I come here decently often, as do my friends and coworkers. Shawn is a great guy and I always hear great things about him from those that have met him.The store is very nice. Customer service is great. Juice selection is mainly house juice. They do have some larger brand stuff but nothing that peaks my interest. Try the strawberry shortcake (house juice) - its very very good.Bottles of house juice are well priced. They also have a variety of mods, tanks, rdas, and all of the various accessories you might need. Staff is very knowledgeable. Store participates in a loyalty program. The more points earned via purchase, the better discounts and rewards you can get.Give this place a shot. You shouldnt be disappointed.

The owner is very personable as well as knowledgeable. He is, of course, there to sell you something, but makes sure you get into something that suits your needs/wants. They sell several juice brands and can make house blends of almost any flavor you are looking for, or flavor profile you are trying to achieve. His staff is courteous, helpful, and they all are willing to throw ideas around with you should you need advice on your selection or set up.

I love this store because the nice friendly, educated staff. They know what they are doing and you can watch them make your vape juice because it’s not sitting on a shelf pre-packaged. They make it when you order it. You tell them how much you want and you can control the nicotine level if you use it. They have good prices too. If I could give them more stars I would, give them a try, you’ll love them too.

A friend and I went in to try some different flavors and to find a kit for me to use. The gentleman that helped us (I apologize, Im terrible with names) was very patient and very knowledgeable. We each told him the flavors that we like and dislike and he was able to guide us to some pretty awesome flavors. The shop is close to my house so I plan to be there frequently. We even have plans to go back tomorrow to try more flavors!

Im pretty new at vaping and this was my first stop. I LOVE the Scarlet juice! Ive been to 4 other shops 2 locally and 2 about an hour out in another town.While some of the other shop experiences were okay due to knowledge of the juices and nicotine content and the equipment needed for vaping, Vaporizit has been the most helpful in all aspects. Prices are unbeatable and the atmosphere and customer service is laid back and welcoming & the house juice taste way better than some of the other places Ive gone. I love the little juice bar and not being made to feel stupid being a beginner and asking a ton of questions.I will shop for all of my vaping needs there. Im not sure if yall have expanded to other areas, but you should! If like to meet the owner and just say thanks for having such a great shop! :)

This shop is the only one Ill ever go too. I went there to get some more juice and inquired about getting another mod since mine was acting up, so I just wanted to get his opinion. Where most shops would not question it to make another sell, he went the other route and said before you make any decisions, let me take a look at it first. He worked his magic and fixed it. It worked better than it did new. My hat is off this shop for going out of their way and earning my respect. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody. The owner is really friendly and knows what hes doing and has everything I need.

This place is awesome! I go here to purchase my no nicotine flavors!! So friendly and they have a area to chill and watch TV. Very nice and super friendly. Also the gentleman at the counter was very informative on his product.

Will not give this place no more money. I bought a $70 dollar mod from here 2 months ago that started to self start (very dangerous) when it was just sitting on the table. I took it back for replacement and was told by the assistant that he could not exchange it. I explained that I would no longer shop here and he shrugged his shoulders and said Oh OK!. These guys must have plenty of money that they do not need mine so I am now going to try another local vape shop.

Been going to this store for a few months and have to say this place is awesome! Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I broke my tank and they were able to help me out with new glass instead of having to purchase a whole new tank! Thank you!

I went their a few times and it is just okay. Parking sucks but the store is in a good location. The people that work their is pretty cool and there is couches and stuff you can sit down and vape while they have music playing. The prices is what got me though, thats the reason why I stopped going was because the prices were ridiculous from a mod , vape pen to just plain vape juice . For a decent bottle to last me the month was close to $50 , which I could just get online for the same size for literally after shipping and handling $15 bucks. So do your homework before you buy anything. For me though, I will save the 45 bucks .

When there last night with a friend. We usually try to go to a new shop and interact with managers and see what they have. As soon as I went in I was welcomed. The owner was on a build but as soon as he was done we shook hands and began talking. Got a nice rda and some liquid, he even replica one of my favorites! Overall if youre in the area or wanna go to a establishment that takes care of you and will make sure you get the best of the best customer swrvice, go here

Needs to be open when they say they will be. Went by the other day at 8:30. Lights off and door locked. Sign said open at 8. Waited 10 minutes and I and a couple of other customers left. Went by today at 9:50. Lights on door locked. Waited till 10:05. At least 4 other customers came and went. To many shops around that want my business to keep waisting my time with one that doesnt.

They will either have it or they dont... But the clerk is chill AF and had a rare item I needed so they gonna get my repeated business!

Best vape shop Ive been to. Very helpful staff. Very nice people, they will help you with any of your vape needs and they are very knowledgeable. They make flavors right in front exactly how you want them. Try their house flavor nanner puddin Ive had 10 60ml bottles back to back still not tired of this amazing flavor

We have shopped here for a very long time, for juices, vapes, coils and batteries etc...until we realized that if you come in here without intending to buy anything, youre treated with less importance. As regulars, we were once in there and I needed to use their restroom and the man said that they didnt have one, a few days later, there was a little girl in there yelling that she flushed the toilet. I was shocked. Like seriously? I cant use your restroom for a few minutes? Glad this happened, now we go to Ino Vapor on Northpark, they are AMAZING! Their prices are cheaper, have a great variety and are very friendly.

Ill be going strictly to this shop from now own. Completely new to the vape scene, had a ton of questions about a vape I bought somewhere else, as well as liquids. Feeling ignorant myself asking the questions I wasnt made to feel like an idiot. Darrius and Shawn answered every one, helped me pick out some juices that would fit me best and I actually feel like today is the day I will no longer need another cigarette. If every business implemented the type of customer service that is obviously mastered here the consumer market would be a better place. Life time customer from here on and Ill be recommending to everyone who has vape needs or looking to start using one. Thank you both so very much.

Staffed by friendly guys that can answer your vaping questions. They make their own juice mixtures. You can tell them what sort of flavor you want; then they will mix up what you are looking for. They can help you through any vaping ptoblem you may have. Theyll fix you right up. Great place for all your vaping needs.

The owner is SO RUDE.. he sold me an expired (over a year) vape juice.. when I went to return it, he said it’s my fault and I was supposed to check it and he CAN sell expired products!!!

Went in to get juice and a new mod. The gentleman that runs this place is amazing! He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions with extreme detail. I live in las Vegas but every time I fly into Houston, this is definitely the only vape shop I will be going to!

I was scared about going to another vape shop(bad experiences at other shops. Bad suggestions on juices). I usually buy my juice from the internet. But this place blew me away. Their in house juice is delectable. I felt at home. Thanks guys, I will be coming back.

Excellent customer service. Replaced a defected battery even though theres no exchange or refund policy. Bought the battery Easter Sunday and it died today.

Get the same thing every time, brain freeze 30 nic juice and will buy a separate 30 mil bottle with 4 drops of menthol in it. Get different rules from each employee every time about if they can sell it or not. Not knowledgeable or recommended.

First time ever going into a real professional vapor shop and i loved it the staff was very professional and was able to steer me in the right direction to a vap that works for me. I give them 5 stars and i have been 100% satisfied i highly recommend arcus vapes

Has a small selection of e-juice by other makers, has a nice selection of in-house prepared flavors. Good selection of quality tanks, drippers, and mods.

Love the people that work there, have an excellent selection of vape oils and are very knowledgeable about the different mods they sell.
