I’m giving five stars because Sarah was great and did her very best to keep me comfortable. Unfortunately, I’m in a lot more pain, especially my lower back, then I realized going into the spa. No fault of Sarah. Just too much for my body to handle right now and she recommended someone who hopefully can help me. If you need a good massage, see Sarah.

I did a deep tissue massage with Sarah today and received exceptional service! We started with a quick consultation on what I wanted done today. She used essential oils throughout the process pre approved by me, hot towels, and pressure points. She reminded me throughout the massage to remind her if I wanted more or less pressure. Would highly recommend coming here and seeing Sarah!

I had amazing experience with Sara. I was hurting in my upper back region and she worked through all of my issues With a deep tissue massage. I am feeling amazing and going back today! Highly recommend her.

First things first, Hot Bamboo is amazing! If you’ve never had a scalp massage, you are missing out. Sarahs flow and pressure are amazing. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows. I came in stiff and in pain, I left with full range of motion and totally relaxed.I’ve never been disappointed by the service or atmosphere.

I’ve been three times, but most recently was my first time getting a massage over here, and Victoria was absolutely amazing, 10/10 !! She was attentive and addressed my concerns and pains, checking in with me periodically about her pressure. She rubbed places in my neck that I never even knew existed! She was fantastic!The establishment as a whole has always been clean and welcoming! The receptionist is top notch friendly and helpful! I had a completely great experience! I had more than one service and it was really nice that they provide a little basket to carry my stuff around from room to room!I admit, this spot is pricier than some others, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my visits every time I’ve gone!Thank you thank you

I did a 90 minute massage with Sarah today, and service was extremely wonderful. I will be going back and will recommend this place to anyone. Just the atmosphere alone was relaxing.

We booked massages spur of the moment but we really came for the sauna. It ended up being the best massage I’ve ever had in my life by a therapist named Sarah. She used deep pressure that was perfect and hit all of my sore spots. The neck massage was worth the price of the entire massage. My boyfriends therapist was “Blue” and he said she perfect pace and technique. He said “it was REALLY good”. Bailey the receptionist was also super helpful with getting us all set up. Everyone was very friendly and inviting and I’m so glad we found this gem. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage anymore. Can’t say enough great things about this experience.

Highly recommend this spa! The staff is kind, drama free, professional and accommodating. The facility is clean & relaxing. My preference for massage is Alex and for facials is Laura; but, when I’ve used anyone else, they’ve all done great! Love the sauna & dry float, too! Was blown away how therapeutic the dry float was for decreasing anxiety.

My boyfriend & I had a couples massage. Traveled about 80 miles for this spa, in particular, and they did NOT disappoint!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, genuinely caring & concerned of our individual needs, very communicative, patient, & professional. Practically zero wait time after arrival.. Josh is absolutely phenomenal, as is Mrs Dawn. Highly recommend this Spa & we will be back for another couples massage & to explore their other services! Were officially customers for life, for sure!

I’ve been going to Crystal Spa for about two years now—maybe a little over. I have not had any issues at all with customer service. A great place to go to relax, always very clean, always very relaxing and inviting. I encourage anyone to try one of their packages. I do the sauna

I have been to a lot of different spas and had many massages but Crystal Spa is like no other. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean. Recently visited for a Lomilomi Massage for lower back pain and post exercise soreness. The pressure was just right and I enjoyed the combination of oils, scent, heat, hot stones and cupping. Very relaxing experience and felt tailored to my body and needs. Highly recommend.

My massage with Blue was safe, intentional & thorough. She absolutely delivers a healing experience! I feel wonderful.

I’ve been having pain in my neck for so long I’ve finally decided to Book a deep tissue massage to this place my friend recommended me to. After today I will become a regular I had the best deep tissue massage by Blue and let me just tell you she has healing hands. She is the first masseuse That has ever been able to make my body just fully and completely relax. Book with her I promise you will not be disappointed. The vibe is totally awesome and the girls in the front are so welcoming.so happy I found this place❤️

Wowow!! What an amazing experience I had for my very first massage ever! A Therapeutic massage at that. Joshua patin is one heck of a man who nailed it. I was in so much pain from a pulled muscle in my shoulder back neck where ever it was that caused me not to be able to move my normal way, well when I was done and walked out I can say I was moving alot better than when I walked in. So I deal with pretty bad sciatic nerve issues and the pain gets so bad some times I’m not able to go to work or even do basic everyday activities. Yesterday it started bothering me so I made an appointment at crystal spa this morning and boy that did not disappoint! Ms.Melissa is absolutely amazing!!! The stretching was pretty intense but as soon as I got off the table I no longer was in pain! She explained everything as she did it which was nice.I’m still feeling pretty great and will deff be back , this is my second time there and I love it . It’s very clean and the staff was awesome as well. If your reading this and trying to decide if your gonna make the appointment DO IT !!! It’s worth it !

I booked a massage for my husband and I for his birthday! This place was AMAZING! First off, the place is beautiful, clean, and the massage room is very open! The staff was professional and very well trained. We had Angel and Norma for our Massage Therapists, and both were GREAT! We will be returning! :)

I’ve had a haircut and facial at Crystal Spa over the last few months, and I can’t brag enough! The building is beautiful and clean, the staff is professional and soo sweet, and both Karrie and Crystal did such an amazing job working on my hair and skin! I left happy, and feeling so good about myself! Will definitely be back for a massage soon!

Dawns techniques are effective. I requested a deep tissue massage and she delivered. She really understands how to target areas I have issues with, as well as find other areas that need work. She is someone who is capable to use use any level of pressure. I enjoy deep pressure in most areas, but some areas I need a lighter touch. Her energy is calm and positive leading to a peaceful experience for your body and soul. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn.The spa is clean, new, feels luxurious and the staff is welcoming and professional. The massage rooms are spacious and peaceful. There is plenty of parking and the location is ideal for me.Booking an appointment online is fast and super easy.

Such a beautiful, very clean, and spacious spa. Amber @ front desk is very sweet and makes you feel welcomed. Amber took me on a tour of the spa. Very thorough and knowledgable on services provided. Crystal gave me the most wonderful facial. She listened to my skin concerns and has me on a wonderful skincare regimen. I took a cat nap through the facial. Felt so relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be back to try other services that they provide.

I just had the Crystal Spa signature facial and it was AMAZING!! I can see a significant difference in my skin and it feels tighter, too. It is a very unique experience that will leave you very satisfied,but wanting to come back again.Thank you for giving me such a pretty glow back in my skin!

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure today with Way and had my first spray tan. Chastity was very professional and informative of the process. Once completed and dry, Way polished my toes so they weren’t messed up by the tan. The receptionist was very polite. I had a very nice experience!!!

Just had my second facial here with the amazing Chasity! I have been a client of hers for a bit now and I wouldnt prefer anyone else! Every chance I get to see her she always bring something new from the skincare world that she shares with me that may work with my skin. Her attention to detail makes it easy for her to pinpoint the right procedure and give excellent after care instructions. So if youre looking for a great facial at a great business this is the place to be and chasity is the one to see!

I am a Crystal Spa regular and always will be! I always leave refreshed and my skin has never been better ! My favorite services are nano needling and the high frequency facial. Crystal is so good about customizing my facial based on the condition of my skin on that particular day . 10/10

I’ve been going to Crystal for years. Her service is always top notch. At the anniversary party of her opening, I won free floatations for a year at her Spa. I have been enjoying them and highly recommend it. It’s nice to go in and relax before my facial or massage. You can even “personalize” it with or without music or lights or no lights.

Crystal Spa is one of the top places, I enjoy going to. It’s a place you can relax. Everything is under one roof witch makes it very convenient. You can get your hair, manicure, pedicure , facial , massage, floatation room, Sauna, yoga classes and much more and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Crystal Spa!

Went for a spa day with my mom & sister. This was my first time here & I tried floatation therapy. I was highly disappointed. The website promised a totally dark & soundless experience & it was neither. Plus, the water was cold. I was later told that the service provider had failed to properly black out the room, so they offered a discount - $20 off of a $70 session. So I basically paid $50 to float in a large bathtub filled with cold water & episom salt in a dimly lit room while listening to the sounds of the spa. Highly disappointing - they should have rescheduled me instead of charging me.EDIT: I know the system wasnt properly set because the worker specifically told me she failed to press the switch correctly which is why the room was not blacked out for me. By comparison, my sister - who went after me - was not able to see the room or the ceiling during her float, but I was. Furthermore, she said her water actually got warmer at the beginning of her float, but mine only got colder. So, its pretty obvious that the system was not working for me - - which your own worker admitted when I went to pay. So please dont try to claim otherwise. Its simply unprofessional.

Crystal Spa is my go-to location for self-care in Lafayette. Whether I am in need of a massage, facial or haircut, its all here - and I always leave feeling like I had THE BEST service. Plus there are so many extras - the infrared sauna, the float tub, the yoga studio.

100% recommend!!! i’ve gotten facials, massages, eye lash lift and tints, and so much more here and i’ve always been super happy about the outcome!! they make you feel super welcomed and comfortable! the girls there are very sweet!! wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!!

Booked an eyelash lifting and when I got there on time for my appointment I was told there was no one to do it. To either come back later or rebook for another day. Which neither was right for me. They did not even contacted me prior my appointment to let me know.Making me go all the way there for nothing.I will definitely not be coming back to a place where they don’t respect their clients and their time. I Will definitely not recommend this place.

Lovely place. The float spa was an amazing experience. Kinda grossed me out initially but once you get past the fact that several bodies, some possibly naked have floated in the tub before you it’s not so bad.

This place is amazing and so professional. Elizabeth and Belinda are amazing and they make you feel so comfortable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My husband and I will definitely be repeat customers.

This place is amazing with so much to offer. Its is so beautiful and relaxing inside. My son has been dealing with anxiety over the summer. It had gotten so bad he had to be brought to the ER one day. The dr did confirm it was anxiety. I am not big on giving my kids medication. Every ones situation is different but for us medication is always the last option. So I started reading about anxiety and learned there was different massages that could help. I called Crystals Spa and he was seen that weekend. He received the Cranial Sacral Therapy which she suggested would be best. She also included some cupping and shoulder massage. I really do believe it helped him a lot. He has been feeling so much better. Thanks Crystal!!

I had a great experience at Crystal Spa. I needed a color correction and Lisa Guidry-Kibodeaux took great care of my hair and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I will be back!

Would give it one star if the massages werent great. Do not go here for hair services if you have curly hair. I asked multiple times and was told yes there is someone who knows how to handle and properly cut curly and thick hair. I decided to book a massage and a haircut right after. I was scheduled with LaSondra. All I asked for was layers to help alleviate some of the frizz. She brushed put my dry hair, and cut it ( this part.is correct, curly hair should never be cut wet ) but then when Im looking like a lion whose been electrified she says alright youre all set... Uhm what do you mean ? She advised me that a wash and style would be 35 dollars more... Well I cant go around walking like a overgrown fern so I agree and ask her to do a blow out with loose curls. She proceeded to wash my hair ( my roots werent even wet by the time she was done ) then blow dries it with a paddle brush and no heat protecting product or antifrizz ( which returned it to the mufasa looking state it was before the wash ) and said hows that? I requested that she flat iron it since it was beyond frizzy, which she only did the top layers. When it came time to pay she was hovering at the reception desk and after I paid she left at which time I expressed how unhappy I was to the receptionist who understood and SAW my dissapointment and advised she couldnt do a refund ( I didnt ask for one anyways ) but she would have the owner call me, which never happened. When you spend 80 dollars on a cut and a wash and style you should come out better than you did going in and that just did not happen. I went home and rewashed and restyled my hair which basically ruined the fact that I had a massage at all having to battle the hot mess she turned my hair in to.

Tried the float tank for the first time and it was incredible! You know that feeling of falling asleep on your arm? Imagine your whole body feeling like that. Definitely going back for a longer session.

It’s an extremely private relaxing environment. I’ve only tried the couples floatation but I’m sure the entire menu is amazing.

Just Experienced the float tank for the first time and it was GREAT and VERY EYE OPENING time in it .The time I spent in there really helped my to let go of things as well as notice things I haven’t before . I will definitely see myself doing this again.
