I have been in this smoke shop a few times and I have had the privilege to have James help me. I do have to say Im from NYC and even in NY I havent come across a person that has been so knowledgeableas James. He knows the product to the tee and his customer service is the best I have had I many years. I want to thank James and whoever employed him for their wonderful service thank you.

Best Smokeshop ever. Extremely friendly staff. Prices are clearly marked so they arent different everytime you go. Everything is sold at a fair price and sometimes they offer extras. This is now the only smoke shop i shop at even though it out of my way.

I stopped in last week and picked up a nice compact electronic scale, scored a really 😳 nice one for only $25. When I opened my wallet to pay the woman I realized I was a little short cash ($23). The nice lady let me have it with a slight discount which I soon repaid her for her generosity. Very nice store.

Best smoke shop ive bin too! A young lady named Kim served me today and had a above and beyond attitude! No only did she answer all my questions, but she pointed me in the direction of some products that were very beneficial for me. Not to mention they have the best prices around, I went to multiple smoke shops in the area and they are double the price no exaggeration! Great shop highly recommend!

I went in because i bought a Fume Ultra for $15 and it had a faulty battery and after they told me they couldnt do anything it died a few hours later. i came back in today to be told by the OWNER that i was lieing and he would not believe me because all his stuff was real and he buys them for 10 a piece so i should just be happy with what i got and if i was gonna come in and say it was faulty then i should never come back again. I told him i had no reason to lie about a fume and that i knew he could send it back and get refunded for the product like any other smoke shop does. he continued to get loud and tell me he wasnt gonna believe me or give me a new one so to never come back. i simply walked out.

I like this store. They are very knowledgeable of their products and thats helpful. They prices are reasonable and they have good deals. I got a really good deal on a 100 mll bottle of Sour Patch kids juice and its really good. I just moved to Kissimmee and this is going to be my new store.

I dont smoke but I was shopping at the Smoke Shop for birthday presents. What a fantastic place and I am sure smokers find everything they are looking there. This shop has it ALL! If I was a smoker this is where I would shop. The parking is convenient and the store entrance is the greatest.

Bought the snoop dogg g 2.0 pen from here. He never fully explained the product and how it works.. Now it doesnt work at all and he refuses to give a full refund. Horrible I should have known better after I brought a simple torch lighter and it didnt work right....Never again!!!! And he was rude about it...hope this helps you with your decision on coming here.
