It is so nice to find staff that actually enjoy their job. They treat their customers amazing! Lucas & Laiken were just the best and the prices and selection are the best of any vape shop Ive ever seen.

Lucas is hilarious and knowledgeable, Anastasia brings a light to the store that most shops lack, and is insanely helpful with all the needs from the customers! Booker is fast and actually asks questions to help me out figure out my needs! truly never seen a shop quite like this, definitely my new go to shop!

OMG WHERE TO START. I have been a religious customer for almost 2 years at the vapor room. I have never been disappointed and always greeted with outstanding knowledgeable staff that will take however long it takes to make you leave satisfied. If you are into certain brands or new tech no biggie at all. The vapor room keeps the most up to date and wanted inventory. If it’s new or hot they will have it if they don’t they will make sure to order it for you. Very family friendly and totally worth the drive every time.

I have been coming to this vape shop for almost 5 years now, I have never had any problems with selecting a product or getting help with anything.The staff is very friendly and provides exceptional service. Yeli and Soso are the best employees that work there. They are the face of the company and always manage to put a smile on my face and every customers face that walks in. I highly recommend coming in and shopping around and hanging out.

Great local shop! Went in 2/15/2018 with my wife to get a new box vape for us and we couldnt have had a better experience. Their employee, William, was extremely helpful and happy to answer all of our technical questions while we figured out what would suit us best. Will definitely be going there from now on.

If you’re looking for average customer care and vape expertise this is not the place you want to go to. Only come here if you expect the BEST customer service and the BEST knowledge on everything vape related. The guy who helped me was so knowledgeable I had to ask him if there was some degree he obtained in the field. Always nice and friendly, I would probably let them watch my kids when I go on vacation. Everything I need is always there, thank you guys so much!

My husband and I reluctantly went in here today after we couldnt find the kiosk that used to be in the mall. We never have a good experience coming in here, and today was the final straw. All my husband needed was a basic tank, and he was thinking about possibly buying their over priced liquid. I do not know the name of this guy, but hes always in there. He was the only one in there today. Hes heavyset, black hair, black facial hair and walks around with a God complex that makes everyone sick to their stomach. Anyways, he rudely asks why my husband is there. My husband tells him he just needs a basic tank. He wouldnt sell my husband and I a tank because his majesty needed to see what my husband had. Its not like he needs our money, or anyone elses, because by the looks of it, seems to be going out of business soon. We dont know how theyre still in business with his majesty.

Vapor room sucks! Bought a mint ice fume yesterday that WAS ALREADY OPEN. When I presented it to the associate working, I was asked to hit it to see if it worked LOL, was not offered a replacement vape for getting sold an already opened one & it ended up working for 2 hours after purchase time and that was it. Honestly the most inconsiderate and non understanding experience I’ve ever had at a smoke shop, I’ll continue to shop at smacked city where I know my vapes will never be opened before purchase.
