Do NOT waste your time and money!After spending over $2000 and atleast 15+ painful treatments later I still have 80% hair growth!After attending these treatments for over 1.5 years, Kersey Laser & Spa continued to sell me the lie to ‘keep going’ stating that “eventually hair removal would be more apparent.” It NEVER worked.In fact, my hair grew back and is currently about the same as before I started.Don’t let them sell you lies!

I have had one laser hair removal treatment at Kersey Laser & Spa. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. The building is clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Morgan answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns and previous laser hair removal experiences. The whole process from start to finish was very quick. Even including paperwork I was in and out in less than an hour. I think I was even seen a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time.Rates are very reasonable compared to other laser hair removal locations in Knoxville and treatments can be purchased individually without requiring a contract or long-term commitment.The laser itself has a cooling feature that makes it almost painless.I highly recommend Kersey Laser and Spa for anyone shopping around for laser hair removal in the Knoxville area.

Had an amazing first session experience! I suffer with PCOS and my parents, as a gift to me, are paying for laser hair removal for full face and neck! Morgan was AWESOME! She let me know exactly what to expect, addressed all my concerns, was in and out in 30 minutes including consultation and my first session! I would definitely recommend. I live an hour away from this location and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Cant wait to see the end results!

Had a first appointment with Morgan for hair removal. She was wonderful- friendly, efficient and thorough. No sales pitches, which we can all appreciate. In and out quickly and on with my day. Would 10/10 recommend so far!

Great first experience. After lots of research and recommendations, I found that Kersey was my best fit. As a college student, I wasn’t prepared to pay for multiple treatments up front like many other places asked of. Kersey is great because you pay for each session as you go. Staff was extremely nice and I felt so welcomed! I got laser on my bikini area and never once felt uncomfortable or awkward. The treatment itself only took around 20 minutes and was painfree. Super satisfied with my first experience and excited to continue this process.

Wow!!! Just had the best massage! Tristen not only blends her extensive knowledge of human anatomy but also adds eastern medicine techniques to create a perfect massage. She intuitively knew exactly where my pain was without me telling her. She listened to my muscles and knew exactly how deep to go to reach all my trouble spots. Tristens studio is the perfect blend of a tranquil spa mixed with all the homey coziness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

WOW - this place is a South Knoxville Secret! So nice and quiet when you enter - no heavy sales pitches to buy some expensive package deals when you arrive or leave! Beautiful inside and the staff is extremely friendly. I had a massage by Amanda Bolli and it was one of the best ever! A most relaxing massage - no talking - just a whisper when she needed to. I WILL go back and see Amanda again!! Thank you Amanda - I really needed this! You are wonderful and kind!

The ladies are AMAZING. Morgan does a great job with laser and is so kind and informative. Kathys facials are wonderful, she explains why and what she is doing to help your skin be so beautiful.
