Enjoyed my visit at Sugar N Spice Total Body Wellness Spa. Nice calming atmosphere. Wasnt rushed, water offered and the people I met were so nice. At check out was given a little treat bag with chocolate and hard candies along with a little sample of orange sweet oil. What a nice touch! They really care about their customers and will do their best to help make your visit a pleasant one. I would totally recommend this place.

From the moment I walked in the door, the energy was extremely calming. I was greeted by Tinka, and she was such a joy. She made sure that I was comfortable prior to my experience. Drinks and snacks were offered. I was there for a Reiki session with Cary, who is absolutely AMAZING!! I had no idea what to expect, but this experience was one of the best in my 35 years. Carys presence was so calming, and I felt so comfortable and totally relaxed my whole time there with her. Im totally sold. I have another session scheduled and cant wait to return. They have a customer for life, real talk. I HIGHLY recommend Sugar N Spice, so much so that I know what my friends will be getting for Christmas. Gift Certificates!!! Once my session was over, I had a chance to experience the sauna which was very relaxing as well. I was also given a little gift bag with bath salts and a small tube of essential oil! And candy :) Awesomeness!!! Please check them out. Im so glad I did.

Very professional and relaxing experience. Sugar N Spice works hard to make sure everything is just right. Fantastic massage at a fair price. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have an hour of relaxing mind and body therapy.

It was amazing. From the massage to the quiet time in the sauna. I would recommend a girls day out to get the total package. The owners are creating a package deal. Girl friends, church groups, business groups.......Check it out you wont regret it.

I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. Tinka is a very happy, warm person. I was offered a beverage while completing the paperwork. Prior to my session, Cary sat with me and after listening to my concerns suggested Reiki with aroma therapy. It has definitely made a difference and I will be going back.
