Hands down the best customer service in town. The younger Filipino guy (forgot his name) helped me pick out the perfect kit. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I am 100% going to be coming back and be a regular customer. 10/10 will highly recommend!

The guy work here is really nice. He helped find a really good juice. He made the vape shop very welcoming and was very polite with every customer.

10 puffs into a $29.72 vape, it keeps burning for about 4 seconds. I took it back to the store and they said theres nothing they can do. Yes, they could. I understand there are policies but the employee knew I was being honest. I payed $10. more at that this shop than I do at my regular store. The employee even told me that the Elf Bars arent made the same as they use to be and they often times dont work. Knowing I wasnt lying and knowing Elf Bars fail and not exchanging it or even offering me a discount on a new one, Ill never step foot in that store again and you can bet when given the opportunity I will advise anyone and everyone not to go there. Because I know of other vape shops that WILL EXCHANGE a vape within the same day if it has left their store if it fails to work properly. And those vape shops always have other customers when I go in. They employee was polite and helpful when I bought it and still polite when not helpful. But not being able to do anything to fix the problem didnt benefit me for sure but ultimately doesnt help the business either. Every time I see this twenty-nine dollar piece of garbage I get even more irritated. So Im going to keep it as a reminder to tell people where not to shop. 😉👍🏻

I want to give a big shout out to Cassie (sorry if I’m not spelling your name right) I usually go to the other store closer to home but we were in town and decided to stop at the Lakewood location and I am so glad we did. My two years living here, she is one of the kindest person I have came across. She took the time to chat and helped me with all my vape needs preparing me for my long trip back to Texas, AMAZING customer service. She deserves a raise and all the praise. Stay blessed girl.

Jeremy was absolutely amazing this morning in helping me find and fall in love with my very first vape. I highly would recommend this shop to anyone curious about getting into vaping. Ask for Jeremy if possible. He was extremely knowledgable on all of his product.

Jeremy helped us today, and helped my partner last time he was in there. Hes super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to make some great recommendations of brands and manufacturers. He was very good spirited and funny, and also efficient and helped us get the answers we needed, and helped us pick out some great flavors. Never been to this location before yesterday but I received great service from Kasse, she helped me fix my coil issue and teached me how to do it myself! Definitely going back and recommend to everyone. :)

Alex was one of the best employer Ive met compared to any other shops. Amazing details and extremely helpful. Provided the best customer service and I was able to understand the pros and cons of different devices.

Pretty decent selection of juices, coils, and mods available for decent prices at different ranges. Kasse always helps my partner and I figure out what juice suits our needs when we come in, and has a great attitude. Shes a lifesaver!

A big thank you to Marceline! I went in to the shop for 0 nicotine vape juice. She was so helpful and was able to help me pick a flavor that would benefit my palette. She was so nice and explained the difference in Salt Nic and regular juice to me. Will be back soon for a new vape device!!!

This place is still the iconic area even from back in the day however it did go through different owners.Everything is different now. I mean as in a good way.Pricing, flexibility, the best military discounts, products, it’s clean in general.They have Royal 13, krakens revenge, and other juices you should give a try. All I know is they take care of their customers needs

Best place In Lakewood for your vapor needs. Best place for military deals for the awesome soldiers. Very knowledgeable the whole business I hear has with everyone working 30 years of experience with all employees. They are not worried bout costumers money. Just their need of vapor and vapor learning.

I just finished shopping here for the first time and really enjoyed spending my money here. Im terrible with names but the manager was who I spoke with and he was very kind and helpful. Im new-ish with all the vaping stuff so he helped answer a few of my questions and then helped me with re installing sum new coils I had just bought. I will most definitely be coming back to this shop and will also be recommending it to any of my buddys looking for a good shop to go to.Thank you and Ill be looking forward to the next time!

Me wife and I been buying online cause its usually cheaper. Not here. They beat online prices of the device we bought.The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming to the store. We will be return customers for sure!

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. We had trouble finding an acrylic bubble glass and drip tips for one of our vapes, so we went there. They had a box of unlabeled replacement sets, and since he wasnt positive which would fit, he offered to check them against our tank one by one, and if one happened to fit, he would just give it to us for the confusion. Cant beat that kind of customer service and kindness. They located a replacement bubble glass for us, and we happily paid for it.

This place has so much experience and selection. I love this place probably my favorite place hands down to get my disposable and a bottle of juice 3 times a week Jeremy and Alex are my go to without a doubt. Thank you vapor gear you rock!

This is the place to go for all your vaping needs. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and always willing to make recommendations for someone new to vaping or just looking to switch things up. Prices are always great value for what you get. This is my go-to vape shop and I won’t go anywhere else.

This shop is way overpriced and selection in not great. My main gripe here is that while other shops have had to close down because of the flavor ban, these guys are staying open by illegally selling flavors. Guys, you cant sell raspberry and butterscotch. I have reported this to the LCB, so get your cash grab on now before the state comes to locks ya up! Shame on you guys!

This store is amazing! I used to come here when it was MSV, and was really upset when they closed so I started going to a different shop in Fife. I decided to give Vapor Gear a shot when I was driving back home from Walmart one day. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they have tons of amazing juice and hardware. I only needed a coil but ended up leaving with 3 bottles of juice and a new mod! lol. I will be back for sure!

These guys are AWESOME! The amount of knowledge these employees have on different products and background information they can provide is top notch. Extremely friendly staff and superb selection of premium juices. Visit these guys just outside the JBLM store Madigan gate and I can guarantee they will take care of you and you will leave happy.

I only come here. Its like a big family and everybody here is extremely helpful. Visits are quick and easy, but I more than recommend hanging out. Its a family friendly shop! I love it here and Ill always be coming back!

So far amazing shop, chill location knowledgeable staff. The fluid selection is alright, im not huge on fruity flavors but theyve changed my mind. Not a huge selection on tobaccoo or menthol flavors but definitely would recommend to my friend and the have a location off of 122 as well

Great shop with by far the nicest staff nearby. We only go to the JBLM Tillicum store but Im sure this store is just as great. Premium juices at a much better price then vape-o-Rama
