Went there looking for a rechargeable vape and the selection was very very very slim the lady that was in there was rude and acted as if my questions were bothering her when I finally decided on a vape the price was ridiculous expensive she priced me 30 dollars for a 3500 puf vape Needless to say I didn’t purchase the vape I went to up the street and purchased this 6500 puff vape for 25.00 ......I will never go back tyere

This place is absolutely amazing! I personally was helped by Jerica and I loved her. She gave us her undivided attention, and with that she was so patient and informative! She really took the time to make sure I new all of my options and helped me figure out what was best for my personal preference! I had about a million questions and she helped me and my boyfriend though all of them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go visit their store! Also the reward system is beyond better then any reward system I have experienced.

Today was my first time ever going to Swamp Vapor. I didn’t get the guys name but he was so nice and Amazing customer service. Such a cute and clean place. Their also dog friendly which is pretty cool! I would definitely recommend and I made this my new go to cape shop

Pricing was double what I pay for the same juice online. It seems like they filled my bottle once I purchased because the seal was broken and the bottle said 0mg nicotine instead of the strength I asked for. There is no way for me to know I got what I paid for or if I got a cheaper off brand. I wouldnt have purchased if there had not been a delay on my online juice order due to the holidays. Store was very clean and the cashier was extremely nice and chatty.

I was not expecting a whole heck of a lot going in to grab a bottle of juice but turns out they have some sore of customer appreciation program for discounts and that just gives me life. They’re great people too and very knowledgeable but what’s made me go back to them and not seek out other places was the specials they have. I even signed up to where they will t cut you to let you know when a sale is about to go live and I love that so much!

Just stopped by here for some pods for my novo! Service was super great! Extremely satisfied. Also, double points on Saturday and you can get up to a $90 store credit via your points! Free juice! And so much more!!I was asked... ASKED if I was a student or military or medical field so they COULD GIVE ME 10% off. I find that amazing bc places that offer that, don’t advertise it. And they make it known that they want you to get your discount... like I’m just blown away. Again great service! And great selection of items!

I purchased two batteries from them and was told that if I kept my receipt and they didnt work with my Aspire tank I could bring them back. However, I was assured they would work.Tried them, fully charged, and they didnt work out. Took them back and they wouldnt let me return them, or exchange. Even though I had my receipt. So basically I have two batteries that dont work with my tank and out 30.00 bucks. Not to mention, lied to as well because they didnt work with my tank. Not going back.

I dealt with only Totally Wicked since 2005 when I started vaping, and I could only get things from overseas, so I ordered from UK. Then vaping eventually started in the good ole USA, and totaly wicked was here, so I was able to order from Florida. Then for whatever reason they closed down and I was told to go to Swamp Vape Kaliste Saloom Rd. They are always so accomidating and helpful. They love that Ihave a 10 pound service animal (black toy poodle) who accompanies me each time I go. Thanks for all you do guys and you have a customer for ever, because I do not like change. I dont even like when I have to go to the Scott store.

These folks are great. I made a trip for someone else and the patiently took the time to explain everything to me and ensure I got the right product. It was an easy process that helped more than they knew.

Has come a long way. Prices are a little high but they always have what you need. The new crews in Scott and Lafayette are super friendly and helpful. Alot different than the ones in the past. They have upped their game. Their house juice is one of the best. A little pricey but you get what ya pay for. Love doing business with these folks.

The people are very knowledgeable about the products they sale. The general manager Jerica Melancon is very customer friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the product to fit your needs and we will try to order it if possible. I want go anywhere else.

I went in looking for a small vape and was given the recommendation of the VooPoo Panda. I purchased it and in less than 2 weeks I began to have issues with it. The pods leaked horribly, so much so that there was standing liquid in the bottom of the vape when I pulled the pod out. The gentleman helping me was extremely nice, cleaned my device and replaced the pod. The very next week I was back with the same issue AND the button was loose and would either get stuck or pop out. The same gentleman fixed the button, cleaned my device and told me that I should use a .8 pod rather than the 1.2. I told him I was concerned because of how badly the device leaked. He blew everything out and assured me that they hadnt had any complaints using the .8 pod. 2 weeks later I was back again - this time my device wouldnt fire. It would blink a couple of times and then nothing. The young man working that day, took it to the back and attempted to fix it. No luck. By this point I was past the 30 day refund policy. I explained to him that I had been in there almost every week since I had made the purchase and that surely this was a special circumstance. He told me that the general manager would be in the next day and he would speak to her about it. Meanwhile, I had no device.I purchased another Panda because when it was working, I enjoyed the hit and also the compact size. Fast forward to earlier this week. My new unit, less than 30 days old is now doing the SAME exact thing as the old unit. It will blink a couple of times and then nothing happens. I went back into the store and inquired about my old unit. They said it was fixed and working again - WRONG. The General Manager was actually there but never came out and spoke with me even after I asked what they could do to make this right. I had a device that I purchased that was obviously defected. Then I purchased a SECOND device that now has the same issue.The response was that the first device was outside of the 30 day return policy and they would do nothing. All of this from behind a curtain. The manager NEVER came out to speak with me face to face. My second device IS within the 30 day refund policy so I will be returning it (I had left it at my office).This situation could have easily been remedied with a small discount off of a future purchase. Or simply a face to face apology from the manager. I was appalled at the lack of professional courtesy displayed. I will no longer be a customer here.Update...second device is working intermittently. I went to return it so that I did not end up with a SECOND non functioning device and was told they could not help me because they needed to “see” it not working. So now I need to be able to run on in any time the device stops working so that they can see it. Two devices. Same problem each time.

This is truly the only vape shop I visit. It helps that its close to home but also, the staff are much more friendly and helpful than most other in the surrounding area. They are always readily available for any kind of question and are very patient with indecisive customers like myself. Their nic mixes are the best in town. I generally shopped online bc everything is cheaper but Ive become a regular with them simply bc theyre so friendly have the best quality in product for a reasonable price. All I ask is that they add more ejuice brands to their collection (hoping to see vapewild here at some point). Thanks guys youre the best

I have been doing business here over a year now and have seen the owner and employees be very rude to customers many times, but never to me. I purchased a replacement part which failed immediately due to bad manufacturing and they refused to swap it out and accused me of breaking the part instead.EDIT : Have been back twice out of sheer necessity and have had much better service.

Just a wonderful staff, I went in today with a bad tank, thy didnt have anymore in stock, so thy took time to fix it and thy gave me wht I need out of the display, and thy wouldnt let me pay for it, tysm yall

Great place to get juice for a solid price ! There house juices are really good and their staff is really knowledgeable! I been vaping for 4 plus years and they also have a point system so in our area I will say this place is one of the best places for vapers to go that won’t break the bank!!

The two workers that were there when I went in were so polite, and so helpful. This place is sooooo s#!ty!!!!! The staff is unfriendly and uninformed. None of the e-juice is pre-mixed. Heavily overpriced. Very rude staff and highly uneducated on e-juice, vaping / Etc. The e-juice that they recommended for me, burnt up all my coils. All of the e-juice that they carry has zero nicotine in the store. I requested 3 milliliters of nicotine for my e-juice. They took it to the back and claim to mix 3 mil of nicotine in my e-juice. But the seal to my container of eJuice wasnt even opened. Leaving me to suspect that they never even put 3 mL of nicotine in it. Theyre highly unprofessional and uncoordinated. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. I paid over 30 bucks for a bottle of eJuice that I can purchase online for less than 10 bucks. Bye far... the most s#!ty place Ive been to... they get a huge thumbs down from me. Dont waste your money in this establishment!!!!! You will wind up buying more coils. You will leave this place being highly disappointed in the staff, the service ,and the products that they carry... a complete rip-off in my honest opinion...

The only vape store Lafayette that has Vape juice I dont have problems burning up my coils. Ive tried several juices at other shops and my coils burn up within a couple days. Ive had other vape stores bad talk Swamp Vapor about their juice and sell me something next day Im right back at the store buying more coils

They are okay but they have a small selection of everything and their prices are crazy high...you would save money going somewhere else...unless you just dont want to drive further...they good in a pinch...excellent service though

I have bought 5 different types of capes at this place and every single one’s battery has gone out. They do give you a 30 day warranty, but then the vapes battery goes out after the warranty expires. They do not work with you or even apologize for any inconvenience. For the most part they basically tell you that they can’t do anything about it. I will NEVER buy anything from this place again!!!!!

House juice is 70% pg that alone should tell you they are clueless to the current market. I was quoted 27$ for premium glass bottle juice so I got two but needed them to add nicotine to the zero mg juice. When it was time to pay the price was 35$. Do yourself a favor and find a good online vendor like dr. Crimmys or ejuice deals or the vape mall. I would only go here in case of emergency if I was out of coils are absolutely couldnt get juice anywhere else. This is my first vape shop I ever visited back in around 2015 and Im just done with them.

I went to Swamp Vapor with my brother it was his favorite place to go to get his Vapor for his vapor. Everyone was knowledgeable they knew exactly how much tobacco to put and everyones pipe thing. You can tell I dont use one. This is the only place he would go

Wow is all I can say....so I always shop online from local vapes between Texas and Florida ...so I decided to look this place up to see if its worth it, its sad how triple priced the items are and theyre mostly clones. they have 18350 700mahogany for 8.00 and 8 00 mahogany for 8.00 lol...Internet people ...I would so support swamp vape if the prices werent this over priced but I hate people trying to screw their own community over and smile at you as they say come back....as you walk away they know they just f+×÷=d you

The worst place to ever go .I would never buy from these people they will warrantee nothing . They gave up hundreds of dollars worth of business over a $10 battery Warranty. The only reason Im Giving one star Is because I couldnt give 0

Cool place with good juice and awesome daily specials. Dont really feel welcome here though and the employees tend to complain about there being too much vapor in the air.

I just got out the store with swamp vapor I bought a vape three days ago I Brong my vape back because it will not charge they will not give me another one or give me my money back so they basically stole my money and I would not recommend this store to anybody who wants to buy a vape also very rude people!!!! Also one more thing you just lost a lot of customers whoever vapes out of my 12,000 followers you just lost!!!

House juices never have the same flavor. the juice also says 70/30 it is no where close to that mixture ratio. they care to no nothing about it either. will find new place to get juice

Customize your nicotine mixture. They have jam moster brand products, and the hype products. Which are two of my favorite brands.
