Not sure if it was the owner or worker but he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills, prices are higher than most places in palm beach even the habbibi stores! Rude and word of mouth goes a long way🤣✌️

I bought a vape today and it died they refuse to give a refund …..

Look at the 1 star reviews. I spent $65 on a Smok Stick V9. They dont have replacement glass for it. Last night i was told they do, but they dont. Nowhere has it. So now, I cant vape bc my glass is broken. $65 down the drain. Also, their HQDs are $4 higher than USA vapes. Im gonna stick with the 7000 puff bars from USA vape. Never again will I shop here.

Went in there on 11/5 in the evening and encountered the most rude and unprofessional person behind the counter. If this girl is the best you have you won’t be in business long.

Their vapes are all trash. They work first time you try them in store,, then when you get home they inevitably dont work and these people wont give you a replacement or.your money back. They are a bunch of thieves!
