Flawless Vape & Smoke Shop ATX

Nice shop. Rude little girl behind the counter though. I commented “you holding the key pad while I input my pin is not ideal”. She seemed to be offended by this observation. “I looked the way. I don’t care about your money. You can leave now”. No problem. There is a vape shop in every shopping center around here, and I won’t be returning to this one.

The girl that works there is really awesome and I appreciate her help and going above and beyond for her customers. I like a certain flavor they have and its popular so naturally sold out. She went out of her way to grab more of them from the Austin location. She is also very knowledgeable and answered questions I had as well as helping replace the new coil I bought while I was there. The coils I purchased had a manufacture defect, she contacted her boss and luckily her boss was nice and said since Im a regular they would go ahead and take care of me, which she did. They also give military discounts to veterans. They have good selection of vape juice at good prices in comparison to the other shops Ive been to. I usually do not participate in typing up reviews but because of her I decided to go ahead and do one. I greatly appreciate them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Thank you and I will continue doing business there and I will also continue letting everyone I know as well.

Walked into the Killeen location today because I stumbled across their website and was very excited to see a brick and mortar vape store with completive prices for once. This excitement quickly changed when I learned that prices in store were double that of the online prices. When I mentioned the website prices the sales associate told me that they match prices but it requires her to call her boss and is a big dog and pony show that she would rather not do. On top of that she mentioned that they add an $8 shipping charge when they price match.To the owner/boss of this business: empower your employees to match prices from YOUR website. Also its shady as hell when you sell something for $50 online and over $100 in store, thats bad business.

I just would like to say that both representatives that Ive dealt with are literally by far the most nicest, and welcoming individuals Ive ever met. Ive been back and forth in there store numerous times a week being annoying and not once have theyve showed any kind of annoyed character. ALL NICE. There store is incredibly clean, and spacious. Just 100% WOW. Anytime im in texas, doesnt matter what part, I will go put of my way just to make it to this particular store. Alice and candice I think there names were? Decent prices, knowledgeable employees and open late. some of the other vape shops in the area can learn from these guys. People work all day if you close before people get off work youre never going to get any business. Flawless Vape clearly gets it.

Wide variety of juices and along with starter kits for the ones looking to get started. Customer service has always been great and knowledgeable. Variety and late hours always has me coming back for more.

I had run out juice, was up in Killeen for the day not realizing itd be a while day affair. The lady was so helpful in recommending juice that I would possibly like and found THREE right of the bat. Turned out to be a tough choice and a game of enie-meenie😂

I would recommend this vape shop to anyone. I’ve tried every VS in the Killeen area and this is by far the BEST! The owners are friendly and professional. Their prices are affordable for what you’re getting in return. Thank you!

Customer service...excellent from staff. Restocking is necessary and product line is extremely limited. Shame that this place cant keep up with the customers and competition.
