Ben and joe are the best. The best in cleanest smoke shop I’ve ever been to they have so Many things and new products try they have the best selection I’ve ever seen out of a smoke shop. Definitely will be returning highly recommend.

Hippie House is hands down the best head shop around! Theyve got the coolest stuff, like water pipes that look like vintage vases, gravity bongs, and even smokable Pokémon. Shoutout to Charlie whos absolutely killing it with this place! You gotta check this place out!

Absolutely love this shop! Charlie and Matt give great customer service. They have way better prices than the other dispensaries; and they have a wide array of smoking accessories as well as clothing and trinkets.

Awesome. For anyone who thinks they sell some Delta-8 trash, that is surely not the case. Their house flower brand is High Hippy Flower Company out of California, all PREMIUM THCA flower with lots of options. For those like me who have a med card and were hesitant about “head shop flower”, just pick up a bag and you’ll see what I mean. The & shine brand I got from the dispensary had less THC than what I bought from Hippie House. Their flower has an incredibly organic taste to it also and I am just blown away, tbh. Last night I smoked a J in the Scented Markers indica strain, then sat in a lawn chair watching the thunderstorm, happier than a pig in poop. Hippie House has it all. Totally rad store. Awesome employees and great selection of incense. I’m now a regular.

Had a defective product from a DIFFERENT place. Met Joe at Hippie House and he went above and beyond trying to fix product. Other staff members tried to help between their own customers. Finally determined product was junk, however I was broke. The thought of not having nicotine until I had some money stressed me out terribly. Joe found a nice disposable clearance item and THEN pitched in some of his own money to help me out. I was a stranger and his kindness impressed me beyond words. The whole place had a good vibe and Joes vibe was so genuine. I will be a Hippie House customer for life and recommend this establishment for anyone who seeks true exceptional customer service. Thanks Joe for helping me out when I was down, you are truly a kind-hearted person.

If youre driving around looking for something specific at a smoke shop, they have it. Just come here first, its where youll end up anyways trying to find what you need. Crazy all the surrounding shops didnt have a terp slurper set. This shop has everything and everyone is very nice!

This is a very cool establishment that has parts for your vaporizers at a very good price; vaporizers, clothing, incense, gummies & glass & much more, To include candles! I went on Amazon to buy Beamer Candles because I didn’t think I would be able to find them anywhere else and learned this morning Hippy House have Beamer Candles, of which, Use enzymes rather than perfumes to neutralize odors and unlike Ozium Products, are safe for cats and humans and I can attest that the candle named trap house works really well because I’m living above a trap house that is used for crack and methheads….EEK!!! Double EEK!!I have an Ohio medical marijuana card and they also give me 10% off their gummy products so if you want to support an awesome business that is also local, this is the place to go and everybody exudes awesome vibes that works there and I’m sure it’s a requirement.Lastly, I must reiterate, how fair their prices are. I had purchased a medium Beamer candle named trap house for $18 plus tax over Amazon these guys at the hippie house have the large candle for $15 and that is freaking awesome.

The staff here is very friendly and always willing to make recommendations. I bought a new vape and the employee took the time to explain how it works and filled it for me. Its very clear that he enjoys what he does and this is why Ill continue going here.

Since opening I’ve switched to hippie house for all my vape and delta 8 needs. Elyxr LA makes A1 products and they’re the only place in Lakewood that carries it. The employees are amazing, they take my feedback seriously and have offered to get products in store that I’ve seen online. I really wish I remembered the employees names I talked to today as they have been the most helpful to me over this past almost 2 years

Generally good experience…although one time i went in and felt rushed while looking up terpene profile of the flower that was being shown and the guy working was impatient and was like “the thc level is on the front” almost scoffing at me. like ok cool obviously i’m looking into it deeper for whatever reason like… i am allowed to?not everyone is using these products to get lit off their behind and i surely don’t think this freshly legal thcA/delta 8/delta 9 is going to get me as lit as one hit off the vape of medical strength… like just chill bro.i asked for a moment and never asked for assistance** because i already know its just their job doesn’t mean they’re experts… SO let me take my time in silence and in peace instead of inserting yourself just to end up judging me for no reason…? lmao weirdlet’s propagate a culture of looking into things before consuming and not judging and trying to rush people into half baked decisions. you’re there all day aren’t you? it’s your job to be so how about you chill 🙂also if i was slow and i like taking my time (lowkey the stoner experience?) like go ahead and judge me for that too ok 🙂

Love this place! I was paying 200 dollars a year for a medical marijuana card— don’t need it anymore, the gummies at hippy house are much better quality with a much better effect. I buy the delta 9 gummies- won’t let you down, gives me a rush of positive energy and relaxation- thanks to Charlie who helped me out today!

Very friendly stuff and many, many options to choose from on all sorts of things. But sadly, every electronic device I have ever bought in that store has stopped working within a month at the most. Hundreds of dollars just wasted and they do not take returns or exchanges. I wont do business with them again. And thats a note, simply avoid the Hamilton devices. 😞

Super nice staff. But have to shop elsewhere for ejuice due to the never ending insence burning right on the counter. I think the owners need to be aware of that the incense needs to be placed higher and not in peoples faces. Quite a few people have the same complaint. Not everyone can handle full blown incense at eye level.

Can’t be trusted. They double charged me for an item and fed me a spiel about “store policy” and the inability to prove that I did not buy two things separately for the same amount of money, at the same time, on the same day. So some how they double charged me and it’s my fault. Ouch. Its been 5 days, and it’s a small business, the same guy that I talked to over the phone was the same guy I saw on Friday. If theyre tracking their transactions at the end of every night, they know their ending balance was over the intended amount. It’s not that hard to figure out how to prove you made a mistake, what they is called stealing. Annoying. Snake-y businesses leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Really large amount of vape products and smoke accessories. When I went the first time they werent exactly sure about some of the questions I asked, but when I visited a few days ago Sharif was knowledgeable, very friendly and super helpful in finding what we needed!

Sold me the wrong coils the second time I went there, wouldnt return even with the packaging. Second time, sold me the wrong juice, wouldnt return, last time defective pods and coils that, while I understand they didnt make, referred me to caliburn, but not before stating they dont like the company. Wont be going there anymore better options even though they are right by my house.

Great selection of glass, smoking gear, and vape juice, however, I’ve had bad experiences with a member of the staff when trying to solve a problem with a product they sold me. Must have been his first day in costumer service or something because he has no clue how to talk to customers, and when i pointed it out he said “I’m not trying to be rude” while actively being rude to my face. After that I’ll be taking my business to one of the several other smoke shops in the area that have nice employees who are trained well.

Lot of cool products, a bit pricey, but decent selection. Didnt have exactly what we were looking for, and the worker there (heavyset guy) got irritated when I said, OK, thanks, not what Im looking for, have a good day, and incredulously asked, so, youre not even going to buy anything? When I replied no, he rolled his eyes.Apparently, he expects you to buy something if you enter their store.

Great staff great selection on vapes

I purchased a quad flame hand torch almsost a week ago. I work during the week so I had to wait until today to bring it back. The gentleman who sold it to me was there along with the owner. I explained it lit when i tried it in the store. I havent been able to work whatsoever at my residence. I made referance to the gentleman who sold me the torch who neither confirmed or denyed my existence. Then the owner tells me, this torch was dropped, see how the forks were bent I saw what he was talking about and asked for an exchange for a working one...SINCE I PURCHASED IT IM THAT CONDITION I can sell you the same torch or a diff one for 10% offI have worked in retail 20 years. I have a full grasp how defective vendor returns are handled, imagine if you went into Walmart. My tv is defective too baf, but you can buy another one for 10% offIve gotten used to being ignored if i enter the store and the male employees are helping females.BUYER BEWARE, IF THEY SELL YOU DAMAGED MERCH, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT EVEN IF THEY GET VENDOR CREDITS.I gladly take my business to one of the other dozens of smoke shops within a 10 mile radius that make good on gurantees.

They had it in stock and Ben who was extremely helpful knew exactly where to look ! As far as your head shop and vape shop needs, they have you covered and theyre juice selection is top notch!
