Went to the store yesterday. Loved everything in there, especially the guy named Sunny. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. Would definitely go back over and over again.

This store is the Bomb!! Ani and Mona are two amazing girls who have helped me with the Kratom and Delta products. They also gave me a Vape as a Deal. Best customer service. This is my NEW SMOKE SHOP!!!!

I’ve been going to this smoke shop since it opened! It’s wonderful, great customer service, and they have pretty good prices and deals. Stopping by always surprises me with new products. Great place to visit in Katy.

Went here recently, and was graciously greeted by a very nice and helpful lady. Didnt catch her name unfortunately. The store was nice, clean, organized, and had a lot of product that she was not shy to start showing me about. Even though they didnt have what I came for, she did not let me walk out of there without a free small product-as their store policy is apparently nobody leaves empty handed. I tried to tip or leave a few bucks but was declined. Nicest store, will be back soon. ❤️

Lots of variety and high quality products. Jay is the guy that’s gonna describe every product from packaging to recharging. The vape hookah is their newest product that no one else around town has even heard of. Thanks jay! I’ll be back soon

I have had the most uplifting experience in this IHEART KTX store. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door by sai ( very nice and informative). And G1 was very informative as well. Great discounts, Lot of options to explore. Together they gave me a 5 star experience, that will guarantee many return visits. Kudos to sai & G1 ! They both exemplified customer service with zeal and Its the best store in katy Tx.

I went there to get a vape yesterday and my card declined but took the 5 dollars I had left on that card I told them to just cancel the transaction and it’s all good they told me no, I posted a 1 star review, then the manager calls me 3 times back to back at work blowing my phone up they tell me they’re gonna make it right and all this but won’t stop texting me to change the review to the point I’ve had to block them (I never went to get the free vape from them and I never did get the transaction cancelled)

My experience is seamless and excellent customer friendly service.
