I loved this place! Im am OTR truck driver and this place was right around the corner from the loves. They have truck parking and a 15% discount for drivers. The wonderful employee helped me find a vape I ended up really enjoying. Even though I had no idea what I wanted. I will definitely be going back next time in in town. Thank you!

Pretty cool place, tons of geekbars and other popular vapes. The workers are really nice. Definitely one of my favorite shops in Katy now. They even sell Pokemon cards which is kind of crazy but super cool too.

Dont know why I kept coming back to this place. Sold me almost completely empty dispos last year, the guy said they were discontinued and on sale...More recently, one of the workers is quite condescending and makes it very uncomfortable to shop there, asks me questions then says things like let me rephrase that... as if I dont know what Im talking about when I ask for specific products. Insisted that I buy lower strength Delta carts for some reason... Finally, the store only has a single staff member at a time and will actually lock you out if they need to use the restroom, break, etc.Better off going elsewhere.

It was my first time going to this vape store after I called and had the pleasure of talking to Jacob over the phone as I wanted to inquire about a specific brand of vape. Jacob was incredibly polite and professional over the phone and patiently explained me what alternates are available at his store. Just the way he spoke to me over the phone with a very friendly and helpful attitude, I decided to drive there and purchased the vape he recommended me. Just because of this fine young gentleman, Jacob, I will be coming back to this store. Thank you Jacob ! I wish you all the best and your customer service is excellent. Keep up the great work!

Customer service is awesome here. Lauren helped me out last time purchasing a vape and when I asked about Delta8 she gave me a sample to try before buying it. This kind of service goes a long way and Ill continue to return for reasons like that. Keep it up 🤘

Went in last week and had an amazing experience with Lauren! She helped me pick out the perfect piece for my collection. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Prior to today, I would have rated 4 stars. Staff is very nice, prices are very reasonable, juice/coil selection is OK but not near as extensive as other stores Ive been to in Katy. They dont carry my favorite brand/flavors but I was excited to have a vape shop closer to Brookshire & was willing to settle on choosing from what they do carry when I dont feel like driving all the way into Katy. Been there 5 or 6 times now, 2 times the door has been locked with a note on the door saying Well Be Back Soon. Last time that happened, someone was back within 5 minutes to open the door, pull my selection, ring me up, & I was on my way without much inconvenience. No biggie. However TODAY I arrived around 655pm...door was locked AGAIN, sign on door AGAIN...waited until 730pm...OVER 30 MINUTES. No one ever came back & I finally left - extremely frustrated - without my purchase (as did another customer who came & went while I was waiting). Huge inconvenience & poor way to run a business/maintain customers. I wasted my time & gas only to return home empty handed. Unfortunately wont be returning to this shop. From now on, I will go back to driving the extra miles to a vape shop in Katy - which is a pain, expensive, & inconvenient - but at least I know they carry my brand & are guaranteed to ACTUALLY BE OPEN when they are supposed to be. Very disappointing.

This sucks to write because Ive had a very pleasant experience here until now but beware that if they sell you a device that doesnt work, the WILL NOT replace it. Was in here just a few days ago and bought a disposable device that did not work and tried to exchange for a working one and was refused.device was untampered with and shown to employee that it didnt function but did not matter.will not be coming back
