Terrible terrible terrible. I bought a gift certificate for $100 and when I went to use it, they tried telling me it was only good for $80 worth of service. When I showed them their prices, they played the language barrier card with me and said they didn’t understand. After the massage was over, the woman said I needed to leave a tip and when I told her I would give $15, she told me that wasn’t enough and that I needed to give at least $20. I will never go back to this place again.

I just had one of the best massages of my life. I’ve been too way fancier and way more expensive places and gotten massages half this good.Chris was amazing. She asked how I wanted it and I said deep and she certainly dug in! Thank you !

I’m not sure where to start. My fiancé and I paid for a couples massage on Groupon ($129 - not worth it).The woman kept talking to one another, so we couldn’t relax and 15 minutes into my massage, my woman claimed to have a stomach issue and never returned, so the other woman in the room had to do both of our massages. I later realized a customer showed up and that’s the real reason she left the room.We paid for a couples massage for 50 minutes. The massage started at noon and ended at about 1:00pm, so there’s no way we each received a 50 minute massage, considering the lady had to do both.The massage itself was very good, but I can’t give more than 1 star based on how horrible everything else was. The woman also asked for a tip on our way out and my fiancé gave her $20.00, which I didn’t think was right.I won’t return and will not recommend.

I bought one of the couple massage deals on Groupon for my husband for Christmas. I was skeptical because of the increase in negative reviews. HOWEVER, we went today and we were blown away. The two women we had were great! They greeted us, showed us where to go, and so on. The room where we were getting our massage was clean, with a comfortable, relaxing ambience. The massage was wonderful and we would definitely be back again. All in all, it was a relaxing massage !

AMAZING massage! The spa itself isnt aesthetically pleasing so if thats your thing you may want to try somewhere else. However, a massage enthusiast like myself goes for the techniques & not the layout so I was highly satisfied. I couldnt do 5 stars because the physical bookkeeping process is a bit dated & they are a tip pushy.

I have not received service here but I am hoping the management can address this. I just called this place and the person I spoke with couldnt get details of the appointment I was trying to make due a language barrier!!!!!! Please leave an email address/texting phone line or any other alternate way of making appointments on your website so at least people can write you rather than having to repeat what they are saying 20 times! I could not make the appointment for a group of 10+ women.... I assume that would have been great business! Oh well!

Listen. If you’re a fancy pants, this place may not be for you. But for a quality deep tissue massage, IT IS THE BEST. It’s clean and I haven’t been able to find a better massage anywhere! I’ve been here at least 15 times. I have a lot of stress tension in my upper back / shoulders. I am a smaller woman, and no other place has been willing to use the force I prefer. I simply ask for a “hard” massage and indicate the area I’d like them to focus on. I believe I’ve had Angela and some other women in the past but most recently I’ve worked with Chris (and I will absolutely request her from here on out). Yes, it is FULL BODY and a specific style that may not be for everyone. I get a tremendous amount of relief each time and I’ve only ever been met with polite attentiveness. I recommend this place to anyone who really wants their muscles worked on for an incredibly reasonable price.

My mom got me a groupon for my birthday. i made sure that before i went the place would be open. drove 20 minutes there just to find out that they are “closed for renovation”. That’s all the sign says on the door. No dates of return or anything. I gave a call to see what i could do since my groupon expires this summer and i wasn’t sure when they would be back open, but no one answered.Kind of a frustrating experience already. They need to update their google page and put more info out for their return. We looked inside to see if they were almost done renovating but it doesn’t even look like they started.

We have been getting the couples massage for years, they do a good job.massages are deep and relieve knots and tension issues.the masseuse does massage, receptionist, cleaner etc. they are multitasking.

Bought a Groupon a few months ago and I called days ago to try and schedule an appointment because it’s about to expire. I’ve been calling for two days with no answer. I showed up Saturday at 9am, stayed for 30 mins and nobody ever opened the door. Groupon is non refundable. Like this is so silly, what kind of business is this?

I came here with my husband for a couples massage and it was by far the worse massage and experience I’ve had. I’ve had my share of professional massages to know this place does not serve up professional experiences.1. Husbands masseuse left for about 10 minutes after starting his massage for 2 minutes. I had to say something in order to get him to come back in.2. Man handling- they are very very rough even when told to lighten up.3. While face down, my towel (yes no blanket given) was pulled down and tucked into my underwear which then that was pulled down half way!!4. I was freezing. No heated beds or blankets to cover in. If going in the winter, prepare to be cold.5. Acted as a chiropractor. Pulls legs back to your butt, pull at your arms and puts them across your body to what I assume is to crack your back. Beware if you are not flexible or sensitive to extended stretches.6. They stood at the front door and requested a tip prior to us leaving.Never in my life have I experienced anything like this. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere!

I made my appointment for 7:30pm and arrived on time. I had a Groupon code for a 50 minute massage with hot stones and essential oil. My Groupon was marked redeemed before my massage even started. I was led into a cold room with only one little heater in the corner and some cold towels.( But honestly its whatever, I can handle that) I was ready to go. My massage therapist came in after a few minutes and told me she would be right back. I waited for 40 minutes....no one ever came back into the room. At this point I was cold and walked out of the room to try to find someone. There was only two cars outside, myself and what I may only assume as my massage therapist. I walked around trying to find someone and could not. From the front room right next to check in I heard a lot of giggling and groaning (man and woman) do with that information what you will....I stood there like an idiot, determined to get a refund. There was still only my car and the other one. I finally gave up after 40 minutes of waiting and listening to that noise....and left. I could have knocked on that room door...but I didnt want to interrupt whatever was happening in there. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Dont come here.

Ive been going to this place for over a year and never really had any problems (although I wish you could request who you want)..... but today I had a bad experience. I could tell the girl was distracted. She checked her phone 2-3 times. Someone came in the front door and she left to greet him, leaving my door open. As she walked passed to take him to a room, she quickly closed my door. When she came back, she was checking her phone again. 35-40 mins into the massage she said, I have to end early, I have another customer waiting. The other girl didnt show up So why do I get cheated on my time? Not only was my massage cut short, it wasnt very relaxing the little bit I had because of her checking the phone and walking out. She didnt charge me quite the full amount, but when I paid her, she asked for a tip which I thought was rude. I feel I shouldnt have had to pay for this visit. I was really disappointed in how it was handled. I thought I had finally found a place that gave good massages at a reasonable price. I understand things happen but then you make it up to your customers if you want them to continue coming back.

This place was sketchy the minute I walked in. They didn’t even have my appointment written down. They don’t even have a computer system for scheduling just notebooks. Then I had to wait twenty minutes till I got massaged. She didn’t introduce herself and was really rough with the massage. It wasn’t even enjoyable. She also didn’t ask about pulling down my underwear and made me a bit uncomfortable getting close to my private area. I will not be going back here and she demanded a tip on her terms of what she thinks she earned. I don’t think anyone should demand a tip but that’s my opinion. Groupon really needs to remove this coupon on their website. Really unhappy with this experience.

Me and my mom stop in at 7:30pm and they are happily take us in. We told them our shoulders and arm hurt so bad and they take times work on our shoulder and arm for us! Very nice people and the massage are excellent!! Give them a try guys!

We read the reviews online and were a little hesitant to book our massage. A lot of the reviews on Google mentioned that the workers will talk during the entire massage, walk out at random parts, not accept a Groupon (despite still having an active listing), mandate at least a 20% tip, and not spend as much time massaging your legs and arms.We showed up in person to make sure the establishment would accept a Groupon prior to purchasing one, and the lady there told us she would honor the Groupon price but told us not to purchase the Groupon. I am glad I waited to purchase it because I feel it would not have been accepted if I did.For two people, full body massage with hot stones, it was $113 ($88 for the massages + $5 for using a credit card + tip). My friend and I mentioned purchasing the massages separately, but they placed us in the same room. There was a subtle unpleasant smell when putting your head in the hole of the table.The massage was decent though. My friend said the person assigned to her spent a fair amount of time on her arms, back, and legs. The person assigned to me spent a lot of the time massaging my butt lol they talked very briefly twice during the massage, so nothing to complain about there. One of the ladies did end up leaving the room a couple of times to tend to the register because there was not other staff around. They also did make us tip the minimum amount that they wanted (a little over 20%).Overall, the experience was decent. For the price of the honored Groupon and getting a full hour of massage time, I would say it was worth it. Without the discount though, I would just go to an actual massage therapist.

Got a couples deep tissue massage. I had my back stepped on and thoroughly dug into knots which I thoroughly enjoyed. While, my partner on the other hand had a more swedish experience that was quite soft. If you want hard, request it.Some notes for our 60-minute couples massaage. Masseuses were talking a lot during the massage though. They did not manage time well either and only did our backs and then asked if we wanted a 90-minute massage to finish our fronts. Once we said no the massage was over.Did take same day appointment on a Saturday - so seemed to have flexible availability

There’s a lady with black & blues on her face, I feel sorry for her it seems like the owner is very rude. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would, the place is so weird the minute you walk in. While gettin my massage she stopped to go answer the door, everyone hides in the back so you’re not sure if it’s just you & the one lady in the building or what. I tipped $5 for her time because the massage was bad, but she demanded me tippin 20%. My bill was $46 ( Groupon code ). I had to have my boyfriend go demand to get my money back. Would not recommend!!! Bad experience

Got a couples massage here with my girlfriend two months ago and Id like to inform anyone looking to go here, to NOT go here. This is by far the worse massage I have ever received. To the point where it was barely even a massage. They spent an hour pushing and pulling my body around, answering phone calls, walking to the reception desk to handle other clients. I also was VERY surprised the the masseuse began to pull my briefs down without first asking to massage my glutes. They absolutely destroyed my girlfriends body and she is now seeking medical attention on a weekly basis to try to find a solution. I believe they caused her to have a pinched nerve. Very upsetting and will NEVER be back.

I called ahead of a custom massage— I didn’t look at the reviews until I parked and I admittedly was a little nervous about how it would go… I went in and was greeted by Angela. The location was not necessarily aesthetically pleasing but that didn’t matter much to me… I did notice a smell but it seemed to be the carpets more than anything.Angela did an amazing job. She was thorough, sweet, attentive, and asked me if things were “okay” before touching me in certain placing or pressing into a muscle. I felt so great afterwards! I would recommend Angela anytime!!!

I called and scheduled a deep tissue 90 min massage. I have swelling in my legs as well as my feet. My doctor recommended me to get this in help the circulation on my legs and feet. I kept asking that she do a deep tissue but she didnt understand and I didnt get my feet massaged. At the end they decided on the tip as well. They charged me what they thought they deserved and kept telling them that I didnt get what I asked for, but it did not matter. I have been there several times before with no issue, but I dont think I will be back.

The place you could tell it was not super clean and everything looks old and it’s disorganized. The lady who did my massage was texting while doing my massage. Did not ask me any questions of which areas she should stay away from especially since I have a bad lower back and wanted her to focus on my neck. Oh, the timer kept going off every 10 minutes and she would leave and come back with some thing and leave the door open. There were certain parts that were good like the oil. But overall would not go back.

The massage therapist began the massage high on my inner thigh and glutes which was unusual in my experience of having therapeutic massages. She also frequently answered phone calls throughout the massage. The deep tissue massage itself and hot stones were great though.

Was in the area for a sporting tournament and wanted to get a massage somewhere nearby. Saw this place had decent reviews so I decided to give them a call to try to make a same day appointment. Saw that they also had a Groupon deal for a massage. I asked the woman over the phone if I could book a massage while using a Groupon. She verified that yes, I could buy the Groupon and use it at my massage session when I came in. Arrived to the place 5 minutes prior to my allotted time. The place was decent looking, felt a bit older inside but no other customers which was strange but I didn’t think much of it. The front desk woman who I talked to over the phone had me go back into the massage room. She came back about 5 minutes later and asked to scan my QR code for my Groupon. She’s acting as if she’s about to scan it then tries to tell me that it is expired. I explain and show her that the expiration date of the massage session I had just bought an hour prior to coming in, is in fact not expired until July 9, 2023 (120 days left). She keeps telling me that what I’m saying and what the voucher say are wrong, and that they do not accept the Groupons anymore. I’m now agitated and upset, so I ask her why she would tell me that I was able to buy and use the Groupon if that were not the case. I then ask how am I supposed to get my money back and refunded, and she says she doesn’t know. Before I even get the chance to contact Groupon to figure out how to be refunded, she’s asking me to pay for the massage in cash or card. I explain that I am not paying for the massage 1. Before it happens and 2. Before I receive my money back from the Groupon that your establishment would not take. She kept rushing me to pay, and is now charging more than the price I paid for the Groupon. I decided to leave due to horrible service and lack of customer care. I already felt uncomfortable and couldn’t dare pay full price for a massage. The atmosphere felt like I was being scammed and could tell that the massage would not be of quality. I luckily was able to figure out how to be refunded after leaving, but was very dissatisfied and disappointed that I did not get my massage as I had planned.Save yourself the trouble and please please PLEASE, do not go here and don’t dare buy a Groupon! There are plenty of other places in the area with better ratings, services and facilities. I guess it was my fault for disregarding prior reviews and my willingness to give the place a chance. Unfortunately will never leave the chance for that opportunity again, they have ruined it for others to redeem themselves. Explains why the place was empty in the first place! Stay away, and keep your money.

We LOVED Tui Na! My husband and I were a walk-in couples massage appointment at about 8pm and they were so gracious and kind! They did an excellent job and really worked out all of our muscle issues. We dont live in the area but whenever we come back, we will come here!

I called to make sure they accepted the Groupon offer for a couples massage, but the woman who picked up didnt answer and repeatedly asked me what time I wanted to come in for an appointment. I told her I wasnt looking to make an appointment at this time. When I asked to speak to someone else who could answer my question, she kept asking what time. A suggestion: Either remove the Groupon offers, or have someone answering the phones who can sufficiently respond to Groupon inquiries!

Three words: best massage ever! I’ve been to a lot of ~fancy~ spas with exaggerated interiors and prices, and they don’t compare to the service I received at Tui-Na. My masseuse took her time, asked about my comfort throughout my service, and gave me a very thoughtful, relaxing massage. Hot stones and different lotions were used throughout, which felt amazing. I wish I would have asked her name, because she was wonderful. Thank you, I’ll for sure be back and tell my friends!

We get a couples massage at Tui-Na whenever were in this area! Weve been here three times so far and our massages were always better than the high-priced, fancy massage places anywhere else, including US and abroad!!! The interior isnt fancy here but their massage techniques are! See you again in October!

Such a great massage. This was my first time here, but not my first massage. The lady was friendly and made me feel welcome. The massage itself was next-level. It felt incredible. Great work! Now I know what Im getting my wife for her birthday! I cannot wait to come back.Edit: Ive been back for a couples massage with my wife and then a year later I came back for a solo massage. Everyone you talk to is friendly and the massages are incredible. I will continue to come back!

My fiancé had gotten a 50 minute massage here and I’m sad to say she had an awful experience. She had found their service on Groupon. For one, the individual giving her the massage walked out of the room for about 10 minutes and had answered 6 calls during my fiancé’s appointment. She had asked for work to be done on her neck specifically, only a minute or so was spent on it. After she came to the car I could tell she was upset. The individual giving the massage said on top of the price advertised on Groupon, there was a mandatory 20% tip. This 20% tip was mentioned nowhere on the Groupon and it wasn’t mentioned to my fiancé at all till after the massage. Needless to say, I wasn’t paying an additional tip when such a poor job was done and never had a mandatory tip been specified. My fiancé was looking forward to this immensely and we both are very disappointed in the result. We won’t be returning in the future.

These women do not mess around! You want deep tissue, you get exactly that!! It hurts so good!! Hot rocks, hot oil!!! Oh yea!! I have been here 4 times and will keep going back!!

I got a massage here roughly 2 months ago now. I’ve been experiencing constant pain and discomfort on my life side in my neck/back/shoulder area to the point where I’m seeking medical help and is negatively impacting my daily life. I’m not one to complain and I have a pain tolerance, so I’m in disbelief of how much pain I’m dealing with. Just wanted to put a review if I can save anyone else from feeling this.

I like the availability - they get you In Pretty quick. They use the ceiling handle bars for a deeper massage- just make sure you tell them you’d like that. I docked one star because they don’t really focus on hands, arms, face. You have to tell them specifically, which inlay or may not be understood. But I really do recommend them. Dedicated parking is a plus.

I bought a massage for this business off Groupon. When I called the next day to book the massage they said they no longer accept the massages bought through Groupon. When I asked why they still have the offer online then the woman couldn’t answer me. So if you see this deal on Groupon do not buy it!

My friend and I called to get two massages and surprisingly they were able to get us rite in! I was a little hesitant since they had an immediate opening but since we were both in such discomfort from lower back pain we figured why not try it out! They were AMAZING! I HAVE NEVER FELT SO RELAXED AND REFRESHED after a massage like this before! Hands down the absolute best massage that I have ever had. They have two new customers for life now!

Honestly, the best massage Ive been gotten in PA. I havent gotten a massage this amazing since I was in NYC back in Jan.-Feb. I prefer rougher massages because I do a physically demanding job and need those knots taken out and this place, absolutely delivered on deep tissue. There were hot rocks and warm towels and it was immaculate. All for a good price. $50 for an hour, if you pay cash its $50 flat, there is tax if you pay with card, but they do accept credit cards. I will definitely be returning there, cant wait to take my girlfriend.

The massage was very good and relaxing! The therapist seemed to be very knowledgeable and helped me with tight muscles and sciatica. Their prices are very reasonable. We will be back again!

Went for a couples massage with the wife for our 4 year anniversary, on a Groupon, and will definitely be going back. As a man who was very uncomfortable, with even the idea of, a massage; the professionalism and quality was par none. I honestly dont have 1 negative thing to say! May I recommend the hot stones!!! Yes Please!!! Wife and I discussed setting it up monthly! I have a very bad lower back injury that I have had surgery on and need another. To be able to stand right away afterwards without strain was very surprising! Thanks so much for the gift of a good, less pain filled, day!

Incredibly professional, hard working and the best massage providers I have found. And the prices are fantastic, at that price everyone should be tipping well because they absolutely deserve it. My go to massage location.

This is honestly the worst massage I’ve ever received. The place concerned me from the start, but I wanted to give it a chance. I I came here based on a Groupon purchase. The therapist was extremely rough, hard, and had fast movements. There was no blanket when I first laid down to cover myself with, only after she came in was I covered, which made me feel very very uncomfortable and exposed. I honestly wanted to get up and leave the entire time, and looking back I wish I would have. And to top it all off, at the end, I was stopped by two employees asking where my tip was. I will NOT be returning or recommending this place whatsoever.

The facility itself isnt the best. Definitely not a spa. However the services......OH MY GOD. I was nearly drooling! As a massage therapist of over 15 years this was definitely in top 5. Language was a bit of a barrier however seemed they knew excuse what needed to be worked on. I had a deep tissue with back walking and hubby had regular deep tissue. We were both pleasantly surprised. So if you are looking for good deep tissue massage and dont mind non spa facility, give this place a try.

This is my 3rd time coming here with my husband , this place is outdated not your usual spa look BUT the ladies are so nice Ive not once had a bad experience here and the massages are amazing. They always ask me if i like my massage hard or not now it depends how Im feeling the techniques they use are to target acupoints they apply pressure to stimulate these points so at times it can be uncomfortable for some but this is exactly what my body needs so to me its worth it and i always feel great afterwards

This is the worst place to get a massage. She just stood on me for half of it, didn’t ask her to. Also the head test had a paper towel on it face down. I watched her as she set the timer for 56 minutes during a 60 minute massage. Terrible

I cant imagine that they are license massage therapist. They cant even have a conversation without using a translator on their phone. I looked on the state board website and couldnt find any information on the business. So that tells me its a pop up shop. Very terrifying. I use this place 3 times a week and i love the price by the hour i love that most staff will take the time to massage your body right and some will just rush without caring about how you feel … they only ask if you are paying with cash or card then will hound you for a tip .. this has been every time i been here and for the most part that’s what i hate because even the ppl that rush your massage will rush you up from for a tip
