Emily saved my day! I needed a phone charger pretty badly. With no gas stations within walking distance from my spot, I decided to chance it. Being from a smoke shop myself, I figured they may have something. Well, they did!!! She even helped me out with a block they no longer used. Thank you Emily!

Emily and Vihn are auch sweet hearts! Always make me feel so welcome and I can 100% of the time, trust whatever they are suggesting for me to switch to or try! I always look forward to my trip to Smoke Alley because these two are literal angels and the convos could literally be endless

My 1st time walking inside the store I literally looked around for 10-15 minutes before I actually bought some thing, they had everything I could ask for. Everything about the store is very nice and the employees are great. They offer insight and knowledge on all their products and also give hands on training if you’re unfamiliar with anything. Ive already been several times and thoroughly enjoyed my experience each time. Shout out to Megan and i forget his name, Kyle blonde haired guy, great job.

This was not only my first time visiting this location but first time visiting any smoke shop. My cousin and I walked into the store and was taken back (In a good way.) by the good vibe we felt. The store was very clean and although we were told no incense were being burnt, the store smelt great.I was very overwhelmed with the large selection of product that was offered. Megan and Christina took their time explain things and answering any questions we had (I had a lot.). Their great personalities made me want to stay and hang out. Even after spending $206! 🤦🏽‍♀️Since our first visit, I’ve gone back twice due to an issues with one of my items. Both ladies greeted me with a smile and true concern. They did what was necessary to resolve the issue. However, I returned a third time and they switched it out with no hesitation.This will forever be my go to spot. Unless these ladies who display EXCELLENT customer service are no longer there.Megan and Christina you ladies rock!!

Great location. The place is always kept clean and organized. Definitely has some eye catching pieces you can add to your water utensil collection. Christina is one of the staff, helpful and very informative with the merchandise. I recommend coming here for most of your chiefing needs.

From the moment of arrival, this place is very welcoming. Christina and Megan both were very knowledgeable in the products of interest. The site is VERY CLEAN - Smells sooo inviting. And an array of product choices.Products are of great quality. Their customer service is what the world needs right now. And the presentation in all aspects were 5⭐.It was my first time at the location and I bought my cousin who was not familiar but curious about product(s). To purchase one item is so hard to do. I spent $112.54 and my cousin $206. [FUNNY] My cousin tried her product before leaving the location and had to put her own address in the navigation system to get us home. We rode 99 in opposite direction for a near 10 min before recognizing the area began looking unfamiliar in the right route home.

On a Monday night, the two gentlemen working (One, a Caucasian gentleman with long hair, and the other gentleman, a younger man of Asian decent) were very congenial, knowledgeable, and demonstrated fantastic customer service skills. I felt really comfortable listening to their expertise because they did not talk down to me at all despite the fact that I obviously dont know much about torches, vaping, smoking, and vocabulary. In fact, I am not even sure I am using the right vocabulary words even as I write this review, but they patiently walked me through it all. I appreciated them and will be back.

This location always have everything I need in stock and Vin-No Diesel, is a great guy with a very welcoming personality who is always very helpful.

Management,Please allow your store personnel to bend the minimum credit card charge when applicable. I bought a 15.00 Ozze pen Sunday. After the full charge, it failed to work. I brought it back Monday for a check and if warranted an exchange for another pen. The young man checked it and confirmed it didn’t work.I upgraded to the ozzie color pens that are on display. The difference was @$4.23…did not meet the 5 minimum. I had no cash and was refused the exchange transaction. On top of that the young man misplaced my return pen, so I couldn’t even leave with my defective product. 2nd time in your store and will be my last.Your policy, I certainly understand the cost merchant card services. Allow me to make this very GIN CLEAR. The young very nice and apologetic but he was clearly trapped by unyielding policy.

Ive been here a few times and the first thing I always. Notice is how clean it is, which is a nice change for a smoke shop. The selection is pretty large, the prices arent bad and the staff is always communicative and friendly. Christina (or Kristina?) was the one that convinced me to leave a review, Ill deffinitly be coming back

I have a smoke shop less than a half mile from my house and I will always choose to drive 20 minutes to Smoke Alley because they have the best selection, variety and excellent customer service. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and they dont make you feel rushed like some places do.
