I will never go to this location again. The girl that I talked to was so rude as if I was bothering her. Plus the Scott location has more juices and very nice staff. I definitely will stick with the Scott store.

Troposphere Vapors is Lafayettes newest vape shop and it doesnt disappoint. Troposphere carries the hottest lines of vape liquids and has a great assortment of mods and tanks from starter kits to advanced. The shop is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning soon.

I purchased two voopoo vape pens on different days. Taylor told me he had never had a problem with the voopoo pens and they sold a bunch of them but Matt states they just received these and it was a new product. So he lied to me from the start. The first one I bought worked with no problem so I went back 2 days later and purchased a second one. Well the second one stopped working the next day and I brought it back. They gave me credit and I purchased a more expensive one because the 4 voopoo pens that they had also were defective. Now, my second one stopped working after 4 days (paid $60 for each), and they won’t return or exchange it without the box knowing that it is defective like the other 4 they had. Taylor (co owner) was a bit rude when I called to see what arrangements we could work out. He was not willing to do anything and his tone of voice was very unprofessional. He knows this is defective and willing to risk $60 over conducting poor business ethics. He obviously does not care what he sells to his customers. I would be extremely cautious about shopping there. I am going to complain to the BBB and filing a complaint with the FDA.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Would recommend it & I tell everyone I know about it. ALWAYS friendly staff that will go out of there way for you.. they take there time with you.. explain everything in full detail.. for being a newbie to this whole vaping world I feel a lot more confident in my decisions solely on the information given to me by this place. I am pretty sure that I have met the owner & had the pleasure of dealing with him on 2 occasions. All I can say is he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He is the reason I finally quit smoking after starting vaping & it not quite working for me he showed me something that he used in lieu with what I was already using (VooPoo Drag 2) & I finally gave up cigarettes all together & have not had any urges to start again! If you are considering quiting then you should stop here! You wont be disappointed! Thank you all at Troposhere Vapes for making my stops nothing short of amazing!!

Only been here once and Ive probed the staff about basic ecig stuff and some more advanced, havent gotten a full feel for the place as of yet but they do seem knowledgeable about the products they sell and the whole bit of vaping. They add their own nicotine to the eliquid instead of getting it from the manufacturer. How do I know that you didnt slip and put extra nicotine in my eliquid? Thats my only gripe with this place.

Horrible customer service. Had a slight bend in license where the barcode area was so it wouldn’t “scan” in their system so the dude wouldn’t allow us to shop there at all. Everywhere else has been able to type in my license number since the barcode just does not scan.

The same stuff you get hwre you can get at other vape shops for half the price.they have a huge selection but the prices they charge make it not worth it. I love the fact irs quiet and has a great selection but the prices of things is the reason i wont return.

Only reason for 2 stars,is you can get juice in a pinch. But as for staff. They talk to you like you have no clue of what your doing. Its ashame because i was very happy to find a vapor place locally. But they are last choice if all else fails

Spent over $200 at this place poor customer service the first Vape never work from the day we bought it then the guy would not help at all and charged $17 for new coils that burn out before we got out of the parking lot then last night the one Vape that did actually work for a couple of months started staying on by itself and nearly burn our house down I have pictures of my bedspread it burnt had to run outside the oil burnt my leg had and almost set our house on fire
