AVAIL Vapor - Knoxville

Very pleased with my experience at Avail Vapor. My husband and I stopped by today with some questions. We had been considering switching from cigarettes to vape, but we had A LOT of questions. The associate that helped us the most was Gabe (there was another young man but I didnt catch his name.) Both men were helpful. But Gabe was outstanding. He was able to answer all of our questions! He wasnt pushy with sales, but he did make us aware of deals they had going on.The shop was clean and organized. The selection was great. My husband and I were both able to find something that works for us. I highly recommend Avail and we will be returning in the future.

These guys are awesome! Juices are a little higher but best deal on mods Ive found in town. Kinda shocked to read anyone talk about these guys being rude etc def not my experience not to mention they had several regulars in store all who seemed pretty happy. I agree with the majority here... Awesome shop and nicest most helpful staff. They actually seemed happy to help me not like another store close by that acted ticked I even walked in... Give these guys a try! Peace!

The people there are so friendly and always willing to help! I bought my newest vape kit from them and they are very knowledgeable. This shop has great flavors and are always getting new stuff in. They have some of the best deals in town! I will never go anywhere else!

My genuine self thought it was an hour earlier than it was and arrived in their parking lot 3 minutes before they were to close. Rather than act frustrated, they kindly invited me in themselves and allowed be to buy a very fairly priced coil, and even took the time to mix up a social I said was my thing (vanilla).The bottle is extremely fair price for its size, have not had the chance to try it yet. Im still taking in how unexpectedly nice and friendly/helpful a store would be to me while Im usually but a bit spender.Very unpressed. Ill be back.

I love this place! The people who work there is always the nicest! The manager bill and I talk all the time and joke around and making a wonderful place to stop at because they treat you with respect! Kris always very welcoming and giving us tips about our vapes and helping us learn more about what we are buying and recommending what is better for me and my vape!

Amazing staff! Nick helped me find exactly what I needed and I left feeling very educated. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and he let me sample whatever I wanted until I found the right flavor. I will definitely be coming back for the amazing service I received.

Came into store and Immediately was impressed with the selection of flavors and how clean and nice the shop was. Bill helped me get started with a kit and nailed my budget before I even told him. Will be back and would recommend!

After doing some research because I am new to vaping, this place had the best reviews in my area so i decided to go check them out for myself.Walkiny in, the layout is fantastic, very clean and they allow you to try before you buy, giving that you are of legal age. They do check I.Ds.GABE HAYES, an associate working today was extremely helpful gave me some great recommendations of the best starter kit they have and mentioned some of the best tasting juices they had available. He was very helpful and checked me out quickly, he also helped by demonstrating how the product works and how to refill the vape pen I bought with ease and prosise direction.Very much recommend coming here. I will be coming back! Thank you so much!

I had a terrible experience at this store. I was new to vaping and had no idea what I was buying, which I told them. They sold me a product that leaked and two vials of oil. No one told me that if it didnt work, or I didnt like it, that it could not be returned. I was smugly told there was nothing they could do (really?) when I went in to talk about it. They wouldnt even refund the money for the unopened vial of oil that I had not touched. This is a racket. Just be careful that you know what you are getting into if you are new to this. They will be happy to take your money, not give full disclosure and then act like smug jerks when you complain.

After deciding to switch from smoking to vaping, I researched local shops to visit and found Avail Vapor after reading a few of the reviews. The store was very clean and modern and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgable!Being new to all of this, I had a lot more questions that I wasnt able to find answers to online, but Brad (the person that helped me) made everything much easier to understand and was able to explain things in a way that made much more sense. I ended up picking up a new device (very competitive pricing by the way; even compared to most places I looked online) and four awesome flavors to get started. I definitely recommend trying out their flavor of the week!After learning about the quality and consistency of Avails e-liquid, I dont think Ill be doing my shopping anywhere else. Service and staff are top notch with a huge selection of flavors and great prices! I couldnt recommend Avail enough!

Way over priced, stopped in to get some juice because it was new years an everyone was closed . I ended up not even touching or opening the product, went back to return it 2 days later an they said sorry not returnable?? It literally shows I bought it 2 days ago and is untouched! Terrible policy maybe they need to put signs up for that if its the policy there but the recipe says ..items not returnable are OPENED packs of coils an e-liquid ... mines not opened so whats the deal ?

I smoked cigs for over 10 years and I have tried the gums and patches and I even tried vaping once before, but it none of it worked.... Until I went to AVAIL Vapor and they helped me.... no, they taught me so much about vaping, helped me pick out exactly what pieces that would suit me best, and was super nice to me even though it took me almost 2 hours to learn everything, and try each flavor, some twice. They have over 70+ flavors so took one of their pamphlets that has all the names of their flavors, and I had to ask for a pin to check off which ones I wanted most. Then to top it off their prices are very well priced until all the other places Ive been. These guys know their stuff!!!!

Avail Vapor has probably one of the nicest store i have ever seen. The store is so modern and clean, doesnt give the vibe of it being just a whole in the wall vape store at all ! Ever since the staff change has happened at this store i couldnt be more happier with this place! Best Vape juice as well with there own Avail E-Liquid to them Carrying third party brands. This vape store will always be my go to!

By far the best vape shop in knoxville! The juice is the best tasting! If you ever need any help or questions about anything ask Chris! This guy is amazing! He knows his stuff and always telling me to try something new that he knows i will love. Its great when you find a place where the people know you and usually know what exactly you want or need. Chris always tells me to try something new and I always end up loving it! He is what places like this need! GO SEE CHRIS!!

This place is clean and well organized, HOWEVER the staff has no clue what they are doing. Today I was treated very rudely! They guy that helped me was very uninterested in helping me and was rude in his comments to me. I will never shop here again! This store just lost my business for good!

Avail on Broadway is bright, welcoming, professional, friendly, simply put, I LOVE THIS VAPE SHOP! The store itself is spotless and bright, with various vape stations set up to try before you buy, Im rather sorry I didnt have more $ to drop on e juice on me, as they stock premium eliquid at a very affordable price, and the varieties! If yall cant find it there, youre not looking (they even stock florals). The true gold Avail offers is their friendly, knowledgeable staff (Special shoutout to Jenna!) whose service is impeccable, absolutely first rate. I see myself spending small fortunes here in the near future, and highly recommend yall visit.

I come here all the time and I absolutely love it. The employees actually care about the customers and don’t try to oversell them. It’s just a great place to go on your vaping journey

So I was not familiar with the whole vape thing an the girl was seemingly helpful. When I got home my friend who has vaped for years was so furious with what they told me that she went their an asked them why they only sold me such low nicotine when I smoke two packs a day. She said I would go through coils an liquid like crazy if I did what she told me. Just do your homework on vaping before buying anything there.

Avail is one of the greatest vape shops in knoxville great selection,chill environment and the staff will go above and beyond to help. jamie helped me step into the world of rdas he took his time and guided me thru wrapping even after close. i love this shop!

One of the worst shops Ive ever been in. The guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. Way overpriced. Dont let this place take your money when you can get the same products much cheaper elsewhere

Wont sell me coils for my vape because I dont have a valid drivers license what the hell is that? Why in the hell do I need a valid drivers license to buy coils for my vape do not recommend this place for anything

Looks fancy but the staff is stuck up and knows almost nothing. I’ve been to most of the vape shops in Knox so I can verify that there are definitely better vape shops around.

Never been in one of these shops before.The gentlemanbehind the counter was verypatient with me being new to all things hemp,I had questions and he was very helpful , answered them all with no problem.I will be back.

It was not 9pm yet. I rushed over there and needed juice but the guy already closed and said no. I will never go back and I just moved to this area and needed a vape home.

There is a sign up saying be back in five minutes ,I have been sitting here 20 minutes and still no one. I pretty sure they are suppose to be open until 9 and its only 5:46.

I have been to many Vape shops all over the us if anyone has the feeling of a upscale vape shops right it’s avail.

Horrible place, they are over price and force you to join some club in order to buy. When I said I didnt want to join, well it wont let me sell unless I put in all this obviously they dont care about our right to privacy.

Went there for first time today so I could try to stop smoking and had to take my child in with me cause you can’t leave a 2 year old in the car and the refused my service when the sign just said 18 and older by didn’t specify about kids.

Couldnt be more disappointed with a shop .. Can tell its just about money and not about helping The industry. Shame
