Massage Envy

Im new to the Laffayette area and want to just say this....The front desk gentleman Blade is amazing, very informative, nice,and detailed in suggesting the correct procedures to help you. Hes veryknowledgeable about the business and I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied with the servicesrecommended. This will be my new permanent massage place to go.

Me. Reagan is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The two stars are for the cancellation process. Website says you are only charges half the booking fee if you call and cancel but according to the receptionist that’s a corporate policy and it didn’t apply at their location. They charge the entire booking fee. Super pumped about throwing away that money. Glad they treat people with memberships so well……will be canceling mine at the end of the contract .

There was a miscommunication between ME and me. They fixed it and made it better. So satisfied!!! Thank you Paige ❤️❤️❤️

Ms. Cindy is my fav therapist here. Shes very educated and we always have interesting info to share on health and fitness. Im still not very happy with the price change. When I got my membership, the deal was 50 dollars a month and now its racked up to 65 a month. Theyre fortunate to have Miss Cindy, because if it werent for her, I wouldve cancelled it and long time ago....

We have had memberships to Massage Envy for over 10 years and we highly recommend it. The app allows for convenient booking and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend Mr. Regan for a therapeutic massage. He is hard to book because he is so popular, but he knows his stuff and does an excellent job every time.

Canceled appointment 20 minutes before after driving half hour. Not even a reschedule offered. Not a place Id recommend. Also, 1 hour means 50 minutes to them.

The massage therapists are great. However, the staff follows no precautions for COVID. As a health-oriented business, I would think they would wear masks. The most off-putting thing was that the manager told me that they ask unvaccinated people to mask. Thats a lie. They never asked me once if I was vaccinated.

BE WARNED - with their membership they claim cancel anytime yet require you to fill out a survey in person and become very rude and pushy. Will still charge you after canceling membership!!!! Would never recommend this place. Terrible customer service and experience here. Never again!Update: Was just charged again... second month after cancelling!Update: Was able to get reimbursement for second charge...

I became a member of Massage envy. I went to this one cause they have male masseur as I prefer. My masseur name was Lance. Lance was fantastic and he helped me with the knots in my back and shoulders. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My only problem was that he was late to my appointment but explained it that he was not notified I was there. I went back today and he was still a few minutes late but well worth the time Lance is well qualified. Only thing I would say is if your a female he might be a little quicker with ya.

This was my first time receiving a massage here, and it was better than I expected. Georick greeted me at the door and made sure I was well taken care of before and after the massage. He explained the details of what to expect and was knowledge about the different services they offered. Stephen was my masseuse...God blessed his hands! I felt extremely comfortable during the massage and I’m pretty sure I walked out of the room 2ft taller! The knots in my back are no longer there, the tension in my shoulders have been relieved and I feel so relaxed now! If you’re smart you’d sign up to become a member like I did! Thanks Georick and Stephen! I will be back!

Ok...I gotta say that Jade at the front desk rocks. Bright. Great customer interaction. BUT there was a super awkward moment when the assistant manager directly corrected her in front of me, and then heard over Jade with arms crossed while Jade completed my order. Seriously it sucked the energy from the room. Its not my usual ME and I wont be going back.

The front desk at this location is always very very friendly and Craig gives the best massages ever. They are very professional & communicate well. Never had a problem!

Staff is courteous and I have had several different experiences with different therapist. I have not ever received poor service or a bad massage here. Great place.

Management is horrible. Wanted me to give my credit card info to book a massage when I already paid for the massage in a yearly contract.

My experience here was great, but there is a couple employees there that have horrible attitudes. If they dont like you then they have bad attitudes towards you. Which I feel is bad for business and should be handled accordingly.

I’m a regular there and as always, my sessions are heavenly.

I called this place to get information and the woman who answered was super pleasant. I was visiting town and didnt get a chance to go in for a massage.

Stopped in for a massage and walked out a member. Look foreword to the next visit. Great layout. Nice quiet spot! Fantastic massage!
