Pascales Spa

I called and made an appointment for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When I got there I stressed to the therapist that I wanted a deep tissue massage due to tension, stress, aches, and pains. I told her I wanted firm pressure (the harder the better). This massage did not meet my expectations. I left there very disappointed. I felt like I wasted my hard earned money, and that I needed to go to another massage place after leaving there because I didnt have any relief. Basically what I received was just someone applying lotion on my body. The therapist kept leaving my side to get lotion/oil from a shelf, and kept going from side to side. Not much hands on. I didnt get a full 90 minutes as well. This was the first unusual, and disappointing experience I have had there. I really hate to complain up front so Im doing so in this review. The therapist was sweet, and nice, but didnt listen to my needs. I didnt want to hurt her feelings by telling her the massage sucked. I paid my $125, and gave her a tip. However, Im so upset because it was a waste of money, time, and Im still in need of a good massage. End of Rant!!!

Always friendly, professional, and a relaxing treat. Pascale’s is clean and well-appointed. Shannon is my go-to therapist. She’s amazing. I had a hip replacement less than three months ago. When I walked out, I noticed I was no longer limping! AMAZING!

I went for a 90 minute therapeutic massage. I asked for deep tissue because I had knots and tension in my neck and shoulder. Christi listened and did a great job.

There was no calming/ refreshment room for before and after services, we had to just sit right by the front door and reception desk. Lots of gifts and products for purchase.The staff were very kind and friendly.My aesthetician did a decent job. She seemed confident, but her touch was light and delicate, also she gave no explanation or identification of products she used during facial. All in all, 24hr later and my face is still dewy and glowing.

I got a massage for some relief from back pain. Alexis was so thorough and helpful. I immediately scheduled another session. I have told everyone what a great experience I had at Pascal’s.

Husband and I walked in for a couples massage while in town and the receptionist told us they dont do walk ins nor anything without an appointment. They lost 200 because it doesnt say anything about that on their website. I dont understand why as a business owner you would want to lose business from out of town people who cant make an appointment if youre open on Saturday and got people just chilling in the lobby chatting with the receptionist.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! My massage therapist was Valencia and she was great ! She gave me knowledge of how my massage would be and really worked around the areas on my body that was so discomforting! I feel amazing ! Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be back again!

It was amazing from the time I walked in until I left. The aroma when you walk in is so relaxing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They wait on you from being until end of your appointment. My massage therapist was fantastic and so was the estitician that did my facial. Looking forward to going back.

I was fortunate to get Christi (sp. ?) as my therapist. I didnt have to ask how long she had been working. Her professional manner and her precise and measured application of massage made it very clear she was quite experienced.When I would affirm a particular application she quietly said Thank you. It was such a good massage, with added hot towels at the perfect time was an unexpected bonus.I had made another appointment for 6/28 but we discovered it was her day off. Always professional and Casey know how to release muscles causing chronic pain. I dont gonthere to relax, I go to feel better. She manages to do that without causing unnecessary pain.

I definitely wanted to like this place but unfortunately, I believe most reviews on here are biased or just from long-standing customers that may get a different experience on the regular. I booked a derma planing facial for myself and a hot stone massage and body scrub for my friends birthday. The morning of our appointments, which were both at 9AM, they called me at 8:30 AM to say that they don’t recommend doing the hot stone massage with the scrub, & honestly it was some reason that made no sense. When I booked, nothing was stated to me which is why it was booked. We arrive and just go ahead and switch it for my friend to just get a 60 min therapeutic massage, as suggested. As far as the service, questionaries still done on paper and no questions about if you preferred your massage therapist to talk or not so you can relax, so whoever did my friend talked the ENTIRE time. No relaxation, and definitely not a good quality massage. The lady who did my facial didn’t seem like she knew much about skin care, rooms were FREEZING. Experience absolutely not worth it for the price, you can go many other places and get a much more quality spa experience for the money you pay. On top of that, they charged me for the original booked service so I had to go back in and ask for them to correct and the very SAME girl who called me that morning and stated we needed to switch from the scrub, acted like she didn’t know and needed to check with the therapist. She did apologize, but this is just poor customer service. If you are a new patient looking for a new spa, just go elsewhere.

Everyone was very friendly. Me and my boyfriend did a couples massage. The two massage therapists were specific to our individual needs and were both very amazing. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable as they knew this was our first professional massage! The environment was very relaxing as well. We will be coming back!

Asia was very attentive and thorough. She paid attention too my areas of concern and made sure I was comfortable the whole massage. She gave me great instructions afterwards. Basically all the great things youd want out of a massage appointment. She was wonderful!! Would recommend!

I was very disappointed I called and make apt. And ask who is going to do my service she gave me the name of the therapist I showed up and it was some one else. Who I did not like because I had her before . I don’t want to be rude ! The last time we already told the girl that to put in the system that we don’t want her already.

Instant peace and relaxation.Then the perfect pressure and touch for my chair massage by Shannon was so soothing. Ive been in a state of deep calm since.Another great birthday massage today!! Im adding to a previous review because it wont let me write another one, only edit this one. So I had an incredible massage by Brea and my daughter with Summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Pascales is perfect!!The best pedicure ever!! Relaxing, professional, comforting, soothing, and peaceful are just some of the words to describe this excellent service at Pascales Spa. Kelly and Megan were superb, offering us green tea and magazines, dimming lights, adjusting back massage chair to perfect comfort. I am so relaxed now and my feet are fabulous! My daughter and I shared this experience on her birthday and they made it so special. I will never go to any other place now for pedicures because once youve had the best, there is no other reason to go to less. You get what you pay for indeed. Received a couples massage by Asia and Alexis — it was our first time to patron Pascal’s and it was an awesome experience. Kudos to Asia & Alexis for your deep tissue massage. I can readily say they gave us the best deep tissue massage ever (and I’ve been on the planet for a while).Their demeanor was warm and professional — didn’t talk my ear off, and when they did they did so in a soft whisper so we could enjoy a relaxing experience. The music was soothing and calming — and the beds were warm when we laid on them.I plan on frequenting this establishment in the future and would recommend them to my family members.

This place was so absolutely wonderful to me and my boyfriend today! *Jovonna* is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had in my life - and *Alexis* absolutely nailed the massage for my boyfriend’s birthday! We just moved to the Lafayette area and my husband decided to get me a gift card for my birthday for a 3 hour Serenity package which was to include a massage, a facial, and a hand treatment. My appointment was for 9 am, I was finished with my appointment by 11. Had I have been getting my car serviced that would have been great to have been out an hour early, but spa services not so much. I finished my massage and my facial and they said goodbye, have a great day. I paid and went to my car. Remember this was a gift card as well as my first time to this Spa. I thought I had been shorted but reviewed my pamphlet just to be sure. I called and the receptionist answered and verified that I had been shorted services but since I paid with a gc there were no refunds. She would ask a manager what to do and call me back. The manager was in a mtg with the owner and would find out what to do. 2 1/2 hrs go by, no phone call back. I then call and tell them who i was and and asked for a manger, I was placed on hold and the receptionist came back and said ok my manager said you will get a $20 credit on your account for next time you come.So not one time did I get an apology.A spa visit is supposed to be an experience not just shuffling from service to service, so it isn’t just that they didn’t do a hand treatment, it’s that the experience of relaxing at the spa for set amount of time for certain services wasnt fulfilled, and it wasn’t important enough for even a manger to pick up the phone and give an apology and ask about the other services provided for a first time client. or even for the receptionist to pick up the phone to let me know the manager’s conclusion to the issue, that actually started with whoever scheduled my appointment from the get home that was unfamiliar with the services provided in certain packages.Although my massage and facial were amazing the poor customer service fat out weighted them.

My husband and I have been to Pascale several times in the past for couples massages (deep tissue) and have LOVED them and left feeling GREAT! This visit was DIFFERENT! My massage therapist did not check on me during the massage to see if I was ok with the pressure, as the therapist normally does. I went through half of the massage with the pressure being too low before I stopped her and asked for more. Even after asking for more, I dont feel like she was able to give a true deep tissue massage. It was just not comparable to the deep tissue massages that Ive had at Pascale in the past! I also felt like she was trying to milk the clock during the massage by stopping and just pressing on my feet, or folding a towel, etc. Also, when we were walking out, normally the therapist checks on you, asks how the massage went, gives you tips, etc. My husbands therapist did this but mine did NOT! She simply said have a good day and walked away. I was very confused as to why she didnt come talk to me. It was weird.I can honestly say that we wont be returning to Pascale after this visit.

Kailey, I believe, was extremely professional and gentle. I have struggled with acne for years and have never had a facial because of it. I was super comfortable and relaxed, she gave me good advice to combat skin problems I was having. It was such a great experience from the front desk to the table. I am already planning my next facial with her for sure!

My mother and I had a mother daughter day and we had gotten a pedicure and massage. The pedicure was very relaxing and comfortable, the employees are very attentive. My mom got some hot tea and they even gave her a blanket as she was cold. They really take their time with their guests. Then after our pedicure we had gotten a couples full body massage which the room was very spacious! They had essential oils and soft music. They go out of their way to make sure that their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. I will absolutely be back again for another. I highly recommend Pascales spa.

Ive experienced different Spas for a massage. I give Ciel and Pascales a 5 star plus. She was very professional. The massage therapy, gave me the most pain and tension relief of muscles for neck and TMJ. I highly recommend her!

First time there and me and the wife scheduled out next visit before we left... absolutely amazing experience from the min we walked in. My therapist Candace was amazing and incredible with everything... only downside was we found out she was leaving before we go back. Totally dampened my mood. 😲😁 Lol! Honestly cant wait to go back!

I have never been to this salon but saw the rating so I booked 2 pedicures. A horrible storm came through, flooding the streets and emergency broadcast says there’s a tornado watch, so I decided it would be safest to cancel my appointment. I call to cancel almost 3 hours before the appointment and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. I explained the flooding and apologized and tried to see if I could reschedule. She threatened to charge a cancellation fee- WHICH WAS NEVER TOLD WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT days prior. She said to me that other people were able to make their appointment. I again told her about the tornado watch and flooding. She continued to speak to me in a disgusted tone. I was going to reschedule but now, I will never go there.

If you get a bad massage at this place then you either asked for the wrong kind and didnt speak up. My wife and I go at least 2 maybe 3 times a years and we get a couples massage we always go to the little changing room and get a locker because that helps to get all your time and your not wasting time undressing. We always request that the beds be heated so by the time we get on them they are nice and comfy.. And the most important part is it may take you a few girls to go threw before finding your match so always pick your favorite and second best in case when u wanna go your girl is out are quits then u have your other girl. And always ask for a girl that doesnt have very many massages before you that way she does everything and her hands are not worn out. And dont be shy girls and guys take it all off thats the best part. I always ask my girl if when shes done with my feet if she can wrap them with a hot towel after and I lay there for at least 2-3 mins sometimes 5 just to completely take it in and then I feel so relaxed 😌 Also if your getting a relaxing massage always ask if they can still work out the kinks if they feel them because you sometimes have knots. It may be a lil painful but nothing unbearable it will pay off in the end. Dont be afraid to speak up and if your girl doesnt give you and face massage ask if she can in the beginning it helps with your sinus... Its all about finding your match. I find this place to be very professional and elegant.... I feel like a queen every time but I speak up and ask and tell them what I want and they never seem to disappoint me are my wife.. The ladies know me by my first name, every when they hear my voice on the phone. I have built a relationship with Megan and I look forward to my monthly appointment mainly so we can chat and catch up. Even through COVID, all staff make me feel like when I’m inside the facility, there is no such thing as COVID, and life is normal. Even if it’s just for a short time, being that my service is completed way before we can finish our catch up session. Love love love this place and everything about it! Thanks-Markashia

Elizabeth was my massage therapist. I got a deep tissue with hot stone massage. She was great and very attentive. Without a doubt I would recommend her and Pascalle Spa. I will be back soon.

Their policy is not to give massages to women in their first trimester, but they fail to communicate this information at the time of booking or at the time of pre-payment. It is not until AFTER you book your appointment, arrive at your appointment, pay for the appointment, and fill out the pre-massage questionnaire that they let you know they will not be performing the massage.

Oasis of relaxation! Manicures, pedicures, facials, massages all in a calm, relaxed, CLEAN environment. The pricing is reasonable and you feel attended to by the staff. They focus on you!

I did not enjoy my experience at this spa at all. I went in for a combo leg/brazilian wax - my first one ever. I got in there, and the lady told me to take off my bottoms (I could have sworn she said to leave my panties on.) Im thinking shell ask me to take my panties off later so my junk is hanging out while shes doing my legs. (Makes sense to me.) So I left my panties on, and shes doing her thing. Shes not all that talkative but whatever. When she gets to my bikini area, she asks me what I want to leave. I said leave the strip down there - its longer than the rest of the hair. (I have never shaven the strip, so you get an idea of how long the hair was - it was like two inches long as compared to the half inch that everything else is.) So, she gets done, and I get up and she says shes only charging me for a bikini wax with leg combo. I go to pay and I ask the receptionist why it was a bikini. She asks my waxer and it turns out she didnt give me brazilian wax (I thought it didnt hurt enough...) So they tell me to check myself and see if i want more waxed. Im standing in the lobby dumbfounded - what do they want me to turn, check in the lobby? So I ask for a bathroom and check, and turns out she took the strip off and left the rest hairy! I go back and tell them I wanted a brazilian (why would I book a brazilian if I wanted a bikini?) So, we go back in to the room and she finishes waxing me. Well all this time she is giving off his vibe like I disgust her and she doesnt want to be waxing even my legs. Who wants to be getting a brazilian wax with that kind of vibe? It is already uncomfortable enough without the waxer acting like you disgust her out. If she doesnt want to wax peoples hoo has, then dont be a waxer! A final complaint is that when I got into the car and actually took a good look at myself without being on the spotlight, I noticed she missed a lot of hairs. Im not talking one or two , but like an entire strip on my leg and my down under part ( I checked this later when going to the bathroom - not in the car). Worst part is, she bragged about being the fastest waxer there. Who cares if its fast, if you dont get all the hairs, especially if youre paying 100 dollars for a wax. Even worse is I can already see the hairs where she waxed - on my legs and my bikini area. So I dont think she waxed good, it looks like she just cut the hair (as compared to getting the root). So I paid 100 dollars for a wax thats going to act like a shave... great! I do not recommend this spa at all.

The massage was fantastic! I strongly recommend it. The full face wax was not the best, because the wax they use is not the best and you end up with residue of wax all over your face.

I have bought my wife many gift cards from Pascales over the last 20 years. My wife and I were never told that they would expire after 5 years. Now today, when she went to pay with one of the gift cards, she was told that it was expired and lost $92. This is not real good management if they have a policy such as this. Needless to say, another lost customer
