Incredible massage and facial! I went to The Body Bar to decompress after a big work project, and they did not disappoint.Audrey gave me a wonderful massage, and her knowledge of physiology and tips gave me some ideas for better caring for my body between massages.I also had a facial with Marisa, and my skin has never felt healthier and more nourished.I will definitely be back

Emilia is such a kind and peaceful woman with a gentle spirit who has magic hands! She is so thoughtful and provides amazing recommendations on how to relieve my upper back pain. Years of pain and tension have melted from my body after sessions with her. I book monthly trigger point massages with her and her ability to find the TINIEST pinpoint knots and to feel those tiny knots release tension in a totally different part of my upper back is unreal. This is, without a doubt, my favorite form of self-care and I look forward to it every month. Thank you, Emilia!!!

I really enjoyed coming here for my massage! I decided to venture out and get a lash lift and tint as well. I scheduled my appointment and came in and learned that they didn’t have a specific product needed for the lash lift. That was OK. I understand that things happen. We rescheduled for two days later I was assured that this product would be ready and available. As I’m about to leave for my second appointment I get a call that they didn’t receive the product in their re-order and that they unfortunately have to reschedule me for next week, 30 minutes before my appointment. I was very disappointed that I got rescheduled 2 times.

Carley was amazing! Has such warm energy and did incredible work. Felt feeling grounded and with less pain- excited to come back again soon :)

I have been receiving regular acupuncture treatments from Catherine Gatley and Stephen Arnold for 12-years now. The positive effect it has had on my life-long asthma and eczema have been life changing. This last appointment did not disappoint. Like a fine automobile, regular maintenance at the Body Bar is my go-to destination for upkeep and better health. Thanks again!

One of the BEST massages ever from Yen! She has magic hands and made the experience even more relaxing by using Himalayan salt stones. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going for massages to the Body Bar for the last couple months (I even got my husband to go once). Noa is my favorite provider. She does amazing job. I have certain areas where I feel tension. My back feels amazing after visiting Noa.

It had been a very long time since having a massage so my wife and I booked appointments at Body Bar. My therapist Emilia was exceptional and was great at helping me thru the process. As a serious athlete, I have plenty of issues and Emilia was very in touch with allowing me to communicate what I wished to accomplish and pointed out areas I had no idea were troublesome. The hour went so quickly and I left feeling like new again.

I went to body bar needing a deep tissue massage for some really bad sciatic pain. Carley was super responsive, checked in often, and gave great feedback on where she was finding tension. I came out feeling much more limber and much better.

Jonathan did an amazing job working through my tension while being mindful of my injuries. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! The Body Bar has a lovely atmosphere. My only recommendation to them would be to invest in controlling the sound bleed between rooms.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, open during the snow storm of the year, Kelsie was there and gave me the most thorough deep tissue massage Ive ever had. I was having serious lower back pain and had slept a couple hours the night before I came in. After my massage with Kelsie, I slept like a baby. I will be back on the regular for preventative care and maintenance massages.Please know this..... I am very picky and not afraid to voice my displeasure. This place is a gem, from the clean, quiet, professional vibes to the extremely nice people. Worth every penny!

This place was amazing from the first second I walked in the door to the last! The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the massage itself was one of the best Ive ever had! My massage therapist was in tune with what I needed and did wonderful work! I cant wait to go back.

This lovely little Spa just opened up in our neighborhood and Im so glad it did! Its beautiful inside, the staff so welcoming and freindly and take a real pride in their work. My facial was awesome and my skin just glowed afterwards, they use top end products but have reasonable prices. Ill be going monthly for sure.
