Natural Nails by Mimi

My “Treat Yourself Pedicure” with Mimi and HaukeaI recently visited Natural Nails by Mimi, who is the most patient and endearing person possible. She was understanding of my scheduling hiccups for a pedicure from jump. I thought Id share my experience. Right off the bat, the atmosphere is welcoming, partly thanks to a little dog who greets you at the door. Haukea (how-kaya) was the young woman who expertly did my pedicure and sugar rub on feet and calves.She was friendly and efficient, making sure I was comfortable and happy with my nail treatments. It felt less like a routine salon visit and more like a catch-up session with friends who happen to be good at doing nails.The vibe in the salon is laid-back and positive, making it a nice spot for a relaxed outing. It was especially enjoyable for me after a morning of unexpected surf lessons (shout out to Wave Riders).I noticed a few bride get her full hair and make up. It seems like a popular spot for wedding preparations, so booking ahead might be wise. That said, it looks like they try to accommodate walk-ins when they can— Mimi certainly was flexible with me.Overall, its a pleasant place with a personal touch, which probably explains why they have many repeat customers (some regulars were in and out). If youre in the area and looking for a no-fuss, friendly nail salon, its worth checking out Natural Nails by Mimi. Adding to my rotation on the next visit!

If you are looking for a place to get a mani/pedi you have to go here! The salon is amazing and all of the staff are so wonderful. My mom and I just got pedicures from Kama and Haukea and we left the salon saying how they were the best pedicures we’ve ever had. They were both so kind and gave us some awesome recommendations for dinner around the island! Anyway, everyone should check out this salon because it was top tier.

What a little gem in Wailea. Sabrina did an amazing job of correcting my nails from another salon. I wish she could be my regular technician! The shape is beautiful and they are holding up very nicely. She was such a lovely person to chat with. The spot where you sit for nails is filled with light, and you can see the mountains. Nothing but good things to say! Thanks Sabrina and Mimi for fitting me in.

Absolutely outstanding experience! Went here for a bridal mani/pedi and groom mani/pedi before our wedding and they did an impeccable job, were so welcoming and genuine, and had the massage chairs perfectly positioned to look out over gorgeous views while the tropical breeze flowed through the open doors. Highly recommend, just an all around peaceful and restorative experience. They have massage, acupuncture, facials, etc too!

I had a wonderful experience at Natural Nails by Mimi! Mimi herself chatted with me during my gel mani (done by Sabrina) and it was such a wonderful experience! Sabrina is an excellent nail technician for manicures, as well. She asked me to approve length, nail shape, and # of coats, which I always appreciate. Overall the space is lovely and peaceful, a wonderful place for nail care on Maui - I highly recommend!

I had a massage, pedicure and gel manicure. It was a great way to wind down after walking and exploring Maui. Great service and friendly staff. I loved Mimi Sabrina and Naomi. Highly recommend to anyone who is local or visiting. My toes are the cute pink ones. Ignore my husbands …. He needs to see Mimi!

Look no further. Mimi runs a wonderful spa on Wailea side, and her long experience in delivering excellent service shows up in every detail. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, bolstered by a deep understanding on how to care for people using an aloha touch and natural, nourishing products.Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Mimi + her entire staff enough for your pampering needs! Not only are they the cleanest nail salon on Maui, but the customer service is top-notch! I always feel pampered when leaving and Im forever thankful for this beautiful and relaxing space to unwind. Mahalo for all that you do for your customers!

Wonderful experience! I saw Rick for a gel removal and regular manicure, and honestly it may be the best manicure experience Ive had. He was very professional, checked in throughout the process to ensure everything felt and looked good, and made me feel super comfortable. The salon itself was lovely, and Mimi was also friendly. Highly recommend you see Rick, especially if you care about attention to detail and great customer service!

Mimi is a very attentive business owner! I wasnt expecting her to be the one doing our pedicures but she was. Lots of information about the island and recommendations.Pedicure turned out very well, and was done quickly! Not in a hurried way but just the right amount of luxury combined with the actual nail service.She gave us a hookup for an in-suite massage as well which was lovely too. We would definitely recommend this for anyone in the area.

I had a wonderful experience at Natural Nails by Mimi in Wailea. Courteous staff, luxurious products & clean (small) space. Shoutout to Sabrina for the great gel pedicure. Would recommend!

We had an amazing afternoon with Mimi, two spectacular manicures and pedicures, including a simple and perfectly done french manicure for the bride to be. The service was fantastic, and the tips for other local spots was a great added bonus. If youre considering giving this salon a visit, dont hesitate!! 💖

I had a Gel, French Mani & Pedi for my wedding with Mimi. She is such a warm, friendly person. She makes you feel totally pampered and does a meticulous and beautiful job on both hands and feet. The shop is very clean and massage chairs are comfy and seem brand new. Great experience. I will definitely go there anytime I’m in Maui.

The place was beautiful. I got a gel manicure while my mom and sister each got a pedicure. The place was clean and relaxing. Star did my gel manicure, and I love the way it came out. Both my mom and my sister said that their pedicures were phenomenal. Mimi is so sweet and kind. 20/10 would recommend anyone looking for a bit of pampering to go here.

Great experience. I inquired about an appointment for a ‘wiki wiki’ manicure via phone and Mimi sent me a services menu via text right after we spoke. The salon was lovely and super clean. There were no toxic smelling fumes and they played lovely soothing Hawaiian music. Mimi is so nice and very professional. She even helped me pick out a nail polish. I was very pleased with my manicure and would highly recommend Mimi and this salon. There’s also a nice hair salon in the same place. The client’s hair who had her hair done while I was there looked great afterwards. I think the hair tech’s name was Irene. I will definitely make another appointment with Mimi on my next visit to Maui!

Mimi was amazing, by far this was the best manicure I have ever gotten. Mimi was so polite and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was perfect! 10/10 recommend!

I just to moved to Maui and I was looking for the perfect nail salon and I found it! I got a manicure done by Sabrina who is super sweet and does a fantastic job! I had gel powder on my nails and she gently removed the gel without damaging my nails. She used nail envy to help keep my nails healthy and they look amazing. Very very happy with my first nail experience here! Can’t wait to come back for my pedicure with Sabrina :)

Had a lovely manipedi with Mimi. I appreciated her attentiveness, suggestions for nail color (which will be my new go-to nail cor) and very pleasant demeanor. A very professional and quality operation, yet thoroughly relaxing and pampering. I will be back on future trips to Maui.

My husband and I got massages in our hotel room from Chris and Rita while on our honeymoon. They were easily the best massages weve ever gotten, with a different style completely from the chain massage place back home we go to. They obviously have studied extensively and take their profession seriously. They bring a passion for healing beyond just the physical, which you can tell from the moment they place their hands on you. What a blessing for us to receive such high quality service on a trip with memories that we will cherish for a lifetime, in one of the most beautiful places on earth to boot! We cannot recommend them enough.

I had THE BEST experience getting a pedicure yesterday with Mimi!! They use a coffee, Brown sugar and honey scrub and it was absolutely fabulous! Star did a mini hand and arm massage and it was the best ever. I highly recommend this salon to anyone you will not be disappointed.

I walked in this afternoon to see if they would have time to remove my dip/powder nail polish; I am traveling from out of town and it had chipped, needed to have it removed. I wasnt interested in getting a full manicure, and I 100% understood this request would take time and was prepared to pay for the service. When I walked in, the woman I spoke with was perhaps the rudest person I have encountered. She said had to finish the two women ahead of me, which I totally understood, and I just asked if there was a time I could return. She looked at her schedule for a bit, proceeded to put the tablet down and said, Ill have to finish this and think about it. I walked out and never returned. Would have been just fine if she had said, sorry, I cannot help you today. I understand this was not a full service manicure I was requesting, but was prepared to pay for the removal. Went to another nail salon and they were very helpful, I paid them for the service and was on my way.

Mimis nails is what everyone dreams of when they think about mani pedis and more. It was such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter. The care we received, the kindness, the entire atmosphere Mimi has created in her salon are unparalleled in beauty and luxury. I got the gel and it has lasted now over 2 weeks of sand and ocean play! My daughter got regular polish and Ive never seen regular polish last this long.

My 3 year old daughter and I went into Mimis for pedicures while on vacation. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. It felt like wed come in a thousand times. Next time, well be back, without a doubt!Erin Seymour

Mimi was great! She got us in quickly for natural mani/pedis and was super helpful in giving directions to find the shop. She and Star provided our services and did a wonderful job. The boutique shop was very clean, the tea was delicious and our mani/pedis turned out wonderfully. Very fair pricing, I wish we had found them earlier in our trip to book additional services!!!

I had a wonderful experience! The music was relaxing, the location was calm and smelled so good and the services were excellent! I especially loved their specialty lotion that came at the end of my manicure!

Mimi and her team are professional, kind and welcoming - everything you are looking for as a tourist. My teenage daughter and I had a relaxing afternoon and we will be back! So glad we waited for our mani/pedi’s until we got to the island!

They did a beautiful job! Loved my pedicure and nails! I also bought their pineapple lotion as gifts that were a big hit in Houston, Texas!

The service was lovely with very friendly staff, that was fun to talk too. They also brought me a drink twice as they made my nails pretty. Overall it was a very nice experience with some locals to Maui.
