Spavia Lafayette

Began coming here back in November and have since joined their Premier Membership. Each visit is a pleasant experience from the moment I walk in to the time I leave. Everyone is extremely kind. Maria is the best at what she does. Every massage is focused on problem areas and she provides a calming environment every time. I look forward to seeing her b/c I know it’s a moment I can really relax from constantly being on the go.

I was gifted a 100 minutes deep tissue massage by my wife and Mother-In-Law for my birthday, and my masseuse, Maria, was fantastic. She was able to focus on some trouble areas and some areas that I was unaware needed attention. The whole experience was awesome. I enjoyed the experience so much that Ive decided to make it a regular routine by investing in their Premier package.

I have been getting massages off and on for almost 20 years and, so far, Spavia has been my best experience by far. Literally everything about it was excellent - from the sweet girl at check in to our therapists to the relaxation room and bathroom. 10/10. I highly recommend Spavia and can’t wait to go back!

I had the Essential Signature massage with Maria Drummonds and Pure Radiance Lift Facial with Megan Verrette. They were amazing. I feel so clean, refreshed, and relaxed. Survey completed and they did exactly what I requested. Definitely going back!! Love these services!

This facility was recommended by a friend and they definitely did not disappoint. The atmosphere when you walk in, the area to change into your robe and sandals, and being able to customize your scent and relaxation music was amazing. Not to mention the masseuse was 5/5. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

I had the most relaxing afternoon. Celeste was so kind and personable during my check in. The personalized locker was the cutest touch. Anita was awesome and gave me a great massage. Next, Paris performed a body scrub/wrap & an amazing facial. In between each service I was able to return to the Retreat room and had the choice of water or a selection of hot teas. The whole spa was clean and serene. I will definitely be back soon!

First time being here at this location. Wonderful, friendly, Staff. Clean facility. Enjoyed using the shower. Great products used during our treatments, and happy to know they were also available for sale.My adult daughter and I were assigned the same Massage Therapist on the same day of our visit. We both booked 100-min massage sessions. I went first for our appointment, and then my daughter went next after me. We compared our experiences together after our sessions. Our Massage Therapist never used the music we requested during our treatments. She massaged our backs basically the whole entire 100-minutes!!! Basically she just rubbed our backs. No massage techniques were used at all. 1-MINUTE or LESS was spent on each arm and leg. Basically she just rubbed oil on those limbs. She also didnt properly cover/drape us with the linens. Never have we ever experienced such an awful massage service, and we have had many Spa Massages for years in different states and countries. I am not at all exaggerating about our experiences. If we were to ever come back to this establishment, we surely will not be using her again. I know times are tough, so I will not be mentioning the Therapists name, but Im sure Management will know who we are talking about.Another reason for the low stars is because of how extremely chilly it was in the Relaxation Room the whole entire time we were there. Even with the heavy robes on, we were freezing. The hot water in the serving pitcher was lukewarm-cold, and almost empty. We couldnt enjoy any hot tea to keep us warm. While I waited for my daughter to finish her 100-minute massage session, not one Staff member came to check on both hot/cold water pitchers.

The girls working the front desk here were very friendly and helpful, they helped me pick out the perfect gift card for my wife’s birthday. In fact, at first I was actually going to put too much on the card for a full spa day, they helped me get the amount right (even though it was a lower sale for them).

Welcoming place Tori at the front desk made me feel at ease and comfortable. Paris the lead esthetician explain everything for my facial and every step. I felt like they are family helping me with my new self-care journey. Will be booking my next appointment soon.

Robert did a phenomenal job with my prenatal massage! Excited to continue throughout my pregnancy journey to help alleviate tension.

If you want to be rubbed head to toe, Shari was wonderful! The spa is also nice with a spacious quiet room. At first we didn’t have much time at all to rest before services, but there was no rushing us out after services 💖

I have had a basic membership for 3-4 months now. This is my first time getting massages and find it to be a great value for the cost.All of the staff are very welcoming, attentive, and professional. They readily answer questions or concerns. I make sure to arrive extra early to enjoy their quiet space and will stay after if I have time.All three MTs I have seen have been very good. They clearly communicate with you on what the plan is and ask for any preferences. Karla is my most favorite, she gets all the right spots and has helped a lot with the chronic discomfort in my shoulders and neck from a desk job.

Mallory was truly amazing, full body..I work offshore and I’m on my feet for 14 hours..I went in sore and came back a new man! Highly recommend!

I have been a member for a little over a year and they never disappoint. Paris takes wonderful care of my skin and keeps my glow on point. Robert takes great care of tension and stress with massages. My favorite spa in the area hands down!

If I could only use 1 word to describe this place it would be “LUXURIOUS”I was greeted kindly and walked through the process of my massage preferences. Very friendly and calm atmosphere at the front desk.My massage therapist was Riviera and she was very friendly, asked me how the pressure was to make certain I was comfortable at all times. The massage table was warm and the blanket felt weighted which added another layer of comfort to the entire experience.Go get a massage and request Riviera you won’t be disappointed.

The facial I received was great. It left my skin smooth and bright. The ambiance was so relaxing. I’m sure I fell asleep lol I will be returning

I have received a deep tissue massage from Maria on 3 separate occasions now, and the relief I have felt from neck and back pain is remarkable. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, and I look forward to every visit! The spa robes are so cozy and the relaxation room is well stocked with warm neck wraps and an assortment of teas, which is so lovely to enjoy before or after the massage. The reception area also has a wide variety of lovely gifts, such as blankets, robes, purses, jewelry, and candles, as well as quality skin care and makeup products. I highly recommend Spavia for massage services, and be sure to add it to your list of places to shop for gifts...or even a special treat for yourself!

Absolutely amazing experience every time! The massage therapists here are all super professional and great at their jobs. The ladies who welcome you always have a smile on their faces and greet you by name. My only hope is they’ll be able to expand soon and offer more amenities like a sauna.

This was my first visit to Spavia. I had the Signature Classic Facial with Paris. She was awesome!! Would totally recommend her to anyone wanting a facial. It was so rejuvenating!! The whole staff were very friendly and made me feel so welcome. Will definitely be going back!!!

I’ve gotten two treatments from Melissa so far. She took care of my anti aging facial and my detox body treatment! She is fabulous. I love how she explains each step of the treatment before we get started and is always helpful if I have questions along the way. I would 100% recommend her.

This is the most amazing spa ever! The staff is always so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure I’m pleased. The robes are so soft and comfortable along with getting slippers to wear. Love the warm neck wraps that can be used while waiting in the relaxation room. They also offer cold and hot water with the option to make tea as you relax. The music that plays is very therapeutic. This was one of the best massage experiences Ive had! The whole experience felt luxurious yet was affordable. The relaxation room before and after the massage was awesome. The masseuse was so warm, welcoming and skilled. I left feeling so relaxed!

I had an experience with Maria. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and she gave me a solid hour of much needed relaxation. It’s evident she loves what she does.

Updated review!I’m adding a star the owner was very nice about me getting hurt and is making sure any problem is addressed!Meg was pretty good however there was barely any massaging of the arms and hands during the facial which I was supposed to have I thought from reading the description. The music I requested was not played. The oil I did for my hair would have been great if the whole back of my scalp was not forgotten. My hip started hurting and leg fell asleep I’m guessing due to the very uncomfortable table pinching a nerve which led to my ankle giving out of me when I stood up and It hurting quite bad now. The rooms were also very cold. It was clean though and the girls were all nice.

I had the best massage! I needed a deep tissue because it had a lot of tension. Robert massage every muscle. It was the best definition of hurts so good.

For a first massage it was great. Tiphanie pinpointed my sensitive areas and make sure to work them without hurting me! 10/10 will be coming back

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Between the customer service, ambiance, and incredible staff, Spavia offers the perfect space to relax. The meditation/waiting room offers a special touch with hot tea and warm neck pillows. They have affordable prices as well as special deals often. This is my favorite place to retreat to when I need to unwind.

My favorite monthly retreat! I’ve been coming here for almost 1 year and am satisfied every time. The service is great, and honestly better than some of the popular spas in Lafayette. All of the therapists are wonderful and I recommend Spavia to all of my friends.

Ive had a wonderful experience each time Ive gone to Spavia. The facility is very clean and well kept. The retreat room prior to your appointment is a wonderful place to relax and the womens changing rooms are top notch. Ive had wonderful massages with Maria, I continue to request her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and is able to pinpoint problem areas and educate me on what might be causing it and how to fix it. After continued massages I have noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and tension areas. She is wonderful! I have also been to Robert for a massage and he is just as great! He was very professional and respectful and educated as well. Hands down my favorite place to go in Lafayette for a massage!

I first visited SpaVia in April 2022 for my birthday. From the smiling faces as you enter, to the lavish robes, teas, hot neck wrap, treats located in the retreat center- I was hooked! I signed up for the ultimate membership and go every month for a facial with Paris- who is amazing! The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. Five star service from start to finish!

My stay in Lafayette is temporary and my visit to Spavia was Groupon inspired. It was indeed a great and unforgettable experience. The atmosphere, the staff and especially my therapist have me raving about this Spa. Booking to go back before I leave town.

The entire experience at Spavia was spectacular! From the personalized lockers and relaxing lounge to the service itself, I was very impressed. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and when they dont know how to answer your question, they give a message to the owner and the owner actually calls you back. (Shocking, I know, but ITS TRUE!) The facility is very clean and quiet and there is a lovely relaxation room with water feature, soft music and complimentary heated neck pillows and hot herbal tea. Cozy dressing room with lockers, private dressing, and an exceptionally clean shower and restroom.But ohhhh, the services! My favorite hands down, all day long, without a shadow of a doubt is Maria! Did you know magic fingers is a real thing?They are and Maria has them. This woman has the skills! Ive had hot stone massages, essential massages, and deep tissue and she gets the pressure just right every single time and she finds ALL the knots. I will never go anywhere else.

SpaVia is a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Had massages with both Maria and Jan. Both times, what ailed me was helped, and they were very professional in administering my massages.

This what happened yesterday. I am first time going to this place. I have booked an appointment and I was not able to make it. I will admit they reach out to me before my scheduled time but I couldnt able to answer. I am on-call and stuck with my work. I called then 5-10 mins after my appointment time and she said, I will get 50% of my money back.. and to reschedule appointment totally new cost and she need to talk to owners to confirm. Because I did not show up , they usually don’t proceed with NO SHOW UP customers. They had this 24 hour cancellation policy. Which do not work for me. I know you may think, why this go to somewhere else.. but thats not point here.Here what I want to convey - I respect your policy and rules. But I would rather listen to customers side on whats going on. Nobody wants to take free service. But at-least rather cancel and take 50% and why dont you reschedule and provide service..I really like other comments and definitely prefer again.. but with what I had rough weekend with work and on top this policy and not giving a chance to me makes me very disappointed..I just gave two stars just for this.. I hadnt get a chance to experience service.. so please dont consider my rating.. I just want to share my thought. Also whoever answer my call yesterday, thank you.. all I can say she is just following as per policy.. I can understand. Sorry to her if I sound like rude..I bet women definitely dont want to miss facial/wax/massage appointments without any good reason.. Whoever going to read this message - THANK YOU for your time and think about it.

Our spa experience was phenomenal! My daughter requested a spa day for her 13th birthday and it was so hard to find a location to fit our needs. Spatavia was an excellent choice! The atmosphere is exceptional, relaxing, clean, and welcoming! In addition, the ladies that pampered us were Brandy & Kandice and I can’t say enough about their skills and professionalism! I was worried my daughter would be uncomfortable but she felt pampered & special when we walked out! I must say, I had to purchase their robe; it was like a weighted blanket and the softest fur all at the same time!
