They are super friendly and treat you very genuinely. They are super knowledgeable about all of the items in the store. I live right by them so it’s convenient but I’d drive across town just to stay a loyal customer. The Best Customer Service ever!

I was out of town and my vape glass broke o me after trying several different shops Big Joes saved the day not only did they have my glass they had extra and for really really cheap. Now its the only place I shop for vapes and juices.

Great prices. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Very very wide selection to choose from. Recently bought a hookah. Got the mob hookah laser model. Got home after buying it and washed it then let it dry over night. Went to smoke the next day and had some issues (turns out it was missing the purge valve balls. Brought it back and they fixed me up some some purge valve balls on the house. Very friendly people and wouldnt dare go to another vape shop. Hopefully this place never closes. Would be nice if they did hookah rentals and made a small lounge. Very very nice and will forever recommend them. Always a pleasure to come here.

Im not from the area- Im from fl visiting my father here- and dang...I wish they were in Florida! Because theyre kind, the shop is clean, and they have a variety of products including kratom that are EXTREMELY FAIRLY PRICED. I got the same bag I usually get and its $15 cheaper...I almost fell when he told me the price. Thanks guys- REALLY THANK YOU

This was my go to vape shop as soon as they first opened. Im homeless, autistic, disabled and struggle. The guys who normally work here are very down to earth and help me out. If I only have $10 they will take that and give me a bloody mary vape to pull me through the next month or so. . . . This last time I went in. It was a different person. He told me I could only get the stick pod vapes (which is fine) Im very humble. However, it made me very sick. It tastes and makes you feel like one of those synthetic vapes that are harmful and just masked with a hint of flavor. It truly traumatized me.

Big Joe Smoke and Vape was my go-to in Lafayette. Its family owned and the owner has had other stores in Lafayette over the decades, so I loved being able to shop small and support one of Lafayettes own.They always had exactly what I needed and plenty of things I didnt know I needed, haha! When I bought a new product, they were ready to help me get it set up and making sure I was happy with my product. When one of the employees noticed me coming in for new pods at an alarming frequency, he helped me identify why my pods were going bad so quickly to help save me money. The customer service was top-tier and I loved that they always remembered my face, my go-to products, and even mundane details I had shared over my many visits to their shop.They have the best selection, prices, and customer service, and I feel that has earned them the title of BEST SMOKE SHOP IN ACADIANA! :) Ive since moved to New Orleans, but I hope my buddies at Big Joes continue to grow and thrive!

I google this place, an gave them a phone call about a certain vape an they had it in stock. I got there an it was nothing but amazing. The guy Kamal was nothing but nice. He showed me how to operate my vape an even gave me a second set of instructions. He filled up my vape with juice an waited 5 minutes to make sure it was working. I highly recommend this place
