Heather was amazing! I had a 60 Min massage focusing on my back and neck, she got the knots and relieved the muscle tension easing my back pain. And the front desk staff were super kind and welcoming, I’ll definitely be going back!

My husband bought me an hour massage from here, and I went a couple of weeks ago. The guy that gave me my massage, his name is Corey, and he did amazing! He was so professional and respectful! If I get another massage, it will be from here!!

I have to update my review. I have not been happy ever since the new ownership took over. You should see the UNANNOUNCED price increases. YIKES! I went from loving my experience with the staff, the therapists, and the ownership to nearly the complete opposite. I have a couple of therapists I trust, but I dont intend to renew my membership much longer. Thats saying something, as Ive been a member since this location opened. Update: I did end up cancelling my membership and never went back. Pity too. I liked it there.

I was a client for years. Lately, I noticed the room was filthy - way beyond dirty. Theres a story.I was on the table and had a leg cramp - one of the nasty ones where the only solution is to get up and tiptoe and flatten the foot to release it. I had never had one there before - only rarely have them at night. I launched off the table to release the cramp. The therapist, a woman and Im a woman, was very upset at my nudity. Im 66 and shes the age of my kids if that matters. She said that shed been meaning to tell me to take more care when turning over as well - that they try to preserve privacy. Okay, that made me uncomfortable but alright. Also, she was in a hurry. So afterwards, I was nervous and hurrying and I hit the cup that holds my rings - wedding ring, engagement ring, divorce ring - and it flipped onto the floor and my rings went flying. I looked. Got dressed. Looked for her. Turned the lights all the way up. Looked. Found one. Got out my phone and oh my goodness. I moved things on the shelves - thick dust. There were two candy wrappers and pieces of tissue on the floor. The carpet was kinda crusty. I walked barefoot on that carpet. I continued moving things around and found my rings. I told the desk and then I told her. I of course made her late. I wrote them about the filth later. I tipped. Well, next appointment my mother was in a car accident and I canceled. Next appointment, she canceled two hours before and she told them at the desk not to schedule me anymore. Im sure she thinks I tore up the room and wrote them about the filth out of vindictiveness - not at all. I had another appointment with someone else later and got out my phone again. Bits of paper and dirty floor. Common areas, restrooms included, are very clean. I canceled my membership. The ownership changed after COVID. My desire is that they see this and hire a housekeeper for those rooms - including carpet cleaning. Ill go somewhere else.

The no call no show policy charge has no nuance.They initially charged me $180 for a no call no show: they said they tried to call me “but there was no voicemail set up.” And that they sent an email but it must have went to spam. I thought the procedure I wanted was every 4 months, but it was every 4 weeks. They said I scheduled in person the day of my last appointment so that was on me for forgetting.However I didn’t see an email or call reminder, but I was definitely excited to get my next treatment! I just had my husband call me and leave a voicemail and it did go through, so I DEFINITELY have a voicemail set up. I would not have just not showed up if I remembered the appointment. That’s why there should be some nuance in the policy and they should send texts (most ppl today’s preferred contact).Pros: The esthetician was nice and did well. The workers are nice. The manager and owner were nice to me on the phone.The owner had adequate customer service on the phone, and fixed the overcharged no show policy charge from $180, to $70.

I purchased my son a gift card for his birthday. I advise him to schedule an appointment before going. When he called, he was advised to give a credit card number for the appointment, even though he had a gift card. He was advised that he should have a barcode on the E gift card. However, there wasn’t one, so he was advised to call the sender of the gift card and get the 1-800 helpdesk number. This is already just too much….However, he calls me, I look for the emails that’s were sent to me and there were no 800 numbers. I call and speak to someone I was given incorrect information and also a lot of lip service. This has been a extremely exhausting experience already before receiving any service.

I have a really bad habit of ignoring my bodies needs, such as rest. I push myself to the limit and I pay the price. I went for a massage today to help recover. When I tell you it was the BEST massage Ive ever had. I mean it. I saw Heather and she was literally amazing. We worked on shoulders/neck and feet. Seriously, book an appointment you wont be sorry.

First time and last time customer. I made an appointment, then canceled it the next day due to my work schedule. I received a call from the rude receptionist asking me why I missed my appointment. I told her I canceled it, and she ARGUED with me that I didnt. She said the cancelation policy is on the website. I told her I didnt use the website to make my appointment; I called and made the appointment so I didnt know there was a policy. She then said they are still charging me even though I canceled my appointment. I called the owner and left a voice message, but he hasnt returned my call. Worst place EVER!!10/12/2022 - I filled out the forms like I was asked to do below and no one has called or emailed me for a follow up on this.12/13/2022Still no follow up!!01/02/2023I called again for a follow-up and was sent to the same voice-mail as before. The owner will not call me back to resolve this issue.

Very clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and professional. (front desk and therapists) They take the time to make sure you understand everything that will happen during the massage. They are patient. Jamie was very thorough and did an amazing job. Very happy... will definitely go back !

I had a deep tissue massage with added treatment including Icy Hot on my left leg IT band. This was my first time at this Massage Envy and the receptionist suggested Kallie.Kallie was very professional and knowledgeable about my particular issues surrounding pre- and post- hip replacement issues. I had signed up for only 60 minutes and she used every minute to is fullest. We decided together that I would benefit from 90 min including full body (especially neck and shoulders) along with attention to my IT band. I changed my next appt to 90 min. I felt not only relaxed and refreshed afterward but also relieved that I found help for a physical problem Ive been dealing with for almost a year!I highly recommend Kallie at Massage Envy in Lafayette. Great experience! I was running late but everyone at the front desk was very gracious and helpful. My massage therapist Ray was very personable, made me feel at ease right away, and helped my back to feel the best it has in 4 months. Thank you!

Rip off i cancelled my contract in August of 2019. Because of my in ability to work due to cancer. I am very sick yet they still have charged me and my bank for services and a membership that i cant benefit. Sad that they take advantage of people. Worst place ever! Im suing you! For theft my attorney will be in touch. Beware very dishonest bunch

I had a gift card for a massage for 65 dollars. I booked an appointment on line and they were going to charge me $115.00 because I was there within the last year, I thought it was wrong and called Envy. They confirmed my 2nd apt. in one year would be $115.00. No one charges $115.00 for one hour massages in Lafayette. They may have gained $65.00 in a gift card yet lost my business and everyone I talked with. Sad thing is, I always had good experiences with them and asked for a gift card because I enjoyed Envy. Not at that price ever.

Im only leaving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I am also leaving the review on the Lafayette massage envys Google page because of how disappointed I am with the company. I used the West Lafayette location, but i wanted both local store fronts to know how upset we are.My fiancee and I have been going to massage envy for over a year now. From the beginning, there have been issues from poor communication amongst staff, lack of management, as well as other problems. Normally I would refrain from posting because honestly I do not usually care enough. However, the most recent actions by this company have inspired me to vocalize my dissatisfaction and overall disgust with them. This past week, a friend and co-worker of mine was refused service. They were refused service because they were honest with massage envy and answered yes when questioned about exposure to covid. We are nurses, ER nurses to be exact, and massage envy refuses to serve us, EMTs, paramedics, and other first responders and health care workers. So many of us have used massage envy in the past before the pandemic, but I assure you none of us will be returning. Massage envy I hope you are satisfied with your decision to discriminate. I truly hope you are able to avoid needing our service during this pandemic. With the decrease in business, I hope you are able to reflect on your choice to discriminate against such a large part of the population and clientele base in this community. If you, as a company, choose to recant the decision to refuse service to us in the future, please understand we will not be returning. Your business has burnt one bridge that cannot be rebuilt. You made a decision out of fear, not facts. Bravo massage envy, you very likely have sealed your fate, and will join the other businesses who didnt make it through the covid-19 pandemic. The difference between you and them is, you could have prevented your demise.

Its not their fault, but they are at the opposite end (south corner) of this mini-mall. Good massage, but the acoustic music wasnt as relaxing as the music other massage places use. Also, they (like every other Massage Envy) push monthly memberships, which are annoying. They dont have any way to schedule appointments online, just to send a message requesting an appointment.

Left messages for manager for group event for two days, never got a call back. Called the third day and guess what no availability :( I’m guessing if someone would have called some back the first time they were supposed to there would have been. Very disappointed!

They had a last minute cancellation and called me so I came in, my fault for not asking but the Masseuse was male . I’m picky to who touches me so I said that wouldn’t work and she tried to still charge me for the massage.
