I found KC Vapor quite by accident, as it is near my home. These guys are so awesome. Friendly, kind, and funny!I am not exactly knowledgeable about my vapes. Simple is best for me. Any time I have had a problem, they have helped me correct the issue.Their prices are excellent. For my favorite juice, they are the most inexpensive in town.I only use KC Vapor. I dont need to go anywhere else. 10/10 or 5/5. They are the best.

I love this store!! Great customer service, fair prices. They have a good program when you buy something they sign their initials. When the business card is complete you get a free juice.

Best shop I’ve been to! Very knowledgeable about their selections and friendly. I remember the first time I went in looking for disposable e-cigs and the person working gave me the rundown on how I could save money with a refillable pod system but wasn’t rude or nasty during the interaction, just helpful. Today I went in for some of their delta-8 products because I know there’s a big buzz around that so I have it a try. The selections mostly are all Indiana hemp growers so I thought that was pretty neat. Give them a try if you’re looking for excellent costumer service.

Walking in, you will be be greeted by an emporium of interesting things and welcomed by friendly people. They have a great selection of vape products and if they dont have some new vape product you are looking for in the store they will help you to get it. This is not a normal vape shop, it is a collective of friendly people and the owner is often there and after moving away i still come back here when i am in the area.

Bought a tank with a fully defective coil (the spare was fine). Said tank was also supposed to come with spare parts, it did not.

I would give 5 stars, but no one is perfect. Good service helpful staff. No high pressure sales. Havent had long waits.

Went here to see if they carried replacement tanks for my vape. They didnt, but still did carry my type of vape pen, and a drove of other vape devices at various price points along with accessories.Store was very clean and organized nicely. The young man behind the counter was polite and very helpful. It was not crowded, so my transaction was smooth and unhurried.Overall, a good place to visit for vape supplies. Thanks guys!

So helpful! And seriously a wonderful experience!!KCs was AMAZING. They are call ahead- I called from the parking lot. The guy who helped spent 19 minutes on the phone with me. He asked questions gave thoughts, gave actual information about how different aspects of vaping work. Read off different flavors. He even asked his boss a question (about my particular vape) and because he wasn’t 100% looked up my vape on the company website to make sure he was getting me the right thing. Absolutely amazing customer service- just seriously helpful. I don’t live in town but will likely see if they will ship to me- because businesses like this deserve patronage. THANK YOU!For perspective- I’m new to vaping, sort of. I’ve tried twice e and had similar experiences as below. In recent weeks I can say I’m new to vaping again, and I’ve tried 3 vape shops in town, asked a few questions at each and was either 1- given answers that seemed weird (so I looked them up and would find that clearly the answer was wrong) 2- was met with being treated like I am an idiot 3- repeatedly told ‘its just preference’ to questions like ‘I’m not sure if salt nic or ejuice is better for my vape’Gave KCs a shot, as I figured I would just need to start randomly getting all types of juice at different strengths and figure out what was what- even if it means buying 10 bottles of juices that I’ll never use after trying.

Just found this store yesterday and went in today and they have great prices and their house juices are really good. The best part of all is the guy who was there today was not stuck up or pushy like other vape stores. I use ecigs to break a 15 year smoking habit. I know what I need and what I want and he was polite and got me what I wanted.They appear to be a small operation but theyll get my business from here on out as long as this is how they always are.

Customer service was amazing. Im from out of town and my shop was closed. I need two new batteries. He said they wouldnt be charged and that was fine. He went to get them and gave me two new batteries that he had charging overnight. It was awesome. Will come back.

Excellent service, great prices. An all around great place to get your juice and parts! If you have never been here you should definitely go! I will never go anywhere else again. If I could give 10 stars... I would!!!

They were able to help me get a new glass for my tank when no other town had, but then sold me coils as Clapton could which are very very clearly not, and which read at 0.8 ohm instead of 0.5 ohm. Dont appreciate the bait and switch, and suggest you take great care in making sure you get what you pay for.

Always have my coils and parts i need for my vape, very friendly staff, the have stamp cards per how much you spend to get certain percentage off your next purchase. They have vape mods, vape juice, batteries and ect.
