EDIT: Bill, the owner/manager replied to this review and also gave me a call, he was incredibly polite and helpful in explaining why my experience was so negative and how he will speak to his employees to help prevent it from happening to anyone in the future and offered to allow me to bring in my juice or exchange it despite my being past the 7 day window, he is a wonderful manager and has definitely made me think twice about coming back to his store. Im glad I found this place. Vape selection is amazing, and kratom is the best price Ive found in town. I thought the one by knights way was good, but I was very wrong. I never have to wait for service, and if I need any new tanks or could theyre extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Buyers beware...during sales they will charge you FULL PRICE for items and wont issue out a refund of your money. They need to be more careful about what they are doing. And make sure they adhere to the sales that are posted or either dont have a sale!!!

Bought a mod for my mom about 2 months ago, it went bad without having a single drop, talked to store manager billy and he says they only have a 1 month warranty on mods and 48 HOURS on any tank you buy, these guys are selling garbage to people and not taking responsibility for it. Manager did not care about the whole situation. This says a lot about the store will not come back, stay away from stores like this that only want your money

My husband has been going here off and on for a while now and hasnt had any problem until recently. He was sold a complete vape system ($30) about 3 days ago and today he accidentally cracked the glass chamber. He went into the store thinking hed be able to purchase a replacement piece, but was told that theres nothing they can do except sell him a whole new system. He then went to another store nearby where they dont even sell the same rig and they were able to help him get a piece that works perfectly for just $5. Its not the exact match to the system, but it works so my husband will be shopping there now.

Never had a bad experience here. Used to go to other vape shops until I was told about this place and I’ve been going ever since. Sometimes I need help on something with a vape, or want to discover new flavors, and they’re always so quick to share their knowledge with me, or show me how to change my coil when I was first learning (for example).

Had what I needed but seemed a bit stuck up. Im a big guy wearing shorts in 50° weather. Get over yourselves and learn your products!

I bought a vape over three weeks ago. It was beautiful Im not gonna lie. It was my first time getting a big set up and it was a very expensive investment. But I was happy. But moments after I got home it started saying check atomizer. So I called up and he informed me I could come up anytime and they would help me troubleshoot it. I waited and tried tinkering with it. After about three attempts over the the weeks to fix this I finally called and spoke to shelby. She was absolutely amazing on the phone and even better in person. Her care for the customers truly shows in her customer service. She took one look at the vape and could tell it was the pin inside and exchanged it for a new one mod. Now I have this even more stunning vape and I just love it. I will always be a loyal customer to this shop, just because of the dedicated staff.

Good vape store. Lots of different brands and house brand if you want something special. Usually have good weekend sales too from juice, hardware, and mods. Some staff are ok and some are just there to either sell or collect a check. I usually deal with one of the female that has a monotone voice, shes nice and friendly.Update, no longer allowed to make their own juices (FDA sucks), still freindly staff. The nice girl I liked (not in a creepy way), moved out of state so theres no particular person I talk to other than the mgr there.

They have a large selection of Vap juice. However , it is significantly overpriced. Which doesn’t make sense. If you”re new to vaping or unfamiliar with regular price for certain juices , you will end up paying about $5 more at this place. Their brand Vap juice is called “Just EJuice” and it is terrible!!!! Terrible after taste. Good thing is , they price match.. the staff is okay. “7Seasons Vaps” staff is better...
