The place was empty except for the bar. 2 people walked in ahead of us. I had to ask for help. The young man was almost rude with his short answers and lack of knowledge. I asked where an item was and he just pointed as if I was to know where he was showing me in the large front room. He did walk over after realizing I was confused. He offered no suggestions and when I told him a certain flavor I wanted. He just stood there puffing on his vape as if it was his last. I did make a purchase because it was later in the day. I will not be going back there. I came to this place because of the reviews. I wasn’t happy at all! My friend that had never been in a vape store said when we were outside that she thought he was rude and was going to pass out from barely taking a break from vaping. Very disappointed!Side note: I bought a disposable vape that was supposedly charged in the box. This was Saturday afternoon. He told me they sell chargers for them but there is no way I would need it before the 5000 puffs are used up. Low and behold it died on Monday afternoon. I can’t blame them because it was prepackaged. Luckily I just happened to have a charger that fit it.

My fiance loves this location and we go here often. Its clean, the staff is friendly and kind (other shops nearby were rude and uninviting), and they usually have what he wants. If they dont, they will give him an estimate of when they anticipate more. He buys juice here a few times a month usually.This place and goose vapors are the only two places worth going to as far as brick and mortars are concerned for us. If I could give Ace 100 stars I would.

I have been coming here for about 6 months now, the service and selection is fantastic. The manager, Megan, is absolutely wonderful and the rest of the staff reflects her superb management abilities. The juice selection is large and if they dont stock what you want they will do what they can to get it. Hardware selection is excellent as well. If you are looking for a vape shop, look no further!!

Been to this store a few times looking for a vape pen for carts. I was pointed to the Craftman the first two times by different employees, but today Hailey was there to help show me a handful of more options which I appreciate so much. She was very helpful and informative to answer all my questions. She even helped me exchange the new vape pen I bought once I tried it out and realized it didnt work before I left the store. Thanks again!

Best vape shop in Lancaster county. They treat you like family whether youre a regular or new to the store. Megan the manger is always helpful and happy too see people, and Austin knows what you need regardless of what you may be in there for. 10/10 would visit again.

Very, very nice shop. Employee was very helpful n patient. Prices are good n they have their own house juices. Which you are welcome to sit, take your time n taste as many flavors as you want. They are there to please their customers. They also know what they are talking abt.

Ive been to several vape shops. This place has the best interior Ive seen. The guy I talked to seemed to know what hes talking about and gave me some useful tips I didnt know. The hours are better than average as well. They actually have a captain crunch flavor which Ive had trouble finding at other shops. Its consistency seems spot on for your coils to last longer.

I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago since the other vape shop that was down the road a little further closed right when I was done my job at 5. The young guy there was very knowledgeable, laid back, and helped me with any questions I had. Great experience. Now that my current mod is starting to barely cling onto life, Ill be stopping by to get another one!

My new favorite vape store. First time in the store. Told the young man what i was looking for in a new tank and her steered me to the perfect one with a good price. Great price on their juice too. They had a sale going on with random 15-50% off. I got 30%!!! Whoohoo! Ill be back.

I live right across the street and I come here all the time, sometimes to look and talk to the amazing staff or to buy something and go. They have a huge selection of juices, like more than any store Ive been in personally. They also have a lot of Vapes and vape accessories. The management and the staff are the best around, very very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience coming to ace of vapes Lancaster. The associates there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They help me find juice and after 10 minutes of trying a variety of juice!

Ace of Vapes is so friendly and doubles as a nice hang out spot. Megan goes above and beyond to help every costumer with grace and is super informative with any questions you might have.

I bought a penguin ecig new from this place off of Megan and it didnt work right,it got too hot and burned up the cartridges. I go back the next day to tell her and she comes over holding a pool stick and tells me sometimes theres a bad batch and that I have to call up the company that makes them and they SHOULD give me another one. She didnt talk to me long,she was too concerned with getting back to her pool game. She did not act the same way as the day before,she just wanted the sale. Then my friend goes back and gets me an ecig from the clearance section that just needed a cartridge and I charged it up and THAT doesnt work!! Not happy AT ALL!! I will NOT waste my money here again!!

This spot sets the standard for vape shops. The atmosphere and staff alone justify purchasing from them as opposed to online. And supporting a local business over Amazon is just an added bonus. 👍

Be advised that hours have been abbreviated, now closed at 8pm, not 10pmFriendly staff, quickly asked if they could help me find something, which is always appreciated when in an unfamiliar store. I wanted to buy nicsalts, which they do have in stock, but do your own homework before dropping by, as they arent too well versed in product info. Overall we left wishing for more and varied product information especially being newer to vaping.
