I think they might have forgotten to cancel my appointment. Therapist had to leave early for an emergency. Got a call about 20 minutes before my appointment time while I was half way there. Hopefully next time I go in, nothing will happen so I can give an updated rating. Not sure when thatll be as I dont get very many days with time to do things.

The hospitality and kindness is what drew me in. The place is so up-to-date with technology and appearance but it still was comforting and homey. I had a wonderful experience and absolutely signed up to be member that day. Ive never had such a great first appointment. Damon was wonderful. I had the perfect amount of pressure to work the knots out and not be sore the next day.

I am so impressed with Krysia. She made my first experience with the stretch and RTR enjoyable. Explained all in advance. Never felt surprised. New customer here, cant wait to go back!

Stephanie has amazing technique! Deep tissue massage was what I needed, and she hit places I had no idea needed it.Book early, she is in high demand for a good reason!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chica at the Massage Envy in Covington for a massage and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. Chica took the time to undrestand my needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. The massage itself was exceptional. Chicas techniques were both soothing and effective, easing all the tension in my muscles. Her knowledge of pressure points and ability to adjust the pressure as needed made a significant difference. I have been getting my chemical peels and facials for several years now at Massage Envy in Covington with Veronica. Veronica is absolutely amazing. She not only is very informative in educating me on the care of my skin and what’s best for my skin, but she is also very friendly and just a genuine sweet person. Tina is very experienced and did an amazing job! I mentioned how I pulled my leg a couple weeks back and made sure she asked questions during to ensure that my leg was improving. High recommend scheduling a massage with Tina!

I highly recommend the total body stretch sessions RTR add on with Mark. I have hip and shoulder issues that often cause me limited mobility. These sessions with Mark have helped significantly increased my mobility.

I find it difficult to find a massage therapist that can consistently offer a firm handed massage and knowledgeable advice about my body, while prioritizing my comfort. Maksim checks all of those boxes with the added bonus of intelligent conversation on a wide range of topics. Maksim is by far, my favorite service provider at Covington!

I have utilized many services at this location. I do work here at front desk part time. However my last facial with Maribel was my first. I left feeling calm and relaxed and my husband told me I was glowing when I got home. I have done Stretch with Mark and Regie and Kylie and Kryisa. These are by far me two favorite services. My mobility always improves after stretching and my Skin is well taken care of. I personally love the product line Jan Marini and you definitely get bang for your buck with the product. A little goes a long way. I enjoy working and having my extended health care here.

If you come here, Id encourage you to request Drew (Dreux). He was so kind and willing to chat throughout of you want, otherwise, he was okay to be quiet too. He listened well and just provided overall a wonderful experience!

I have used Damon exclusively as my massage therapist for more than a year. Every session is good and there are some that are sooooo good, Im close to falling asleep--exceptionally relaxing and enough pressure to know you need to consume your water for the next 12 hours. Respects my need for quiet time and love that he supplies a hot towel to wipe off excess body lotion. You dont know how awesome it is to have your hands and feet massaged until you have your hands and feet massaged.

Nica gave a fantastic facial. My face feels so soft and smooth and clean. I was so completely relaxed and then surprise, Nica also massaged my arms and my shoulders. Oh My God! Heaven! I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and it is all gone. It was well worth it.

Rusti is unbelievably talented! I have been having severe pain in my neck and shoulder. She took her time and explained what she was doing and why. Excellent advise on helping to stretch the back muscles. Returning for another session!Im a jerk and did not think to compliment the front desk staff! Customer service was AMAZING! Did not feel pressured to buy extras or sign up for anything (so I signed up for the membership!). Extremely helpful, always smiling with positive attitudes!

Zoe is great, I love her technique. I can barely able to move and left with a lot more mobility. I frequently switch staff and have never had a bad experience here. I come every other week.

My first time and session with Tina and she was great! She was very Thorough emphasize in what she was doing. I walked in with a few areas of pain, but when she was done, I was pain-free and felt great. What a great job she did she’s a keeper..

Had my first massage with Isharra and she was AMAZING. Instantly made me feel comfortable, gave a great massage, and found so many spots I didn’t know needed massaging. I can’t wait to see her again!

Zoe is one of the very best masseuses I’ve been to. She knows lymphatic massage techniques that have released much pain in my body. She listens and works extra on areas that need attention. She is very skilled with just the right touch!

Tina was great! I sit at a computer all day long so end up very sore but Tina was able to work on all my trouble spots and by the end of the massage I was feeling so much better! Thank you!

Maybe I just got a bad experience or maybe its the location. There is only one messuage here that gets what I need and he is great at it. But, he is almost never available because everyone wants him. Plus this place is way expensive compared to other places I have been to. I would have never come here if my last messuage didnt quit at her location. Once I use up my package, I am looking for a different location. Price to availability is just not worth it.

I have been a member at Massage Envy for a few years now. It has always been a great place for massage. The nice thing about belonging to a subscription clinic is that I can shop around for a practitioner that fits me. I have never had a bad massage, but it takes a while to find the best match. I am really happy with Chase as we are working together to address some lingering issues. He is a great listener when I was expressing the issues I wanted worked on. Then he shared his ideas about the best approach and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with his ideas. He is always considerate of my physical comfort but is not afraid to get the work done either. I am very happy with this intuitive and effective massage.

Mary’s massage was terrific. I feel great today. My neck muscles feel relaxed and not as tight as they have been in the past weeks. I will most likely schedule with her again in the next couple of weeks. Also, please send me info regarding membership. Thanks.

Chika at the Covington Massage Envy in Covington is one of the best massage therapists! She listens to the client’s areas of needs and incorporates that into her massages. I highly recommend Chika and Massage Envy in general.

I have really appreciated the personal attention to details that Chika has given me. She is a critical part of my care team in helping me heal my body, and prioritizing what I need the most help with, and helps me understand how my whole body is impacting the pain I experience.

Updating my review based on 2 recent very negative experiences:1. I ended up cancelling my membership because the second facial experience was not good with another esthetician. The 60 minute session ended about 10 minutes early and the esthetician disregarded my request for the type of add on I wanted and just basically sold me another one I told multiple times I did not want.2. After cancelling membership, your credits expire after some weeks. I called on 8/27 asking when they expire and was told I still have 3 days so I scheduled a session for 29th. Called on 28th again because I needed to reschedule to another time if possible. Guess what? I was told my credits expired on 28th. They asked me to call back to confirm with their manager so I called the next morning and yep that’s what the manager said as well. After the mix up on their side, they had the audacity to tell me they usually charge a fine for same day cancellation but since the esthetician I was going to see today was out, they are waiving the fine. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?Amazing! I haven’t felt this calm in such a long time. I have a membership through work and got a facial here from Maribel. She’s the sweetest. The whole process felt so therapeutic. They give you tea as you enter and fill out the forms. Maribel also gave me the leftover vitamin C serum + moisturizer to take back home with me. Looking forward to doing a massage next month and bringing friends/family here.

I usually schedule a 90 min massage with Diane at the Covington location and she is amazing, she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease, she goes above and beyond for her clients. She is hard to get into but well worth it the wait. The other massage therapist are wonderful if I am not able to get into see Diane. Over all it is a great place for a massage.

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy because of Kathleen. She was knowledgeable and walked me through the steps and process. I really appreciated how friendly and flexible she is. She was able to adapt to fit my needs and provided me with stretches that I can do on my own to better support my health. I plan to return!

Heather is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. She communicates well with you during your session to avoid any injuries. I felt very relaxed and a lot more mobile after my session! I highly recommend Heather for your stretching and mobility goals!

Amber has been working with me for several months now amd my skin has never looked better! Ive been getting compliments left and right asking what Im doing to have this glow! She is knowledgeable and gentle with my treatments and remembers my specific needs from visit to visit. She is 5 star.

Covington Massage Envy is a joy to go to. The folks great us warmly as we enter and provide that nice quiet area to wait. Always asking if I would like anything to drink. My massage therapist, Diane, is very good and covers all the muscles that I ask her to spend extra time on thoroughly. Thank you.

**Changing my rating from original review**Still no issues with the actual massages or staff. BUT, if you can’t get an appointment then why pay for it? I have so many hours accumulated, that if I cancel, I lose hundreds of dollars. Appointments are rarely available and since they are only booking a month in advance it’s a lot of work on the customer to use paid hours. They have clearly oversold their memberships and with the Renton location closed and all the other locations with the same issue…changing locations won’t help. I will not keep my membership. Better to find somewhere with open times and pay as you go.Original review: I have been going here for years, and have really enjoyed the staff, and the massage therapist I have been seeing for most of those years.. now, this year....I cant get an appointment to save my life. At one point I asked for an appointment with any therapist available. Nothing. That is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Access to services.

I highly recommend Chase. He was professional, thoughtful and extremely helpful. He really listened to my specific issues and used technics to target those problem areas. He also advised what I could do to help alleviate stiffness in those areas moving forward. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I would also like to add that my reception at Massage Envy, was warm and genuine. They are conscientious about ensuring that everyone feels safe and offer an extremely safe and healthy environment. Kira at the front desk is so friendly and extremely helpful. She made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable.

Therapists are great! Especially Diane and Stacy! They know how to have a good conversation but also let you relax. My last massage was with Diane, she explained the Rapid Tension Release process and it was great! She also listened to my needs and was able to complete a great upper body focus therapeutic massage.

Awesome greeting as I walked up to the entrance. The tour of the facility really showed that this establishment was top notch. I elected for the 60 minute message…should have went for 90 minutes because it was truly awesome.

I came in for another great massage. Mary is amazing. She always works out all my tension without leaving me super sore the next day. The front desk girls are always super helpful. Kira checked me out quickly and was so nice. I can’t wait for my next session

Laura is always an amazing therapist and I truly appreciate the approach she takes with treatment massage.I was also happy to get a text the day before my service with an option to add on a 30 min stretch session with Kylie. This was my first time doing stretch and it will not be my last! This will most certainly become part of my self care routine and I can hardly wait to get a full hour session on the books. I have been a member since the opening of Massage Envy in 2008.My experiences with each location in 3 different states has been great every time! When there are no appointments available and I have requested a call back for any cancellations -the staff has always called me back when an opening became available This has been most helpful to me. The staff is always kind, attentive to my needs, and able to answer the many questions I have had for my specific situation. Becoming and staying a member for several years now- has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health and well being!

I’m not even sure how to describe this experience. I’ve usually had pretty good experiences at Massage Envy. First I signed up for a membership and have struggled to even find available times for massages. When they booked this massage I told them I like very firm pressure. They suggested a therapist who they claimed would be perfect for that. When we started she let me know that she really doesn’t like doing relaxation massage and prefers to do more muscle work. I let her know that was fine but felt that was unprofessional after I told her I was needing to relax. She was all over the place and didn’t have a very nice flow that I’m used to with professional massage, her pressure was definitely not firm and my legs were barley worked on. She didn’t even touch anything below my knee area in 90 minutes everything should be able to fit in. Even in our discussion I told her I wanted full body. She seemed to rest her her arms on the table often and stop massaging completely and rest her hands on me. Not like she was doing a pressure point it was as if she was just taking a lot of breaks to pass time. She was forceful when she would move my neck, made a couple weird comments and was all around unprofessional. It was probably the worst experience I’ve had when I was really needing a relaxing experience. I really have never had anything like this happen. If it were my first massage at massage envy I would never return. I’m concerned that I’m stuck with a membership now.Hilary

She is a wonderful therapist; always lovely and helpful. I love all the massage therapists that I have there, Chika and Vee. They really work hard to relax my body, especially my ankle, where I had a surgery several years ago. The staffs are very friendly too, and they do their best to get me in for a massage when I need it.

After the stressful week I had, my session with Melody was just what I needed. She nailed the knots in my neck and shoulders and I felt very relaxed and more calm when I left. She’s amazing and am extremely happy with the level of service from everyone there.

This therapist seemed very competent and like a truly well-meaning human being. The deep massage was truly helpful. The session overall did not feel therapeutic because of how much this practitioner talked, and his choice of subjects. There was quite a bit of talk and some of it was about topics that brought up harsh images and difficult feelings. During those parts it felt hard to relax- like I needed to keep my guard up. I would vastly prefer some soft non-topical music, or the therapist talking for the purpose of discussing the work being done- ie, what is he/she discovering and how is he choosing to work on it.

I’ve been coming to Massage Envy in Covington for about 10 years now and they are always so friendly and communicative! Massage therapist Dreux has been working with me for about a year and he is always kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend coming here!

I love Massage Envy’s relaxed atmosphere, superior customer service, and really great massages. I’ve been a member for over 10 years and would say that it’s the best money I’ve spent on wellness! Diane is my regular massage therapist. Diane is a warm, caring person who gives terrific massages.

Maksim not only provides a much needed massage but he is also a delightful person to chat with, if you are a person who likes to chat during your massage. Very intelligent, well educated and offers a unique perspective on topics of interest today. I will be returning to see him and continue our conversation.

Damon did a fantastic job and is always so kind. He is very attentive and very relaxing. He is able to accommodate light to medium pressure. I can tell he puts a lot of thought and energy into his work which makes for a wonderful experience.

There are some excellent therapists here… one in particular that really knows her stuff. My biggest complaint is that the sessions keep getting shorter and shorter. Yesterday I was brought in 3 minutes late, discussion lasted way too long when I explained what I wanted in 30 seconds. Undressed in one minute, waited 3 more for therapist… then they quit 8 minutes before the hours end. I think it was 43 minutes for a “60 minute” massage! It’s hard to know what to tip on that.

There’s a reason Laura is always booked! I’ve been going to Laura exclusively for months. She is extremely versatile and customizes your massage to exactly what you need. I carry a ton of tension in my shoulders and neck, and by the end of 60 minutes with Laura I always feel like new. Highly recommend Laura and Massage Envy Covington for their excellent staff and customer service!

Im a big advocate of massage therapy since its helped me numerous times. Ive been a member of this location for several years and have always had a great experience. The front desk people are friendly and helpful and every therapist Ive seen has been completely professional and great at massage. Ive had a bad hip, frozen shoulder and several back strains worked out and healed here.

Very happy with my massage, and as usual, very happy with Stephanie, my massage therapist! She is such a great listener, and really good at what she does... Oh, since its Covid right now, I should mention that I really appreciate how clean it has always been there, and all the additional steps thay they have taken during the pandemic to keep things safe!

My aesthetician Amber is fantastic, very gentle, very knowledgeable, and makes it a relaxing time. I’ve been getting facials here for the last few years and I only see progress on my skin and only get compliments now! I’ve been going to this particular location for over 6 years - getting a 90 minute massage every 2 weeks. I like to see the same therapist when I find someone I like, so I make standing appointments with them, which also allows me to simplify my schedule. As of January 1, 2022, they don’t allow you to do that anymore. You can only make appointments up to one month in advance so you can rarely ever get the appointments you want.I’ve reached out to their management about this a couple times and never heard back. If people are having a really hard time getting appointments, then maybe you should stop selling memberships, until you have more therapists instead of alienating your existing loyal customers. My wife and I each have a membership that we’ll be cancelling shortly because the drawbacks of membership have outweighed the benefits.

I had a good experience. Stephanie did a great job.HiStephanie did a great job. I give her a 5 😊 for technique but I also have some concerns. I dont know how long they are to spend on each section but the reason I get the 1 1/2hr session is so they have time for all over. Yesterday she worked on my shoulders a little more which was fine but she never did my quads, feet she barely did my hamstrings. I think she needs more help with her routine on how to work on an area and move on. She hangs in one spot too long. Im not saying any of this to get her in trouble cause she did make me totally relaxed. So thats my story. Thanks for your help.

Ive been going to Massage Envy since the beginning of 2019 and even during the Covid years. There is a reason why Amy is at the top of the list and I will only allow her to give me my facials. I had Damon and he is very professional massaged me where I needed to be massaged and did an excellent job I will be going back to him to have him massage me again.Another person that is very good at massaging at Massage Envy is Stephanie she knows how to pinpoint where you need your muscles relaxed.

Cherie was professional and thorough. She did an amazing job on my facial. My skin was glowing after and she answered all of my questions. I will definitely be booking another service with her.

I had a gift card for a 90 minute massage. I was charged $75 for my 90 minute because massage envy raised their prices and did not honor the gift card as 90 minutes but as the dollar value. I left a tip before leaving the room, all in, me using this gift I was given, cost me $100.

I am a very anxious, stressed person prone to panic attacks. Doesn’t help that I live in a noisy neighborhood and can’t seem to get quality sleep. The 60 or 90 minutes that I spend at Massage Envy with AmyLee are the most relaxed I feel all month, she is absolutely amazing. She helps me to relax and focus on myself rather than work, which is not easy for me to do.

First off, Ashley is awesome. I had some major knots and she spent a ton of time working them out of my back. Super quality service. Very professional and clean environment. Can’t wait to go back!

I appreciated the Covid safety measures. It was great being able to get back in for a facial after so long a break due to the pandemic. Alana did a great job and even offered me a fresh mask as I was leaving so I wouldn’t immediately aggravate my acne flair up after my cleansing treatment.

I have seen Kathleen several times for guided stretch and RTR with the Hypervolt. She is knowledgeable and gives me great stretches for homework. I end the session feeling just as relaxed as a traditional massage and just as centered as after a good yoga session, and have noticed significant improvement in my discomfort after our sessions. I have a desk job which causes a lot of back pain and tightness in other areas. Stretch is everything!

Ive been going to Massage Envy Covington for about 10 years or so. Its convenient as its close by, the aesthetic is relaxing, rooms are clean, and reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that is a variable is finding a massage therapist that meets your needs. I have been very lucky in that I have found a few different ones over the years and once I find my fit, I stay with them. I was on a 3 week business trip a few years back and there was a Massage Envy close by so I was able to book a massage and use my monthly massage credit...very convenient!

Highly recommend this location! It was very clean and inviting. The receptionist was very friendly and acknowledged me right as I walked in. I got the 90- min full body massage with Damon and he was great! It was so relaxing and I appreciate how thorough he was.

Laura did a fantastic job with my prenatal massage. Glad to see their location is taking all the necessary precautions to help me feel safe continuing to come in for my much needed massages!

I have had the luck of having Diane as my therapist here. She is wonderful at what she does. Shes an amazing human being and such a gifted therapist. Would highly recommend her!!

Mary is probably the best Massage therapist I have seen in my life. I have to say I have seen quite a few and shes the only one that seems to be able to treat the problem. Be prepared for deep tissue work if you see her.

Amy Lee provides amazing facials. She does a great job of pinpointing issues and recommends solutions. My skin is much improved since I started seeing her.

Front desk people are always so nice and every massage therapist Ive seen here is nice, kind, and friendly but most importantly competent. Different visits I have different needs, sometimes I want a relaxing massage, other times I need deep tissue to help with tension and I have always been matched with a therapist that works well for me and my needs at that time.

I absolutely love how Chase can openly have a conversation and be so professional at the same time. I wont change therapists! If he ever leaves I dont who would be better lol.I am so happy he is apart of the Envy team. He deserves a bonus!!

I have been to a lot of massage places and even of the massage envys this location is my favorite. Staff is always welcoming, incredibly skilled, and I have never felt uncomfortable or felt body shamed. Mark is new and definitely lines up with that.

Enjoyed a very needed deep tissue 60 minute massage w/Chica!

Yesterday I went in to Massage Envy with a tired back and hunched shoulders from working at a computer for several days. Laura, the therapist I usually go to, went to work in her cheerful and professional way. By the time she was done my shoulders nd back were relaxed and lay flat on the table. Today Im feeling great!In addition, Massage Envy has been very careful during the Covid-19 pandemic. I feel safe going there even though I am older and at a higher risk for infection.

I have been going here for years to get monthly massages with Sue who is the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever had or can find anywhere. Highly recommended. I recently decided to start skincare and finally came across my new go to face gal. AmyLee is awesome, I just luv her fun spunky personality. She is very uplifting and informative in skincare and the products. I will definitely continue my chemical peel and facials with AmyLee. I have also recently referred family and friends to her for skincare. Neither Sue or AmyLee will disappoint you.

Maribel gave me such a relaxing facial- I could almost fall asleep! She has a relaxing touch but is also very focused on treating the skin and has a lot of knowledge.

Went to Massage Envy for the first time. Had a massage with Damon. He did a great job!

Really helped stretch everything out, especially my back and neck and feel normal again.

I usually see the same therapist for deep tissue massages but she is going on maternity leave soon and was booked up until her leave. I was open to try someone else that was deep tissue and asked if they could give me someone comparable to who I usually see twice monthly. I had a horrible experience with the masseuse, he not only was NOT deep tissue he barley put any pressure and kept rubbing the skin only, no muscles felt like they were touched. I felt like he had no clue what he was doing. The receptionist asked me how my massage was afterwards and she could tell I wasn’t happy. Then she stated he was a new masseuse and they were trying to figure out what type of massager he was. I felt like I was put in his schedule to fill it only. I contacted the location by email afterwards and still have not heard back from them.

Diane was great. She made me feel very comfortable. I left there feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you!

Nothing but professional caring staff at the Covington Massage Envy. I have been coming here more than 8 years and I will be for many years to come. The staff take time to get to know you and always address us by name. The therapists ask for preferences and follow them. If you dont like to talk they dont ask you a bunch of questions, if you do, they let you initiate conversations. So professional and and relaxing I cannot give a high enough rating of this place.

Had a great experience here last month, getting a deep tissue massage from Geneva. Hurt so good, and much needed. Take her advice and drink lots of water! I felt slightly hungover the next day.

I am so disappointed with the service desk clerk because they are not cleaning their pen since they only had one pen in the cup for the customer to use. And I ask them if they have a another pen. And they did not respond to me and instead saying you can use that since you did touch it. So I asked them “ where is your clean pen ? And nobody could responded to my question. They did not have a separate pen for clean pen & used pen. That’s is not safe for us customers since different customer touch the pen. This is just a common sense why don’t you do what is right & safe for COVID 19. Or is Massage Envy so stingy that they can not share their pen for customers to use. What a Shame !!! It unbelievable!!!
