The staff is always very friendly - quick check-in and check-out processes. My appointments have always been on time and Ive been very pleased after every service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

When I called to make an appointment I asked questions about different services because I’d never been . The lady I spoke with was very nice and I thanked her for her patience in all I was needing to know. I was wanting to perm and dye my lashes along with a mani pedi all in one day. The promo I saw online was 10% off your first visit . She assured yes it was off everything in that day even gave me total price according to what I’d get done. When I arrived for my appointment I was paying and I was told it’s only off of the very first thing I have done on the day of my visit. I said are you sure because I covered this to be absolutely certain before setting the appointment. She showed attitude like it was a power struggle. And I was only confused and disappointed hoping maybe she was misinformed. I was not argumentative but she was rude about how she kept telling me No! It’s my first time stepping in there and there was no greeting walking in and the lady I talked with just kept telling me I’m wrong about what a previous receptionist had told me. I found her very rude . She could have even said it nicer if I was wrong. Or asked a manager to help. When I paid I never got a receipt to see anything that was done. She just pointed around the corner and said to get a color for my nails. Like a hostess in a restaurant this is one’s first impression walking in the door. Saying I was new should have made her want to even try to be more pleasing . I can’t understand her attitude when it was a very small matter. The lady who did my nails was kind. Unfortunately it’s not been a week and my mani is already peeling off. Not the greatest experience that I was looking for.

My wife loved every minute of her time there. Came home glowing and more confident than she usually is. As far as anniversary gifts go I nailed it 😁. Thank you so much for giving her a much deserved pampered moment.

No spa in Knoxville compares. I love coming early to sit in the sauna and doing a steam shower after my massage. I also love the facials for extra relaxation!

Locally owned and operated which is a great thing. I have been enjoying the spa for well over 10 years and had one bad experience so far. So I am only going to let the one bad treatment out of so many good ones only put a small dent in mine:). When you book a service try to get a feel for the experience of your service provider. Turnover seems to be high and it shows with my latest appointment. Also they were pretty booked and only had a 30 minute massage to add on to my facial. Who does a 30 minute massage? That is just the warm up for the main course. So I would say plan ahead to get that 60 or 90 minute treatment. Also I do wish they had more packages to chose from with a break in price for the splurge. It’s hard to justify a $50+ manicure on top of my $130 facial. But if there was a hot stone treatment and a salt scrub - count me in.

Ive been to Spa Visage several times and I always have such a relaxing experience. My favorite manicurist is LeAnn. Shes nice, takes her time and always does a wonderful job. The newly upgraded ladies locker room is beautiful and relaxing also. I love coming here. I wish I could come more often. It can be difficult to get appointments, they book up relatively quick. But its worth the wait.

I treated myself to a full spa day for the first time in my life ever, and ladies and gents, they are simply amazing! Penny was flawless in her massage execution and really made me feel at ease! Aarti is so sweet and really knows what she’s doing, and I thoroughly appreciated her smile and attitude towards me. She was very clean and very professional. Brittany was extremely informative with me on my sensitive skin. She recommended amazing products that would work with my crazy skin, and throughout all 3 sessions, I couldn’t have been HAPPIER. If you need an excuse for a spa package or are looking for gift ideas, Spa Visage is where it’s at! Hands down, it was the most relaxing time I have ever had!

Just visited there with my boyfriend, Dylan and we both did 30 min facials which was perfect for his first time. Kevin did his service and Sarah did mine. Very happy with the service and overall experience so definitely be back!

LeeAnn was the best! I had foot surgery 3.5 months ago, so my feet/nails looked pretty bad. But she braved it and did a great job - very gentle with my foot! Thank you, LeeAnn!!

Great experience! This was my first time to a spa and I got a facial. Very relaxing! The visage staff was very friendly and informative about skin health.I recommend everyone have a spa day once in there life.

Shauna was an absolute delight. She listened to my story and catered to my needs, and even gave me a couple techniques I could use at home for maintenance between sessions. Her hands are also SO WARM, it really added to the experience!The spa itself offers cucumber and/or lemon water, coffee, and tea, plus normal water bottles (hydration is very important with massage). They also have showers available for use in the locker rooms, as well as a sauna. Youre welcome to use those amenities as long as you like before or after your session.The massage room was scented with light, calming fragrances, there was gentle music, and the lights were dimmed. It was a very relaxing time, and just what this new mama needed. I would absolutely recommend Spa Visage, and will likely return myself as soon as Im able!

My husband surprised me with a spa package for my birthday and this was my first spa experience and it was amazing. I had the ultimate facial and ultimate manicure. For my facial, Brittany was awesome. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. I will definitely be coming back for more aesthetic services. For my manicure, Arati did such a wonderful job on my nails and I love them. I left Spa Visage feeling so pampered and relaxed.

Cherry is absolutely awesome for facials. I also had my first massage with Tracy who worked me in at the last minute. She really got the kinks out of my back and shoulder. The spa is clean and very professional; the front desk is very nice and accommodating. Hopeful to try the mani and pedi treatments soon.

Tracy really knows how to do a deep tissue massage working up to pressure while make you feel comfortable with the heated table and blanket. Suzanne did my full body scrub and she was wonderful in taking her time and making my skin extra soft!

I had an incredible experience at Spa Visage. I met my mom and sisters for a girls day and had the best time. We all got packages and I loved my facial and massage. Special shout out to Amanda and Shauna! Both were extremely professional, listened to my concerns and experts in their field. I would highly recommend for your next spa day.

Two terrible massages followed by terrible customer service! On April 28, 2023, I came in for a 60-minute massage. When booking the appointment I was not told how early to arrive or that there was a women’s locker room. I arrived 10 minutes early. Supposedly due to a bachelorette group, I was not shown to the locker room until a couple minutes before my appointment. When my massage therapist got me from the waiting area, she commented on me being late and said we’d need to hurry. In the room, she stated that she read on my form I was pregnant. I informed her that I was not pregnant and had not marked that on my sheet. She proceeded to give me a back massage with Bio freeze. She didn’t massage any other part of my body and when I got back to the locker room I realized she had shorted me an entire 10 minutes. When I got to the front desk, I asked to speak to a manager, and was told Kevin was gone for the day. So I was asked to pay the full amount for my massage. The following week the a female manager called, listened to me recount my experience, apologized and offered me a credit for another massage.Fast forward to September 2023: I called and scheduled a couple’s massage to redeem my credit. While scheduling, I specifically asked to not have the same massage therapist. Before hanging up the phone, I again confirmed that I would not have the same message therapist.Today, my husband and I arrived for our massage, and the same massage therapist was assigned to him. He marked on his form that he wanted a therapeutic massage. In the room, she said I saw on your form you wanted a deep tissue, and he corrected her. Today’s massage was a full hour, but when I asked my husband how his massage was he said, “it just felt like she rubbed lotion all over my body. There wasn’t much pressure.” So we go to the front desk, explain the situation, and are once again told the manager just left and we will have to pay for yet another terrible massage. I asked if she could call the manager. She called Kevin, and he told her that we had to pay, but we could get another credit for the next massage. We asked if the credit could be applied today, and were told no. So we’ve now paid $200 for two terrible massages. I will not be back, and I would not recommend Spa Visage to anyone. We live 3 hours away so utilizing a credit is pretty difficult. Not to mention, I cannot trust that I wouldn’t be assigned the same massage therapist yet again.

I had the best massage from Mandi! She listened to my concerns and I felt so much better afterwards. I have RA and she helped my troubled areas and gave me more flexibility in one 90 minute session. Everything is well maintained and very clean with friendly service

I’m very experienced in getting massages, and this was my first visit to Spa Visage. I was impressed from the cleanliness of the facility, to the locker room, to our massage therapists. I did a couples massage with my partner and our duo of Penny and Tracy were nothing short of amazing. The staff was friendly, timely, and showed grace and patience with my partner who had a lot of questions with this being her first massage. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at Spa Visage. It was not my first visit here, but it by far exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic massage with Barclay and have already booked my next with him. I also hadn’t been since the remodel and was thoroughly impressed. The women working the front desk were both kind and attentive. I will absolutely recommend and refer others to Spa Visage! I would highly recommend Mandy. She is very informative and friendly. I had a bad creek in my neck from sleeping weird and she massaged it out to where I was able to move freely again by the end. The inclusivity and whole vibe of the spot is very relaxing! There is a shower and a sauna and counter to dry your hair and get ready for the day.

I had no idea spa visage existed but glad it does. Sort of tucked behind/adjacent to west town mall, this full spa was a nice find. I felt very welcomed by staff and had a great experience with deep tissue massage. Will have to come again soon. :)

So many things to love: the recent facility upgrades are beautiful, the staff at the front desk are friendly, LeeAnn has the best demeanor and is excellent at what she does (mani/pedi), and Tracy gave me a phenomenal massage. The only detractor is something that has been bothersome for a while— the music in the salon/nail area is a huge downer. I was there today on a Tuesday afternoon, and the music was so slow and dragged on and on.. the mood of it would have better matched a very early Sunday morning. When I’m getting my nails done, I want to feel a little pep in my step! This is something that has been my only frustration. If the preference of ownership is Christian/worship, that’s fine; but there is plenty of happier, peppier music in the Christian contemporary music realm. Francesca Batistelli, Stacy Orico, JJ Heller… perhaps put on a Spotify station of them? Or even just some clean secular pop music. I would come more often if the vibe was a little more modern!

Great massages, and helpful staff. I’ve visited a few times for massage therapy with different therapists and have never had a bad visit.

Sara was professional and incredibly helpful. She gave me informative advice on improving my skincare routine, and she took her time in explaining details to me. Looking forward to my next facial with her!

The spa experience was nice, but now Im facing some painful acne post-facial, which has never happened to me after a facial. This is also the first time in 3 years I’m dealing with this kind of acne. Also, not all my blackheads were taken care of during the extractions. Im just glad I didnt schedule this before an important event.

This was my first time visiting Spa Visage and I will definitely be back. The steam shower and dry sauna are relaxing and add to your service. Robin was both mine and my husband’s massage therapist and not only did complete work on my body from head to toe but also took the time to recommend stretches for problem areas. I’ve been to many high end resort spas and this was by far the best massage I’ve received.

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Visage! The locker room was very clean, had everything one would need, and provided a place to relax before and after the massage. Penny, my massage therapist, was so wonderful! She listened to my needs and was able to tackle my troubled areas at the right pressure. I definitely will be returning for my next massage and requesting Penny!

I dont know if hes had extensive training in managerial skills and conflict resolution, or if hes just a natural. He never spoke negatively about his company or team, yet was never defensive or aggressive to me. He was a respectful/active listener and didnt just make excuses. He took what I had to say and made a plan on how to take this negative review and overcome it. While not the policy of the owners, we agreed its basically a common courtesy to offer your first name. Kevin said that he would bring the issue up. Who wants to do business with someone who wont tell you their first name? He also addressed my frustration with the online gift card shop. Kevin was quick to reach out, the actions he took, and how he treated the issue at hand, shows he can be trusted. I would give Spa Visage another chance.****Best spa in Knoxville? What a joke!!!! The current front desk staff, leaves much to be desired. I imagine that people at a food bank, or using food stamps or welfare, are treated better than what Spa Visage has to offer. I was trying to buy a $1,000 gift certificate as a reward, for a team member of my company. Spa Visage advertised on their website that they are offering an additional $50 for $500 gift certificate purchases. I went through the process online, up to the point where I had to click Confirm Purchase, yet there was no additional money showing. I called on Monday, Nov 13th between 10:30+11:00 am to ask if the offer was still available. I spoke with a very rude gal, who I would not have given a second thought to, had she not escalated the situation. I asked just a few questions: Can gratuity be paid using their gift cards? Is 25% is about average for tips. She told me yes tips can be charged to gift cards and that 25%, was ........ok. I have indulged in spa experiences world wide and in luxury resorts, though when my technician is above and beyond, I always tip well over that. On average, Im pretty sure 25% is more than ....ok. Regardless, at this point, I still would not have complained. The issue was when I asked for clarification about purchasing an online gift card and why I did not see the added $100. The gal (anonymous) assured me, it would be mailed to me. I told her the online purchase portal, never asked for a mailing address. She then told me, it would be emailed to me. I wanted to know if it would be sent to my email, or the recipient. Both email addresses were required to purchase. She said the recipient would receive an email, but could not say when. This is for an employee, I would be uncomfortable constantly asking her if she had received the extra $100. Still not a big deal, until I asked for the name of the person that I was speaking with. Just so if there was any confusion, I know who I spoke with. Up to this point, I was very friendly, but this person told me that she was uncomfortable giving me her name. Most places you call, they say Thank you for calling (place of business) my name is (name) How can I help you? So I asked to talk with a manager. After making me wait for about 15 minutes (and several ring backs) Anonymous gets backs on the phone and tells me that the manager she is not in today. I questioned this as I saw a male name listed as manager. She then said that they have 3 managers, though zero of 3 are in at all today, a Monday, after being closed on Sunday. Then I said I would call back another day, and she told me that she was there everyday. Maybe blocking me from talking to a manager? I told her this $1,000 was for ONE team member. Anonymous, is the reason that Spa Visage will miss out on tens of thousands, every year in the future. It is her fault that I called another Knoxville spa, whose receptionist answered the phone and identified herself with her name, without me even having to ask. I am taking my business there.

I had a gift card for the Ultimate Massage. It was amazing! Emily was my masseuse and was kind, communicative and professional. Ill definitely be back.

From out of town and someone suggested. Barclay gave the best deep tissues I’ve ever had in my life- and I’ve had plenty. Very attentive to problem areas and seemed to do 90 min worth of work in 60. 10/10 would recommend.

Penny was amazing! I went in with such shoulder pain & she was able to incorporate therapeutic massage & I left feeling so much better. I can’t wait to go back!

My mother has gone here for years and goes and uses their products. She loves them so much that she has had me start going and there is only one person mommy mom will see and allow me to see. Susan is that person, we will both continue to visit her to have her work on us and continue recommending her.

I loved every minute of my massage, the people who were working there were really friendly. I really enjoyed the steam showers and the sauna. Everything about this place was beautiful and it was a very nice place to go for a couples massage with my husband for his late birthday gift.

Whitley has been doing my mani pedi for the past 2 1/2 years She did my all my wedding party mani pedis😃She is very meticulous and my nails have been so healthy since going with her. She is very smart and so much fun to chat with! I highly recommend Whitley to anyone!!!!

Had purchased a day for my daughters birthday and we had a great experience, until we checked out to pay our bill. I thought I had paid everything in full, but it was my error I had only put down half online. That was all fine, what wasnt fine, was the way we were treated by the girl at the checkout position. Positively rude, no patience for me to check my email confirmation, kept giving us these really mean looks. Unbelievable. We had a great day, but the entire experience was ruined due to this happening right as we walked out the door. I called the office and requested coaching for their employee, but who knows if it will be so or not. Either way for $400 for 2 people, think we will just go somewhere else next time.UPDATE: No One is disputing your payment methods or procedures. The issue was your employees rude behavior. If this is what passes as an apology in West Knoxville considering we drove over an hour for this visit, then we have definitely made the right decision. This is not what an apology sounds like where I come from. No worries it will not be an issue as we will DEFINITELY not be returning now, all you have managed to do is make it worse.

A lovely facility with very knowledge aestheticians. I had a facial that was utterly sublime. I will definitely go back!Also, even though we discussed skin care and skin care products, I did not feel like the entire time was a sales pitch to get me to purchase a bunch of products. When I asked about possible solutions to issues I perceived I was given honest and useful suggestions for improving the overall health of my skin.

If you want beautiful skin go see Suzanne. She is very knowledgeable and super fun to be around. She has transformed my dull skin into vibrant and healthy skin. Absolutely love her and the results she has done to my skin!

I had my first massage here and it was amazing! The woman who did it, Lindsey, was extremely polite and patient. She made me as comfortable as possible. I also had a pedicure and manicure done by Cookie. She was friendly and helpful. The employees were ready to serve you and would offer to bring you water. Also, if you go, get lunch! The salad was superb!I hope to return to Spa Visage in the future!

Leann was wonderful! I had never used gel polish before and she explained the process to me. I had a wonderful spa pedicure and manicure. My nails look absolutely wonderful!

I had a 60 Minute massage with Lauren and it was hands the best one I ever had (I have had many). I also had a Dermafile and Mini facial it was marvelous. The environment was calming and peaceful which is exactly what I wanted. They are also practicing social distancing with masks which wasnt as terrible as I thought it would be. Great first experience I will definitely be back!

I recently went here for the first time for the Ultimate Facial my husband bought me for my birthday. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. The room I was in had a heated bed, soft music and dim lighting that made for a very relaxing experience. My facial was great, and the esthetician who performed it was very personable and knowledgeable about products. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because this facial is advertised as including a foot and calf massage, which I did not receive.

I appreciate the friendliness of the front desk staff at Spa Visage; they always greet me by name and wish me a good day when I leave. I have used Cookie for manicures for several years and highly recommend her. She has suggested several polish colors, at my request, and Ive put two or three in regular rotation during manicures and have gotten compliments on each. She is friendly and caring and does an outstanding job on my nails. I look forward to every trip to Spa Visage!

Mandi is a magician! Her expertise helped release long-held tension from the pads of my feet to the top of my head. Such a tremendously talented masseuse! Plus I love the spa showers and sauna… Spa Visage is a Knoxville gem!

I got my parents a couples massage here they said it was amazing (they had Shauna and Morgan) and the professionalism was great and the environment was very clean, inviting, and relaxing! They will definitely be coming here again.

Kevin was so friendly and knowledgeable about my specific skincare concerns. Spa Visage has a large selection of skincare products but I felt no pressure to purchase. I was able to get a new cleanser and sunscreen, knowing it is a quality product at a reasonable price. Can’t wait to go back!

Barclay is experienced, knowledgeable, and talanted. One of the best massages ever. Make sure you get the Ultimate 90 minute. Well worth it!!!

Amazing ambiance and atmosphere! I started going here earlier this year and have no need to look any further for the full salon experience! I have frequented other salons in the area however, I found that they give you their best scalp massage and style the first two or three times. NOT HERE, every time is an experience like the first all over again. Consistency is the key element her and they have what I refer to as a salon culture which is impeccable from the front door to the back. Their guest service coordinator Rita is absolutely on top of things and also interacting with clients to ensure that each experience is consistent from the spa to the salon. Both of which I have tried. Gabriel is my personal stylist and I dont just trust anyone with my hair. I have never had my hair colored since an awful experience years ago that left me patchy but a few weeks ago I went from dark brown to a playful and flirty lighter brown with copper and sun kissed high-lights. I give them a perfect 10 on knowing how to color my hair being that it was completely virgin in color and chemicals. I encourage you to give them a try if youre looking for impeccable service and consistency in practices and care for your hair!

This was my first pedicure. I am not accustomed to getting my hair or nails done, much less my feet so I was a bit nervous. There was no need to be. The experience was very private and relaxing. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable at all. It was well worth the expense. I plan to return and to bring my daughter.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and one of the three manicurists we had was very nice and did an excellent job. This visit was for a manicure and pedicure in anticipation of my daughters wedding. Cynthia, my manicurist was very nice and my nails looked great. However, my two daughters were with me and also received mani/pedis with dipped nails and they were NOT satisfied with the quality of the service received. The bride had to request a re-do on a nail because of a red dot on the nail - which happened to be a drop of blood from one of two cuts that the manicurist gave her. The color that supposedly blended with the gel on her toes was nowhere near the color it was supposed to be. She was so frustrated over the cuts and the color. Although I tried to get her to go back to the salon and complain, we were so busy with wedding prep there just wasnt time. Other daughter complained of extra polish on her skin around her toes and the fact that her dipped nails didnt cover as much of the nail as they should have. Definitely not worth the inflated prices and wont go back unless I specifically request Cynthia.

Yes, it costs more than the many Asian nail spas in Knoxville. I have been using Annies for years but the turnover in employees was very great. No sooner would I get comfortable with one manicurist before she would be gone and I would have to get to know another. I switched back to Spa Visage, deciding the price was worth it. I see Molly for my nails. Molly has been there for years and years. Recently when Molly was off, I had Cynthia Brown. Cynthia is also excellent and has been there a long time. The staff from the front desk to the back are happy, friendly people. They know what they are doing. If you like Gel Nails (same as Shellac), you want to get them here. There is no soaking in acetone for five minutes and then scrape, scrape, scrape! Your nails will be wrapped in foil around an acetone soaked pad. You will put your hands in warm gloves for a full 15 minutes. Your extended wear will literally peel off without the abuse to your nail bed. Ladies, this means you can do Gel Nails all year around and you will not have to stop because all of the scraping has made your nails too thin!! It is worth the few extra dollars to me.

The ladies who took care of my daughter & I were incredibly nice and it was nice to have conversation the whole time. However, I paid $65 for a manicure and a gel manicure. Any place else would have had me wash and then they would have massaged my hands before applying the polish. Not here. Straight to the polish after filing & then no lotion or anything at all. My fingernails are jagged and have sharp edges so I’m going to have to go somewhere to have them fixed.They were so nice and the lady who did my daughters nails did a nice job.I wasn’t given an option to tip them when I paid.I don’t carry cash on me.Also In a spa usually there’s relaxing music and smells. Nope. Then the lady who worked there at the table next to us proceeded to talk about a Christmas song that’s pretty much a date rape song in front of my 12 year old daughter. Now let’s talk about awkward and not relaxing for me!

Whitley did a fantastic job on my pedicure and my full set. She was very accommodating, polite, and very professional. If you’re looking for a great nail tech I definitely recommend her!

By far my favorite spa! Everyone is so kind and you are treated so well. Plus Cherry gives the absolute BEST facials and can make your eyebrows look fantastic! I highly recommenced Spa Visage if you are looking for great skin care and amazing people to give it to you!

I had a pedicure with Becky yesterday! She was so helpful, took time to look for a special color of orange/red just for me! She was professional, friendly, thorough and delightful. I will certainly know who to ask for at my next pedicure.

I had a wonderful and relaxing visit yesterday afternoon. I booked a 60 min massage with Helen and it was fantastic. She was attentive, kind and professional. I get massages frequently and whenever I travel and this was one of the better experiences I have had, ever.

I would highly highly recommend Spa Visage. We decided last minute to have a girls day out. We all work in public service, so with our schedules, its extremely rare we can all get a day off together. We were extremely worn out, mentally & physically and immediately felt relief by just sitting in the gathering room. Kudos to Cherry (my facial was AMAZING). The others were very impressed with Sarah, Amy and Beaux as well. We will definitely be back and will advocate to others!

This is a true spa. I felt very relaxed and welcomed. Emily the message therapist wasphenomenal she communicated with me about everything that was going to happen and what to expect and I was not shocked by anything she was doing. Sarah the esthetician did such an amazing job with my facial and talk to me like I was an old friend I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back for more services!

I get a massage with Justin at least once a month. He is amazing if you want someone that understands what you need. I don’t know what I could without him! I have a lot of back problems and when I leave I have so much relief! He’s the BEST!!!!The spa is very nice and everyone is friendly. My experience has always been 5 star! I could suggest any service here.

My services were all great. I got the international package. My boyfriend got me a gift card as a graduation gift and I waited six months for the right time to use it. Day of my appointment, I get a call at 8 am saying that all of my appointments had to be rescheduled. They were able to be rescheduled for the same day, but 4 hours earlier. I had to rearrange my schedule for the entire day. When I suggested that they discount the package since they had to make such a significant change so suddenly, they basically said too bad. Again, my mani, pedi, and massage were all great, but thats not how you do good business. Take care of your customers when you screw up. Ill go elsewhere next time.

I didn’t have a good experience for my treatment. I like the salon, but the spa doesn’t feel relaxing. It’s kind of dingy. First thing I noticed was that I grabbed some of the hand sanitizer on the counter. Normally, when I use any hand sanitizer it’ll burn if I have a cut, and you can really smell the alcohol. This one didn’t burn (even though I had a cut), didn’t smell, and felt just like water. I think they watered down their hand sanitizer to save money.The main thing I disliked was my service. It wasn’t relaxing at all. The girl kept tugging and pulling around my eye area, which is bad. Everything she used on my face felt coarse and rough. At the end I asked if I could have some spf to put on my face. She said she put some on, but I didn’t feel any lotion being applied. My skin felt so dry after the treatment. It was awful. I will just go to an Aveda salon next time. I can’t believe I paid money for this :(

Penny for prenatal massage! Trust me! She actually will apply pressure and work your muscles unlike most people who to prenatal massage. I’m 37 weeks, and she gave me so much relief.

I went here as a mini getaway after dealing with a lot of heavy stuff in my family. I did a package that included a 60 minute massage, and mani/pedi. I added on a 30 minute facial as well. The massage was incredible. Helen was my therapist and it was the best massage I have ever had. Next time I go back, I will splurge for the 90 minute option it was so great. The mani/pedi was great too, however I ended up doing a gel, and found out at check out that there was a $12 up charge for that option. I was not surprised, since gel usually is an up charge, however I would have appreciated someone letting me know prior to making my selection. No one said anything until it was time to pay. The one I was most disappointed in was the facial, it was just a simple wash, tone, and mask that burned like crazy. Usually I justify facials by getting the extractions or some sort of light therapy that I could not otherwise do at home. For a $57 Facial, I do not feel it was worth the money, however the esthetician was great. Overall a great visit. Just learned what to spend more and save more on for next time.

We were looking for a Nail Spa for a birthday experience. This is definitely a Salon vs a Spa when it comes to getting nails done. It was comparable to any run of the mill nail salon. Countertops, pop music, etc. The check in staff were polite but not super friendly and didnt ask how the experience was upon checking out. I wouldnt recommend it.

Worst spa experience I have ever had. I booked a 6-hr spa package for my birthday with my best friend. The massages were the worst of our lives and the whole experience not what we expected of an upscale salon. When we complained about the quality of the service to the general manager, she was completely nasty and refused to refund our money. Stay far, far away from this unprofessional and far from upscale salon!!!

So my mother got me a 60$ gift card to spa visage for my birthday for my nails. I drove an hour to the salon hoping since the prices were pretty high that i would have good customer service, a clean environment, and perfect nails. I received NONE of that!It started off with a wait of 30 minutes even though i arrived for my appointment on time, the whole time getting rude looks and being ignored. They were not busy, they had one customer. Once the lady came out, when i had picked out my colors she said ew that will not look good. Really lady?? i did not ask for your color preference, nor your rude comment. I also asked for a certain shape of nail, and she said she could do it, in the long run she was faaarrr off, and her technique was terrible!! Dipping my nails in the powder, and blowing it all over me! On top of bringing blood, while she was cutting my cuticles! i had a business meeting and i was late because it took her 3 HOURS to do my nails!! And they were uneven, ugly, horrible looking!!I paid a total of 70$ for these terrible things, when i could have went down the road in my town to a local Asian salon, had my nails done perfectly, with nice people for 25$ in less than 30 minutes.I didnt even let my nails dry, i tipped her because im a nice person, went to my meeting, then scheduled an appointment at a real nail salon to get them removed and redone.If you price your services are so high, you need to back the prices up. Or else just close down because your higher class environment is just all show.This place really blew my mind on how terrible they were. Its incredible that they are still even allowed to do anything with nails. I do not recommend this place to anyone, if you get a gift card, Sell it!! Waist of time, unless you just like throwing money in the trash.

I am a new mother who is breastfeeding and had started having severe lower back pain due to nursing. I decided that a massage might help relieve some of my pain. So, on Monday, April 30, I called Spa Visage as soon as they opened to schedule a 30 minute massage. My child still wasn’t taking a bottle, only breastfeeding. So, I obviously couldn’t leave my child with anyone for my 30 minute massage. I only scheduled the 30 minutes just in case he started to cry or woke up during the appointment. I arrived at my appointment a little bit early so I could get prepared and nurse him right before I went into Spa Visage and he would sleep. I walked into Spa Visage and there was only one young female that was working the front desk. She asked me for my information & I told her I had an appointment for a 30 minute massage. She looked down at her computer and would not make eye contact with me and stated that I couldn’t take my son back with me. I explained that I couldn’t leave him with anyone because he is solely breastfed & won’t take a bottle. She continued to look down at her screen and said “I’m sorry, but you can’t take him back with you. If he wakes up & starts crying, he will interrupt others in the other rooms.”I understand the whole reasoning, but my question is....mothers who are in the same situation as me, in severe pain and need relief are supposed to suck it up and somehow deal with it??!! I couldn’t even hardly hold my child because of the pain.I have had several massages at Spa Visage in the past. Thanks to this employee, she persuaded me to never give them another dime.If any mother is dealing with the same issue, I recommend going to Knoxville Spine & Sports on Ray Mears Boulevard. My husband called right after I was turned away at Spa Visage & they made me an appointment. They told my husband that I was welcome to bring my newborn into my appointment. The chiropractor there fixed my issues and I am no longer in pain.Thank you Spa Visage for your lack of compassion. You ending up doing me a favor and sending me to the best place in town.

Best massage; however, I just called back to schedule a new one and the coordinator was so incredibly rude Ill have to take my business elsewhere. Its unfortunate that perhaps the person with little or no training would ruin the perception of a business that owners work so hard to promote as the best in Knoxville.

Colton at Salon Visage is in my opinion the best stylist in the salon. He’s an incredibly talented stylist and a super sweet guy. I’ve been getting my hair styled by Colton for a while now, and I always leave with an awesome haircut. I have a scar behind my ear from a surgery and he always takes extra time to hide it. No other stylist I’ve seen has been able to minimize it other than him, and I greatly appreciate that. Hell also show you how to style it, so you’ll know what to do with it once you’re on your own. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a stylist.

Had a great experience getting a mani/pedi and a massage. I also had a chance to try out the new infrared sauna as well and it was awesome. But, I was there for almost 3 1/2 hrs and was very annoyed at check-out when I was surprised with an additional $29 charhe for extended wear polish or something. My husband had made this appt. for me and purchased a gift card to cover the exact amount of the package which included a mani,pedi, and massage. I had this with me when I first arrived and planned to just leave tips, but somehow I was provided with an upgraded service and no one told me until it was time to pay. I dont mind paying for a service, but I would like an opportunity to decide which services I want and dont want pand the prices prior to receiving them. There is no way I would have ever chosen to pay nearly $100 for a mani/pedi. And the mani didnt even include hand wash, lotion, or massage. Just polish. That is ridiculous! I probably would have recommended others to go here and would have returned myself, but that is just dishonest business and a lack of courtesy to customers. I am never going back there!

I had my very first massage from one of their masseuses, Viki. I have had re-occurring back injuries for many years. My massage brought the pain down from almost impossible to work with to barely present. Im usually quite skeptical of alternatives treatment plans, but I think the massage worked at least as well as a weeks worth of NSAIDS have in the past, and without the upset stomach. Most assuredly worth my time to try it.

Worst reception ever the woman kept hanging up on me. I called 6 different times and she kept picking up and hanging up until the sixth time and I asked her why she was picking up and hanging up and said she wasn’t. I asked if they had any openings this week and she said yes than said there first opening appointment would be on January 4th if next year and I told her that was a little too far away and she hung up on me again seriously? I can’t believe it. I am going to pay for services but that’s fine.

It was my first time using Salon Visage and accidentally went into Spa Visage asking if I was in the right place. All three girls at the front desk laughed at me and were very condescending when telling me where that I needed to go for the Salon. Extremely and unnecessarily rude to me. I dont think I will go to either again because of it even though I loved my haircut at the Salon.
