutes. People that want to buy your items, have jobs. We work during the week, if the store we want to go to is closed, we move on. This place will close in 6 months, due to shoddy management. I ended up going to the Vapor Bar on Fry.

I have ordered online from other places like China, (cheaper), but the quality of their products is far better than anyone else. I have never had any of my tanks leak or batteries poop out on me when I have purchased them from ECoH!!! I have tried to quit smoking cigarettes for years, with no success, i.e., hypnosis, acupuncture, patches, gum, etc. I have not smoked a cigarette for 3-1/2 months now. Yippee...Woo-Hoo...Hooray!!!!!!
