Wonkas Smoke Factory

Hands down one of my favorite shops. First reason is the owner and the other younger guy that works here. They are some of the nicest people we have ever met. The owner is super personal and you can tell he takes pride in his store(s)! They have a diff sale every day and sometimes other sales going on. I worked in a head shop and can confirm they have great prices here. A huge selection of vaping things from juice to delta stuff. Not to mention the shop itself is a piece of local art. Definitely stop in!! We got this tall water pipe recently and LOVE IT. Stopped in a grabbed a hand pipe yesterday. 20% off!! Also, I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything here. They don’t care if you’re just stopping by to say hi and look at shiny things. The one pic is of the water pipe, it glows lol it’s a Rick and Morty design and they have a bunch of cool ones! I think we paid somewhere around $80 and it’s probably 20” tall ?

I stopped by awhile ago, as I was looking for a store closer to my home - and have turned into a repeat, loyal customer. The best deals and honestly, customer service. Always so friendly and helpful!

Best vape shop experience of my life. They are super informed and its such a sick and clean environment. Prices and selection are great and they have everything you could need. Not going anywhere else for my vape/smokables from now on. 10/10

They don’t open at 10. Or they just don’t show up at 10. Either way I wasted 10-15 min of my morning waiting for them to open this store.

First time here, awesome and fun experience with AJ! lots of variety and a really cool piece of art on the ceiling.Will definitely come back in the future.

Came in to check out the new smoke shop in the neighborhood loved the layout of the shop and the cool artwork the owners were helpful in introducing me to great products in vapes and some gummies definitely will be back regularly

The ceiling art is crazy! s/o to who ever did that. tried this shop out for first time. amazing service and products. the store gave me free incense and a pack of edibles off the spin wheel! the rep behind the counter was super nice and knowledgeable. definitely recommend checkin em out!

Was very pleased at first, purchased $86 worth of merch before Xmas and entered contests. Went away on vacay and rec’d call I won $50 gift certificate. Yay! Came back to claim it and they refuse to make good on it. Still have voice mail telling me I won. Told I did not have to be present to win and called from out of town and said “don’t worry, just come in when you get back”. Still time to make good on your promotion!

Shopped in this store a few time, and the employees are super nice and laid-back, but it appears that they are almost too late back and forget they are at work. I’m an older person so when I ask questions in regard to products, I’m assuming the employees are the ones with the answers. Last Friday I was sold the wrong vape for the needs I needed. I was told that I couldn’t receive a refund even though it was the employee error, and that I could only exchange it. I spend MORE money and got a new vape, but the new vape only last one session before it broke despite following the manufacturers instructions. I called the store the following day promptly at 10 AM, and continued calling up until 1130 with no answer. The reason I called versus going in was because I needed the owner there because I’ve noticed that when there is an issue, the employees always call him. My last visit I spent over $100 and the vape I purchased was 70 bucks so to say the least I’m pissed. I do believe this store deserves grace, considering they are newly opened but unfortunately I will Not be returning. I work hard for my money and deserve better Customer Service.

Theres so much goodies and different verieties that it makes it hard to choose from even, and very friendly & helpful staff, def recomend it 😜👍

Doesnt open when its supposed to be opened. I go up at 10:30 and theyre not at the store or answering phones. Thats my only problem. I need them to be more prompt and if theyre not actually going to open at 10 then change the opening time to 11 or 12. Otherwise one of the employees are very quiet and awkward and it makes an uncomfortable shopping experience. Other than those two things I love going there and its close to my house so convenient.

Stopped by with my girlfriend needing a pack of camos, live down the road and haven’t checked them out yet so stopped in and AJ had a whole wall of everything I needed. Gave me a really solid hook up just for stopping in and being cool. Will definitely be stopping back in much more frequently!!

Came here to check this store, I was excited and wanted to buy some hookah supplies, but it was closed!! There was a sign on the door that says you are open by the time I went there, but it actually wasnt right!
