Massage Envy

I recently had a massage at this place and I absolutely loved the massage. But my massage therapist bedside manner was very poor. She was very short; didn’t even introduce herself. Im usually offered water after services, but she didn’t even offer me that. I thought maybe she was having a rough day, so I didn’t say much. But when she was done with my massage, she just left the room. I know people have rough/hard days, but try not to take it out on your clients next time, Amy. All in all, I probably would go back, but will definitely ask for a new massage therapist.

This is my home location. The building is nice, has a great atmosphere, and the customer service is excellent. Erin and all the front desk staff have great personalities. They greet you with a smile and make sure you have a wonderful experience before you enter a room. All of my massages and facials have been amazing, but my favorite massage therapist is Shawn and my favorite esthetician is Shay. If you are looking to relax and have a great experience, check them out.The only other location I have been to for both a massage and facial is in Snellville, GA off Scenic Hwy. This location is not the best. The prices are more expensive, the customer service is horrible, the services are okay, and the building needs upgrades. Lafayette you are blessed!

Adriana is absolutely amazing! I couldnt get an appointment for 90 minutes with her before my membership ran out, but I could get one for 60 minutes. I decided to miss out on those 30 minutes because Adriana is so kind, and always loosens up my knots. A lot of the time I wouldnt even know where I was hurting, but she took the time to figure out where I needed relief. She is a real gem, and I hope to be back soon!

After being in quite a bit of back pain, I decided to go see Regan at Massage Envy. Regan is very knowledgeable on human anatomy and was able to reduce my pain significantly Regan manipulated, massaged and basically give me the best relief I have ever had on an ongoing issue with my posture and stress that manifests in my back. I appreciate him taking the time to work on me and educate me in reducing my issues. I highly recommend Regan.

I normally get a massage once or twice a month. For Christmas I received a gift card from a friend or a massage from massage envy. I checked in. I explained the type massage I wanted,and explained I wanted it from head on to toe.the guy who did it just rubed lotion on me. Skipping my head glutes and thights. To top it off it started at 4:13 and was over at 4:59, THATS NOT A HOUR. Paid 70 dollars to have lotion applied. Dont see how it could of been a miss communication. He was a nice guy and the people up front were really nice. But I paid for a massage and thats not what I got. Not happy left more tense then when I arrived.

We used to love this place but they have called and canceled last minute on us several times and all we received was an Im sorry. We called to schedule and they made sure to let me know the cancellation policy and when I asked about the cancellation policy on their end, Tessa, the person who answered the phone became very rude, and unprofessional with me. We cancelled our membership and look forward to finding somewhere else.

Booked with Abbie for a facial! She did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She really focused on my skin and needs. She never pushed products on me to buy but did give me good recommendations and things to look for in my daily regiment. The entire staff was courteous and professional. My skin looks and feels so good! Definitely found my favorite and now go to place for skin maintenance and relaxation!

Wonderful experience! I was not pressured to buy a membership, i bought one because my first massage was absolutely incredible. Ebony was so kind and professional and made me feel very safe. I had originally scheduled to see Sarah, but they canceled that appointment and i rescheduled for an hour later with Ebony. If i was busy that day, that would have been a problem, but i wasnt. Sorry to the girls in the front for having to listen to my dumb voice mail when calling about my cancelation! Speaking of them, they were super friendly and made me want to make appts weekly haha. I am disabled in many ways and need PT and massage therapy. The services they provide have been perfect!

Front desk was lovely when I went in. The therapist was amazing! The therapist was nice and asked about trouble areas and I felt great after the massage. The second woman who was up front when I came out(who I think may have been a manager) was the worst part of the experience. The younger woman who was checking me out spoke about services and was informative but the older lady was beyond pushy, even interrupting the younger girl. The experience would have been 5 stars, but if you wish to be an attractive service she needs to be removed from the front.

They didn’t explain to me that I was paying for a 45 minute massage when it was supposed to be an hour. After I told them about it they told me that it’s supposed to be 50 minutes. They also didn’t explain that to me. My appointment was at 12:30. After consultation, waiting to be called and my massage I was out of there by 1:26 to be exact. I didn’t stay in the building for 60 minutes so that tells you my massage wasn’t 60 minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Themessage therapist I got spoke about my abusive ex husband who he knew and worked or went to school with. Made what was supposed to be a relaxing time into basically a nightmare. To hear him even talk about a man that I made clear abused me continually throughout my session has me second guessing my membership. I havent even been able to return since my first message....

Got really poor service at this location. Recieved a gift card for a massage and upon scheduling, I wasnt notified that each location has different specials so I ended up paying full price for my massage instead of the promotional rate that was offered at the location where my gift card was purchased. The manager had the front desks charge me full price and she did not take the time to explain the why to me. I had to ask the the staff checking me out. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I would give my business to this establishment regularly. If any one is considering getting a massage from there go somewhere else. The therapist are great the service from the front staff and managers are just terrible. I will be bringing my business elsewhere and dont bother sending a message through the corporate site because it goes straight to that locations manager 🙁.

Best massage experience I’ve ever had. The technique and pressure is different from most places, and just right. More than just back rubbing. They really get to know your body and focus on problem areas. I walked out feeling relaxed and with less back pain.

Great experience! At first I was skeptical being that I have been in customer service for a long time and I received a few phone calls leading up to my visit and they never left me a voicemail... butWhen I got there I was greeted by the girls at the front desk, which they were all wonderful. I overheard them making phone calls and leave voicemails so I think it was just my phone messing up.I had Antoinette for my massage therapist and she was very nice. She made me feel comfortable and always made sure I enjoyed my experience throughout the entire massage.Eve was my facialist. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the products and what she was explaining. For someone who is young I was very impressed. I would have thought she had done this for ten years if I didnt know she was in her early 20s.All and all it was a great experience. My fiance went in the day after and received the same package I did. She loved Eve and spoke highly of Josh as a massage therapist.Thank you for everything, we will be back.

My husband’s massage was bad. He doesn’t want to go back. He hurt worse when he left than he went in. And the therapist talked the whole time. It wasn’t a relaxing experience for him. I gave it 2 stars because I somewhat enjoyed my prenatal massage. But they’re way too pushy about memberships.

I got a 60 minute massage with Casey and it was great. She focused on my problem areas and was very friendly. The staff is nice and the location was clean. Ill be back!

I like silence during my massage, and I was able to completely relax as I got my massage. A little bit of pressure sale to sign a contract upon leaving, but anyone that been there before knows that. Other than that good experience.

You know all I wanted to do was give my hard working Wife and mother a 60 minute massage for Christmas from your establishment, but because she has already gone there and really like the services I have to pay an extra 40.00 because she does not qualify for the introductory rate. WOW. Well I know there are plenty of other great massage places with just as good of service in Lafayette that will gladly take my 50.00 for a hour massage!

Very clean and comfortable environment. Considerable employees who are courteous and patient with their clients. Massage Envy has satisfying results!

I highly suggest Brandy. She can go as deep as a man twice her size from proper technique. She was able to relieve severe tension from the past 5 months and I cant recommend her enough.

I cant believe this place is in business. I dont even know who is going to massage me. There was a place somewhere else by this same company who assault one of the women customers. I would be careful about going here and not knowing anything about this customer therapist or even what they look like.

Cesily was hands down amazing. Soothing atmosphere. Soft, but strong hands. She was considerate and very fluid with her movements.

Love this place. Everyone was professional and made us feel comfortable. Only downside is they always trying to get you to sign up for monthly services.

The massage therapist was fantastic & very professional. The pushy sales woman at the front desk, however, was neither.

Made an appt but it was rescheduled 4 times so I just canceled. Not a great experience especially as a new customer.

The one and a half hour massage was beyond my expectations. I left feeling like I had been made Queen for a Day.

You should do this for yourself. No one else will take care of you if you dont! Make this a goal, get a massage as part of taking care of you.
