I went into the shop the girl who was working there and her boyfriend were very rude. The boyfriend tried to assault me and got all in my face as he says “no one is going to help you”. If those are the type of people yall hire I suggest no one goes to this smoke shop

Great place with friendly, knowledgeable staff! They helped me choose a new vape, walked me through each device and helped me find the one that suited me best. Will definitely be returning more often in the future.

Very clean and appealing show room, the guy working there was very nice and friendly. Also I got a pretty good deal on a couple of disposables, definitely make this my new spot.

Nice shop. Really nice people. I understand theyre only a few months old but they seem to have everything they should. My only issue, which is why I could not give them five stars, was that I felt that the prices for the peripheral items (lighters, butane, etc.) that I purchased were just a little too high. Not high enough to keep me from coming back but high enough to keep me from over spending. Today I was assisted by a lovely woman (whose name I did not get and whom I imagine is probably one of the owners) whom was very polite, friendly and professional. Awesome store. Sounds silly but if you tire of the atmosphere that you may find in some vape shops that are staffed by teens and young 20s youll definitely appreciate this shop.

Honestly one of the best smoke shops Ive seen in quite some time they have amazing prices way better prices than any other smoke shop a human too and they have 1 of the best varieties of vape .

Basically what is advertised is what you get. Everything you need in tobacco or vaping products. My only issue is you have to pay a $4 minimum if you use a debit or credit card plus prices are a little higher compared to other smoke/vape stores.

I had the best experience ever. The owner is nice, down to earth and they have great deal of products. I recommend this place

Place is good and the staff are friendly but the they have been lacking some brand juices and coils like the one I usually buy haven’t been available in this location for almost a year with them promising it will be there every time I check. The other thing is I am not getting answers on questions using their chat service although it shows that they have seen my messages while the other location was very responsive.

I will definitely be a repeat customer! Guy working there knowledgeable and informative, very personable, and not only were prices reasonable but he was willing to cut a deal on some of the more expensive items. Good variety of items for most preferences. Was pleasantly surprised that a small store met all my needs. Also, in the time I was in there, two other customers came in and he not only knew them by name, but knew what they were in there for.Update: a year later and it is still my first choice. A couple of places might have more selection but they are substantially more expensive, and the quality wouldnt be any better. I stand by my 5 star review.

They are very knowledgeable and for a beginner like me that was very valuable. Love the customer service all the employees provide. Pricing is also quite reasonable. I brought my spouse the next day and he was just as impressed. Nadia is beyond delightful- I wasn’t kidding when I told them they’re about to be my new best friends 🤣

My boyfriend and I visited New Edge Smoke and Vape last night and we had a really great experience. Nadia, one of the customer service representatives was very welcoming, kind and helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable of all of the products and how they work; which was very helpful. This shop is definitely the nicest, cleanest and friendliest smoke shop I have visited in the Houston and Katy area. This is definitely our new spot! If possible I would give them 6 stars!!

Rarely do I post reviews but I have to share the gem of a vape shop I have found near my house in a safe area. New nice store and the best customer service I have received in years. Very stocked with a great juice selection. Went back a second time this week and they had already ordered flavors they thought I would like. I love what I do and do what I love and I can tell they to too. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought my first device from them last night. It had a leaking problem so I took it back. They replaced it with a whole new system. Leaked once again. I took it back and Emily fixed that problem, only for another one to pop out. I was extremely dissatisfied at first but then after spending an hour with Emily and her completely getting my problems with the device fixed. Of course it cost me more money, but I am now completely satisfied. Emily jams down has the most patience and best customer service I have had in a long time! Don’t let her go New Edge, she is a one in a million!

Lyndsey was outstanding with her customer service. I called inquiring about THC-O and she knew the exact product I needed. She even went as far to text me a picture of the product so I could verify it was correct. 10/10 and highly recommend this shop! Satisfied customer yet again!

Im new to vaping and I have spent hours in other shops trying to find juices that I liked. I probably have 10 bottles that Ive bought on the recommendation of other stores and really didnt care for any of them. I went here and told them what I was looking for and within 15 minutes I was walking out of the door with three bottles, all of which are exactly the type of flavors I was looking for. The only problem I have now is deciding which to use first. I hardly ever leave a review for anywhere I go but I had to make this one an exception. No pressure to buy anything I wasnt sure about, and they seemed to truly care about making me a satisfied customer. Amazing customer service, great pricing (I bought two bottles and the third bottle was free) and knowledge of what they are selling. Great place!

Went there to buy a birthday present for my brother, I am very new to the whole smoke shop scene, but felt very at ease as soon as I came in. I was welcomed very politely, Nazia, I believe that was her name, was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive! She showed me what would be best for me as she listened carefully to what I told her I was looking for. I would definitely come back! Lots to choose from and VERY REASONABLE prices. This place tried to sell me an empty cart box and only gave me a cash refund, when i was in the store, she opened the box and looked inside of it, she lied to her manager and saud she disnt and tried to make us seem crazy, worst experience ive had in a smoke shop and i work in one, vape city is right on mason road guys dont donate to these people

Went there the other day to check out some items as the store is in the same shopping center as the gas station I usually go to.To my surprise there was a smoke shop there and I usually vape a ton so this was a win for me.I was greeted politely as soon as I walked in and had plenty of flavors to choose from.All in all, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely go there again for my vaping needs.5 stars for sure.

I am so glad that this store opened up close to my house! I had gotten to where I didn’t know what smoke and vape shop to go to anymore because they all seemed so overpriced. This is my go to now and I am always happy when I leave. They give very good deals on their products and they are super knowledgeable. There are so many new vape products now that you can easily get overwhelmed. They can explain it all to you and you can feel good about your purchase. This is the only smoke shop that I plan on going to now!

Update. Owner reached out and resolved everything with the utmost respect. Five stars in my bookGreeted with a smile when entering both times I’ve come. Clean shop. Variety galore. I went in for CBD and a vape pen and the CBD sold to me was just causing the worst coughing fits and I’m quite experienced so it was very off putting. Instead of it reducing my anxiety, it increased it and prevented me from using it more than twice. The associate to help when I wanted to exchange was informative and advised the setting was on blue (medium) and should be in green (low). I had done it on green at first then moved to blue. I did appreciate the instruction. However I couldn’t get an exchange, I had bought this right before thanksgiving and I had sick kids at home and couldn’t come in. So my loss, just wished I knew it was a 7 day exchange policy. I left my name and number w the owner, Cahn (spelling?). Hoping to hear back just to speak on the experience. Ps. I did my research on the cartridge I had purchased and a resounding response has been received by most users of this cartridge, it isn’t just me.

This is the best selection of e liquid in the Houston area. Nadia really goes out of her way for her customers to make sure that she has the things they are looking for, from coils to devices, e liquid and pod systems. Not many places have literally everything. But this one does. And will get it if they don’t. Fantastic business.

One of my relatives is a vaper as a way of quitting smoking. They treat them with respect (and one of the staff refers to them as Your Majesty which is kinda cool as it lets them know they are important). There is a system of rewards for frequent customers that gives them discounts based on points earned. They also carry CBD products. Its a small business rather than a chain and it shows in their attitude towards customers and their deep knowledge of their products.

Nick and Nadia are awesome and I’m so glad they opened up here. I stopped vaping and started smoking. Bad move. So after a year of not vaping they filled me in on all the new mods and fluids. They are very friendly and I will be happy to make this my new vape stop and kick those cigs for good!!! Oh. And their prices, very nice compared to what I remember! (And always cheaper than smokes in the long run! We have purchased 3 mods, and a pipe from them. And several bottles of juice. Great quality and pricing.
